Sealodge E8: Paljon upea näköala! Cool merituulet

Tämä edullinen yhden makuuhuoneen huoneisto tarjoaa upeat merinäkymät. Rentoudu punaisella (se on olohuoneen ikkunapaikka - kahden hengen vuode, niin mahtava paikka lapselle nukkumaan) ja nauti tuuletuksesta, kun kuuntelet surffailun ääniä ja ihailet auringonnousun näkymää yli valtameri. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode. On harmonikka-ovi, joka liukuu kiinni yksityisyyden takaamiseksi makuuhuoneessa. Kaapelitelevisio ja ilmainen wifi ovat mukana. Täydellinen keittiö. Kolikkokäyttöinen pesukone ja kuivaaja seuraavassa rakennuksessa.

Meidän Kauai loma-asunnot Sealodge sijaitsevat lopussa pieni hiljainen sivutie, jossa ei ole liikennettä, joka päättyy dramaattinen valtameri bluffi. Sealodge-asunnot ovat meren äärellä lanai-puolella. Lyhyt vaellus näistä edullisista Kauai-huoneistoista vie sinut eristäytyneeseen Sealodge Beachiin. Jungle trail ylittää pienen virran ja laskeutuu sitten eristäytyneeseen hiekkarankaan. Sealodge Beachin valtameri on matala ja suojattu riutalla, joten se sopii erinomaisesti snorklaukseen ja uimiseen.

Sealodge-asunnot rakennettiin niin, että voit nähdä valkovesi-aallot olohuoneen ikkunoista, makuuhuoneen ikkunoista ja Lanaiista. Kaikista kolmesta näistä paikoista voit kuunnella surffaa, katsella valaita, spinner-delfiinejä ja eksoottisia lintuja. On uima-allas ja BBQ-alue (grillit ovat puuhiiltä ja sinun täytyy tuoda omat briketit). Kauai-hotellit ovat kalliita. Beautiful Views

Great location as far as the views from every window and lanai. We got to see whales which was a plus. The unit itself is comfortable - the kitchen had great cookware and we ate dinners in. The living room furniture could use some TLC and be updated. Also don’t be surprised by the weather beaten outside - inside is worth every penny for the view.

We loved the Condo, but not the Manager.

We had a great time in this place! Beautiful view!! Very close to facilities. It had everything we need it, except enough toilet paper, two rolls for 2 people for 10 days. I called the manager many times with no response. I left two voicemails and finally she called back the next day and said she advised the housekeeper to leave some for us, but the cleaner never did. I went to knock on the managers door with no response. We went and bought some, very expensive in the island.

What a view!

The unit is perfect for a party of two and the view is fantastic! The unit is older and could use a little updating, however, the location is both quiet and scenic. We would definitely return to this property!

Whales and sea turtles

Great value! We saw whales, sea turtles, and birds from our condo, and we enjoyed magnificent sunrises with the lighthouse in the in the distant background. The condo had beach chairs, snorkels, a small cooler, and beach towels... all we needed for a day at Anini Beach.

Clean and Lovely views

We had wonderful weather, and the property is perfect for a couple. Amazing views from each room. Washer, dryer are helpful. A beach cooler made day trips perfect. Will be back. Would give it 10 stars.

Perfect View, clean and nice amenities!

We loved the view! Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean right in front of you was amazing. We enjoyed going on the balcony frequently and listening to and looking over the ocean. This is such a nice place to be and everything related to our stay here was amazing. Check out seaside beach too! One thing we wish we did differently would be to spend more time around the condo and relaxing but if we went back to Kauai we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality! All the things for us to use were really nice and made the trip even better!

This visit our unit was having kitchen upgrades that were not done by the time of our arrival. Kauai Kahuna was extremely helpful in communicating with and relocating us to another unit. Great customer service. I will definitely book through them again.

Do your research before booking!

