Kauniisti maisemoidussa Hale Kamaole -kompleksissa sijaitsevassa Unit 255: ssä on yksityinen lanai, josta on kauniit merinäkymät Kamaole III -rannasta - nimeltään yksi maailman parhaista rannoista! Rannalla on lempeä surffata täysipäiväisillä henkivartijoilla. Sijaitsee kaukana Etelä-Kihei-tieltä rakennuksessa 6, tässä yksikössä on yli 1300 neliömetriä asuintilaa. Kaunis uima-allas sijaitsee vain muutaman askeleen päässä yksiköstä, sekä tenniskenttä ja grillausmahdollisuus. Paikan päällä on tarjolla runsaasti ilmaista pysäköintialuetta eikä mitään lomamaksuja, jotka tekevät tästä loistavan kompleksin. Tämä huoneisto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloista, kaupoista ja nähtävyyksistä. Tämä huoneisto on loistava tukikohta tutkimaan Maui!

Pääkerroksessa on uusi täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on graniittilasit ja astianpesukone. Ruokasali ja olohuone on sisustettu tyylikkäästi rauhallisella kodikkaalla rannalla. Varjostetulta Lanai on näkymät merelle, Länsi-Mauin vuorille ja uima-altaalle. Siellä on iso makuuhuone, jossa 2 erillistä vuodetta, ilmastointi, kattotuuletin ja runsaasti säilytystilaa. Pohjakerroksen kylpyhuone on hiljattain uusittu uudella turhamaisuudella, jossa graniittiset työtasot. Sviittipesukone / kuivausrumpu täydentää pääkerroksen.

2. kerroksessa on parvi-alue, jossa queen-vuode, näkymä olohuoneeseen, ja kattotuuletin. Makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, ilmastointi, kattotuuletin ja iso kylpyhuone, jossa suihkukaappi, ja se on hiljattain uusittu uudella turhamalla graniittitasolla.

Kaapelitelevisio molemmilla tasoilla, mukaan lukien iso "Smart TV" olohuoneessa, ilmainen wifi, pesukone / kuivausrumpu, puhelin sisältää ilmaisen rajoittamattoman puhelun Kanadaan ja Yhdysvaltoihin. Rantatuolit, boogie-levyt, jäähdyttimet ja muut rantavälineet, jotka sijaitsevat lanai-kaapissa avuksesi. Pesula myös saatavana paikan päällä lähellä tenniskenttää.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hale Kamaole. The location was great, the condo was well-stocked and comfortable. It was def very warm, but the ceiling fans did a good job cooling the unit. And when it got too warm, we cooled off using the bedroom AC units. Or jumped in the pool. I would recommend staying here.

Excellent place to stay with kids

This is our second time staying at this complex (first time in this unit). We have small kids, so we love being just across the street from the beach, 2 pools for the kids to swim in when they are tired of the beach, full kitchen plus access to grills means we can mostly eat at the condo. The bedrooms stayed a comfortable temperature at night with the A/C units running and beds were relatively comfortable. I'm glad we didn't need to use the bed in the loft area because it would have been pretty warm to sleep there in July (probably fine in winter months when it cools off a little more at night), though they did provide plenty of fans. They had lots of stuff available for us to use at the beach, so we didn't need to bring or rent anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Great week in Kihei

Loved this property, walking distance to so many spots including a great beach (Kamaole Beach Park III). Saw many whales jumping and a couple turtles - a few fish too. The pool and BBQ's were nice and super clean. This condo was supplied with everything you could possibly need for making meals and having a great time at the beach. Thanks for everything!

Great location

This was a a very good size place for a family of 5 - and loved that we could walk across the street to the beach and were within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Great Kihei location and great host!

We stayed at this property for our first family vacation since 2018. It's a great Kihei location with access to Kamaole III which is awesome for family relaxing and some decent snorkeling. Also super close the The Cove surf break if you want to try surfing...although Cove was crazy crowded. The unit has tonnes of space and lots of amenities in terms of beach supplies (cooler, boogie boards, snorkel sets, you name it). The communication and support provide by the host/owner's representative was top notch...you won't experience better responsiveness, care and support. Only constructive feedback is that the unit is moving in the dated direction and could have been cleaner; e.g. grime in the dishwasher...the dishwasher maybe needs replacing. Overall though, definite recommend for good value.

