Puerto Vallarta on viehättävä merenrantakaupunki Meksikon länsirannikolla. Valtameren, taivaan, kukkivien pensaiden ja puiden eloisat värit ovat runsaasti. Kirkkaanväriset kukat ympäröivät espanjalaistyylisiä rakennuksia ominaisilla punaisilla kattoilla. Trooppisen ilmaston takia Puerto Vallartassa asuminen on sekoitus ulkona ja sisätiloissa.

Musiikki on runsaasti Puerto Vallarta. Mariachisia ja muita muusikoita voi löytää melkein kaikkialta klubissa, ravintoloissa tai rannalla. Kaupunki on turvallinen kävelylle sekä päivällä että yöllä. Sunnuntai-iltana voit liittyä Puerto Vallarta -perheisiin he nauttivat kävelystä Malconin varrella tai kuunnellessaan bändikonserttia kaupungin aukiolla.

Joka päivä satamasta lähtevät ovat erilaisia veneretkiä. Voit mennä Yelapaan, pieneen kalastuskylään Puerto Vallartasta etelään, johon pääsee vain vedellä, tai liittyä kuunari Maragalanten seudulle illallisristeilyyn ja ilotulitteisiin tai snorklata Mariettasin saarten vesillä. Tai voit vain istua kannellasi, näkymästä Bahia de Banderasiin ja tehdä vain lukea ja rentoutua. Urheiluajattelijoille on tarjolla golf, tennis ja ratsastus, samoin kuin muita aktiviteetteja.

Voit nauttia kaikesta tästä ja muusta rannalla sijaitsevasta osakehuoneistoltamme Villas Vista del Solissa, Puerto Vallarta -kaupungin eteläpäässä. Se sijaitsee lähellä Cuale-jokea ja kävelyetäisyydellä ruokamarkkinoista, Maleconista, monista löytyy ravintoloita, käsityöliikkeitä ja taidegallerioita.

Taloyhtiömme integroituu kukkateemansa ulkopuolelle ja sisään. Se on kevyt, ilmava ja iloinen; täydellinen paikka rentouttavalle ja hauskalle lomalle. Siellä on kaksi makuuhuonetta, kaksi täyttä kylpyammetta, täysin varusteltu keittiö, ruokasali, olohuone, TV ja kansi. Siivouspalvelu tarjotaan joka päivä paitsi sunnuntaina. Pesulatilat ovat saatavilla varausperusteisesti. Katossa on hyvän kokoinen uima-allas, lepotuoleja ja katettu alue, johon kerätä aurinkoa käytettäessä.

Puerto Vallartan auringonlaskut ovat muuttuva paletti, jota voit katsella kannelta tai kattouima-altaalta rentoutuen virvokkeiden, seuralaisten tai perheen kanssa. Nauttia!

Location, location, location!
Vista De Sol is nestled right in the heart of many restaurants and shops. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our unit faced the beach ---loved sleeping to the sound of the surf. It's well furnished and decorated in a traditional Mexican style. Being only on the 2nd floor and right above a restaurant does make it somewhat noisy, but it's quiet after dark. The rooftop pool area is very large, allowing everyone to spread out. The pool closed April 9th for repair, they said for possibly two months.

Location is everything
Absolute paradise. The balcony sits right on the heart of the malecon so prople watching was a nightly activities. The Sea Monkey just steps from the condo had amazing food. EVERYONE was incredibly friendly. There is nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the ocean.

Beautiful waterfront condo
I've been coming to PV for the past 15 years and this is the best condo ever I've stayed in. The pool on the roof is large, heated and has numerous lounge chairs available. Our balcony overlooking the Malecon and the ocean was the perfect spot to eat breakfast in the mornings. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Best condo ever!!!

Not as advertised.
While the location was excellent, the bed comfy and the staff welcoming and helpful, we were extremely disappointed to discover that the only air conditioned space was the bedroom. Because the temperature was in the high 80's (October) we could not utilize the main living area and kitchen. We recommend that the description of the property make that clear.

Great location and wonderful host & staff.
Stayed in PV for a few nights with another couple. We were looking for a basic 2BR/2BA suite in a relatively quiet beachfront location. Eskil's was perfect for us. Not noisy despite being adjacent to a waterfront walking promenade (not the main Malecon) and had an unobstructed view of amazing sunsets each night. Building was situated near the river's entry to the ocean, so not sandwiched between other properties, and was close to convenience & grocery stores plus tons of good restaurants, cafes, bakeries, etc. Best of all, Eskil was a very responsive host and the on-site staff were excellent.