It's hard to complain about things while in paradise. HOWEVER, this was our 3rd stay in Kauai & the accommodations at this unit were very disappointing. Overall, it was clean & in good repair. The views were outstanding from the deck. It would have been nice to spend time out there but there are two plastic chairs to sit on & that's it . Bring binoculars because the set left for guests were broken. There is no washer and dryer inside the unit & having to go get quarters, hang around to do laundry & go back & forth to the laundry room in the next building was a waste of our vacation hours. There is no A/C & there are no ceiling fans. When coming from a cold climate, it takes a few days to adjust. The front of the refrigerator is rusting away & very unsightly. The throw pillows in the window seat & in the bedroom have spots of mold on them. The kitchen: We were not allowed to use the garbage disposal. There was no pepper, foil, plastic wrap or anything for preparing food such as cooking oil. There were no dish rags or pot holders. We rent these kinds of places when traveling to save money on eating out. We had to make multiple trips to the store for basics. That was the biggest disappointment of all. It's hard to believe all of the guests are not buying & leaving these kinds of supplies behind, so where are they? We were so irritated about this that we gave everything we bought to a neighbor since we were pretty sure the the things we purchased would not be available for the next guest. The bed was also pretty uncomfortable & the bedding, most of the towels and the bathmats need replacing. It really felt as if the owner of this unit just didn't care much about it or is just too cheap to update it & make it more appealing and comfortable. I put on clean, white socks after one of my showers & the bottom of the socks were dirty within an hour after walking around on the carpet. There is no removable shower head. There is also no wall for the bedroom. There is a plastic, folding partition to separate the dining room from the bedroom. We had the opportunity to view the neighbor's unit across the hall & their unit had solid surface flooring, very nice furnishings & just had a comfortable feel to it. We were disappointed & decided to leave a frank review so others would not have the same disappointing experience we did. The guestbook in the unit had many complaints but we didn't see any posted on line. I should have done more research.

Ocean view paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this condo for 3 weeks . Spotless upon arrival . Well equipped. There was snorkeling equipment & 2beach chairs which we appreciated. The property management company responded quickly when we needed a baking sheet . They provided a mid stay cleaning .Parking easy . The property maintenance crew working in the yard daily were friendly & helpful with tips on fun things to do . There is a beach there , walkable from the property , but it’s a bit difficult to get to . Some muddy steep areas to climb down & a lava rock climb as well , but once you are down there it’s beautiful, private , & there’s always a sea turtle .I have one suggestion that would make this place perfect . The balcony furniture is uncomfortable & the table & chairs are too short to see over the railing. A high top table & chairs would make this so much better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy our time at sealodge. There were some hangups this time but we still enjoyed the stay overall. Hangups were the internet didn’t work in the beginning and took a few back and forth communications to get it going. Biggest disappointment was the dryer had been ruined by a previous guest but housekeeping didn’t notice so we didn’t have a dryer for our 8 day stay.

Kauai paradise

The stay was amazing! The location was beautiful and the sunrise was to die for! Had some grumpy downstairs neighbors but that had nothing to do with this amazing booking! Will definitely stay again!

The bedroom pillows should be replaced. They were somewhat smelly from use. The mattress was hard. Get new fashionable, colorful, updated bedspreads— would greatly improve the decor. Enjoyed all the extras in the storage closets. The unit was very clean. I sense the owner does not want to invest much money or time to make improvements (better mattress, new pillows, washer/dryer)- no changes in 5 years.

The landscape is incredible with both the mountains and the beaches. The property could use some updating but the view and the whale watching was incredible. Not to mention the private beach that is a short hike away.

Obviously the views were spectacular from every direction. Loved our walks in the morning and our views of the water. Aw whales several days! Property could use some upgrading. Reported a new patio door needed due to the salty air and were already replacing the day they came to clean. Could use new carpet and Bath fixtures as well. Otherwise loved the place and the north end of the island. Had everything we needed as we had lots of activities planned.