Spring break 2025

Our family of 4, and our friends (family of 4, 3 doors down) stayed for 8 nights. We had an awesome trip and the condo was perfect. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, towels and beach supplies were perfect, and the extra bed in the loft was a real bonus for our teenage sons to each have their own space. The fans throughout the unit really helped cool it down and worked well using the A/C units late in the day to cool the condo down for bed. We would definately stay again!

Family Christmas trip

Three weeks in paradise joined for a week by son & family. Plenty of room for all of us. Upstairs bedroom, bathroom and loft gave my son’s family their own space. Wonderful property close to so many things. We have been to the islands 30 years and this condo was our favorite to date!

Comfortable condo in a great location.

We love this condo for the location and the ability to sleep 6. We had a view of the ocean and could walk to shops, restaurants and ice cream shops. The beach across the street has good snorkeling and we saw many sea turtles. This was truly a vacation to remember .

Relaxing and Homey

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, well stocked, and had a great view. Nothing like waking up to the sounds of the birds and waves crashing then walking out to the lanai to enjoy a hot cup of coffee.

Great place for our first visit to Maui

The five of us that stayed here had an amazing time at this property. Plenty of room and beach gear for everyone. Having access to the beach across the street was amazing. Very highly recommend this spot. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Location for a Family Gathering

We recently rented this unit to celebrate a Birthday milestone. There were 6 of us sharing for 10 days and it was perfect! Everyone commented how comfortable their beds were and all were well rested in the mornings. The condo was well stocked and very clean. The proximity to the pool and bbq's were a bonus. Laura, the manager, was easily accessible and helpful. We are excited to book a return trip!

Family vacation

Perfect amount of space. Loved having the well stalked kitchen and washer and dryer! Property was beautiful and quiet with a beautiful beach just across the road.

Fantastic Condo

This is our second stay in this condo and it was just as great as the first trip. The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed and just felt like home. We enjoyed cooking at the BBQ's and chatting with other guests, and had a great time tanning at the nearby pool. We really enjoyed having a morning coffee and seeing the whales from the balcony. The complex is really well located, close to Kamaole 3 and other nearby beaches, and Kihei is a great central location to explore other parts of the island. We could walk to go to dinner and sunset each night which we really enjoyed. Laura was great at communicating everything we needed to know, and we look forward to returning here on many more trips in the future!

Spring Break 23’

Nice spot close to the pool and beach. Kids 6, 4, 1) had a great time. Plenty of room for sleeping with the 2 beds and loft area. Turtles at Kamaole III were a big hit. Great weather the whole trip and lots of vitamin D, to boost is up for the return of the NW rain and clouds.

Well appointed condo

Unit #255 is fantastic! We've stayed in this complex many times before, and this unit is better appointed than any of the others we've rented in the past. Great location across from Kam III beach. Easy access to the highway and shopping.

Great Location

We have stayed at Hale Kamaole many times in various properties. This unit was fine, but the amenities (snorkel equipment, boogies boards and some chairs) were in need of replacement. The unit was comfortable, but is a bit dated and could have used a deep clean. That being said, it was affordable and overall a pleasant stay.

Great location, well stocked and clean condo

The condo was great. It had everything we needed for our stay. The right size for our family of four. Only disappointment, and it is minor was that we couldn't see the sunsets from our deck. (We were there in November so maybe during other times of the year you can) Also the downstairs bedroom air conditioner was loud and it wouldn't have mattered because we never had to use it at night but having two little ones that still napped made it hard to get them to sleep. Again minor. We loved the condo and would rent again.

Great property and a Short walk to the beach

Property had everything our family needed and was clean with the exception of the air conditioning units. Could not use as a result. The owner by way of property manager made arrangements to provide extra fans which helped to cool the property at night. The owner went above and beyond regarding replacing the air conditioning units during our stay. Communication was excellent with the owner and the second half of our stay was nice and cool. I would recommend this property for a family vacation.

Spacious family getaway

We regularly vacation in Kihei and have stayed in various condos on this property and this was the best place, to date! With 3 bedroom areas (counting the loft), our kids had their own spaces (thus fewer fights ;-)) for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of beach gear to borrow. The only thing that would make the entire property better is if the pool was a little warmer. They don’t heat it nor have a hot tub, so the kids (and us) get too cold to swim as long compared to the places with heated pools or hot tubs. But this particular unit.. is a real gem. Thank you for the wonderful place to make memories!