The Best
Location couldnt be better. It it is steps away from the beach, the malecon and eateries. The condo was beautiful. I went with my adult son. We both had our own bathroom and bedroom. The master bedroom faces the ocean. At night I heard the crashing of the ways. Besides all the amenities the condo had beach chairs, umbrella , binoculars and a boogie board. Beautiful sunsets from the roof. .The host replied immediately with any questions I had before we arrived. Can't wait to book this property again. Thank you Eskil

Summer getaway
We enjoyed this condo very much! Staff was extremely helpful and felt secure all the time. I would have given 5 stars, but the pool was out of order for the 10 days that we stayed there. There were alternate pools to use but quite some way from condo, which made it a little difficult with the kiddos. But other than that we had a wonderful time!

Amazing condo and even better view!
We visited this part of town for the annual gay pride festival so we expected it to be a party spot and it was for the most part but overall not too crazy. The view is great! You can see the ocean from the master bed and watch the sunset. Also overlooked the Malecón so fun people watching as well! The building has security 24/7 so we felt very safe there. The owners were easy to contact and let us check in early!! The few minor things that bring this just under a 5 is that there isn’t a deducted spot on the beach for condo tenants and the pool itself doesn’t have any shade so it’s hard to swim for any length of time. We still loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Perfect in every way
This is our 4th trip to PV Zona Romantica and this was the best condo we have rented. The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful dishes, the bathrooms are beautifully decorated with good water pressure and the bed in the main bedroom is super comfortable. The art work in the condo is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for meals and watching the activity on the malecon. Being so close we could also hear all the festive music and entertainment but at 10 PM or was quiet and we fell asleep to the sound of the waves. We never used the air-conditioner because there was always a good breeze. My husband worked and the WiFi was robust. The staff is friendly and courteous with good security. It was a treat to have daily maid service. The pool area on the roof is gorgeous. We had a fabulous stay and hope to come back.

Beautiful home and views - Epic location!
Everything from booking to check-in, security personal on-site, property facilities, and amenities are excellent! The home is a great size with ocean views from the master bedroom and living/dining/kitchen. Master and Living rooms have large sliding glass doors with screens to let the breeze flow through without insects entering. Smart TV's in the home are an added bonus along with strong and consistent Wi-Fi. The location is absolutely perfect as you are steps from the sandy beach, Sea Monkey restaurant, and all the Zona Romantica amenities that we love. We can't wait to return to not only this unit but the condo complex in general. Oh and the rooftop pool is very large in comparison to other buildings nearby. I come down every other month and have stayed at most of the ocean front condo complexes now and this is one of my absolute favorites. The views during the day and night from the roof provide nearly 360 degrees, from Nuevo Vallarta, to Los Muertos Pier/Conchis Chinas and all of Zona Romantica (old town Vallarta). It's magical at night! We highly recommend - again, cannot wait to be back!

Paradise Perfected!
We had a fantastic stay at Eskil's condominium in the Vista Del Sol complex in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta! The building is so well-maintained and we felt very safe. The staff was very professional and always eager to help and answer any questions that we had. The Casa itself was incredibly spacious (wow!) and well equipped with everything that we needed. We did lots of cooking of full meals in the kitchen, and lacked for nothing. The bedrooms were huge and there were two bathrooms with lots of towels and little thoughtful extras for our stay. Both bedrooms had lots of closet space and the master bedroom had a huge sliding glass door that went out onto the spacious balcony. There was a second balcony door off of the living room. Everything was very tastefully decorated and well-functioning. The view was spectacular! We saw whales, birds and butterflies and could hear the waves crashing. This place was amazing and so comfortable, we did not want to leave! It is located in a very ideal area, we were close to everything we could possibly want. We saw fireworks almost nightly and all of our favorite places were just a few steps away. Eskil was fantastic at communicating with us every step of the way and he was over-the-top accommodating and generous. We would stay here again, and stay here every visit going forward to Puerto Vallarta! An amazing experience and a beautiful Casa. Don't hesitate to book this, it is awesome! Loved our stay. Overall a great stay
Clean spacious condo with traditional Mexican decor and everything you could need to be comfortable. Great wifi. Housekeeping personnel came several times. Security and the front desk were amazing - we always felt safe and well taken care of. Fantastic location with great afternoon sun and sunsets. The host Eskil was very friendly and quick to reply to any questions. It’s a quiet building with mostly older residents and any noise from the malecon/restaurant below was easily drowned out by the sound of the waves or closing the sliding doors a bit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A wonderful PV escape and perfect location
A perfect location. Exactly in the heart of PV. Close to the action but still relaxing. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the perfect way to start the day and watch the sunset. The description is exactly as the unit is. A true feel of Mexico. Well equipped kitchen for making breakfast and other meals if that is your desire and perfectly located to countless restaurants. The condo and bedrooms are spacious and private. Love the secure entrance and the staff are very helpful. We loved the roof top pool area. It was always a great way to soak up the sun and enjoy the sun set before venturing out to explore the amazing food. Thank you for sharing your wonderful PV condo - we will definitely be returning!
