Astu sisään "Lime Tree" Bay Creek Marina Village, ja nauti viileä raikas ranta tyyli kotiin. Tämä koti on hiljattain remontoitu graniittityöt, uudet kodinkoneet, uudet matot ja huonekalut! Heti kun kävelet oven läpi, beachy tunnelma toivottaa sinut tervetulleeksi! Avoimen lattiakonseptin ansiosta koko perhe saa tilaa yhdessä. Tämä 4 makuuhuoneen talo nukkuu 9 vierasta mukavasti. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku ja poreallas. Toisessa kerroksessa on kaksi huonetta, joissa on queen-size-vuoteet ja joissa on hall-kylpyhuone. Neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on 1 kerrossänky ja täysi sänky samassa huoneessa, täydellinen lapsille tai perheelle. Tässä neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on oma puoli kylpyamme ja yhdistetään salin kylpyhuoneeseen.
Kun polkupyörät ovat autotallissa, olet valmis tutustumaan alueeseen! Autotallin pingispöytä tarjoaa viihdettä ja hauskaa perheelle ja ystäville! Nauti virkistävistä näkymistä kutsuvaan takakuiluun!
Chesapeakenlahdesta ja yksityisestä rannasta on lyhyt kävelymatka, jossa voit nauttia auringosta ja hiekasta päivän aikana ja upeita auringonlaskuja illalla. Kings Creek Marina, Oyster Farm-ravintola ja Cape Charlesin historiallinen kaupunki ovat kävelymatkan päässä tästä kodista. The home was as expected. Very comfortable and clean. We tried twice to reach the property manager (one by email, once by phone) with no response. The reasons for reaching out to the property manager were minor but a call back or return email would have been appreciated.

Good times but....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great but we have serious concerns when it comes to the golf portion of the trip. We struggled to get early morning tee times and the course was in the worst shape we've seen in years. The new golf rules are going to prohibit us from coming back to Bay Creek in the future.

Lime Tree was home base for my immediate fam. Location was excellent, close to town and beach. The house was spotless on arrival.The layout was perfect for us enjoy common areas to hangout. Only problem we had was immediately addressed by rental company. We would return and stay here again

Nice home

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and lots of toiletry items were provided. Some items to note if bringing children: - The curtains do not block out any light so be prepared for that - This house is in a separate part of the Bay Creek resort area so beaches and the pool etc must be driven to which is all located in the other part of the resort. You could walk to the town however. - The membership that is included with the pool and the private beach is amazing! The kids loved it and had so much fun. We had some issues with plumbing there but it was the tale end of our trip and did not derail anything. Hopefully those have since been resolved. Would definitely stay here again.

Delightful Escape to Cape Charles

My only feedback relative to the condition of the house was that the BBQ grill did not function properly and was very dirty upon check in. It was barely usable. Specific to the resort itself it would have been helpful to know more about their pool reservations in advance- we were unaware and were left without reservations or had to settle for 8:00 am slots. Aside from those 2 tings a great visit.

Great vacation house

We like kitchen on lower level which makes its easy for unloading groceries. The house is always fresh and clean. We grilled chicken on the grill and even played ping pong. We look forward to next year.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arranged this family vacation before the restrictions for corona virus. Lots of thought and many questions came up before our scheduled visit but we were assured by Bay Creek that the cleaning procedures were exceptional, and that the house would be empty for multiple days before we arrived. The house was immaculate, and roomy for our extended family of 9 plus an infant. Having a yard for the kids was a huge benefit, and we all enjoyed the decks/ porch. The private beach was beautiful and walkable, and the public beach was a short golf cart ride away. The ping pong table was a huge hit, as were the beach toys. A couple of the bikes were in need of repair, but we had brought our own. The rental concierge was extremely helpful and very accessible. Beware the thresholds between the carpet and tile in the living area, and coming in the house from the garage. There is about a half inch metal or stone rise and we had several injuries there. A few metal utensils for the grill would be a helpful addition. and some of the pillows need to be replaced. Overall the house was amazing and the vacation was fabulous! Thank you!
