Kauniisti sisustettu klassisella siirtomaaalisella tyylillä, tämä tilava ja valoisa kahden makuuhuoneen kahden kylpy huoneisto tarjoaa joitain parhaita auringonlaskuja, joita näet koskaan! Sijaitsee Amapasin alueella, joka sijaitsee aivan vilkkaan mutta viehättävän romanttisen alueen yläpuolella; tunnetuimmista upeista yöelämästä, ostosmahdollisuuksista, taidegallerioista ja poikkeuksellisista ravintoloista. Vanhakaupunki, Muertoksen uimaranta ja Malecon-rantakatu ovat kaikki lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä mäkeä pitkin. Oma yksityinen poreallas istuu 300 metrin osittain katettu terassi esteetön näkymä Banderas Bay, Puerto Vallarta laiturilla ja kaupungin valot. Nauti ateriasi suoraan terassilla, jossa on sisäänrakennettu BBQ. BBQ: n jälkeen omalla terassillasi, lempeällä Vallarta-tuulella, auringonpaisteella ... mikä parempi tapa päättää yösi kuin suihkuttaa omassa porealtaassa.

1600 m²: n sisäosassa on kaksi tilavaa, valoisaa makuuhuonetta, joissa on vierekkäiset kylpyhuoneet, sekä äskettäin remontoitu ja niissä on sisäänkäynnit täysin kaakeloitu suihkut. Makuuhuoneessa on näkymä Banderas-lahdelle ja siihen kuuluu king-size-vuode ja turvallinen säilyttää arvotavarasi. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on ilmastointilaitteet ja runsaasti säilytystilaa. Jos käytät isoja sohvia olohuoneessa, tämä huoneisto nukkuu 6 mukavasti. Täydellinen paikka perheille.

Olo- ja ruokailuhuoneissa on upeat näkymät lahdelle. Kun terassin ovet ovat täysin auki, se luo yhden suuren avoimen tilan olohuoneesi ja terassialueen välille. Ruokailutila sisältää tilavan, komean, ruokapöydän. Keittiössä on myös 3 ulosteet, jotka luovat mukavan alueen syödä tai jutella ruoanlaittoa varten. Olohuoneessa on mukava avoin sohva, joka sijaitsee noin 42 "taulutelevisiossa. WIFI on tietysti mukana.

Keittiö on täysin varusteltu graniittiset työtasot, liesi, valtava jääkaappi ja pakastin, mikroaaltouuni, ruokailuvälineet, leivänpaahdin, kahvinkeitin ja muoviset-astiat. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sijaitsevat keittiön ovien takana. Tuore juomavesi sisältyy aina.

Meidän huoneisto monimutkainen sisältää kaksi upeaa allasta. Suurin näistä kahdesta on kompleksin pohjalla. Hotellissa on lempeä rauhallinen suihkulähde, liotusalue ja lukuisia lepotuoleja. On myös upea yläkerran infiniti tyyli kylpyamme ja baari alueella. Näkymät tästä kattouima-altaasta ovat myös melko upeita.

Ajoittain jyrkkä nousu päästä rannasta huoneistoon. Paljon portaita molemmille altaille.

A True Gem

My wife and I spent two weeks at this PV condo and really enjoyed it. The views from the patio are truly stunning. A perfect place to unwind with a morning coffee or evening drink. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It felt peaceful and private. The location made it easy to get to the beach restaurants and shops. Some people have commented about the trek up the hill from the beaches, but for us we looked at it as a way to get our steps in for the day. Overall, a great place to stay if you're looking for a comfortable home base with some of the best views in town. We'd definitely come back.

What a view!

Wonderful stay in Amapas. The condo had everything we needed and was beautifully appointed. We loved the pool and the veranda! Just up the hill from the Zona Romantica where all the restaurants and shops are but far enough away from the crowds and noise. Definitely recommend! Be advised that the hill is very steep which was fine for us but if you are not in shape, you can uber or take a taxi everywhere. Stephen was great as our host! Muchas Gracias para todo.

Great place with amazing deck and view

What a great place. Well maintained with all the comforts of home. The deck is amazing with great furniture and a working hot tub. The unit was filled with local art that really made us feel at home. It is on a hill that is a bit of a tough walk, but cabs and ubers are readily available for around $3 to $5 if you don’t feel like walking. I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed the unit very much. Great view and has everything one would need. Location is good but keep in mind it is a hike back up from town and with the humidity we were soaked with sweat every time we walked back. But at least you burn off some tacos.. Would definitely stay again should we be back.

Great views, a bit of a walk

The property was nice and view terrific. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the main living area and kitchen and having a clothes washer and dryer was great! Overall had a great stay but several negatives listed below. Master bedroom bed was very hard. Extra blankets available so was able to put under sheets to help but didn’t get very good sleep. Both of us over 60 yr old so the hills down and up to town were hard on us physically but didn’t prevent us from going out. The jacuzzi takes 3+ hours to heat up and bubbles stay on all during that period which was loud. And so we didn’t use it as much as would have liked to do. Owner was very responsive during process and helpful. On site prop manager a little leas so and often delays in responses.

This was very last minute but it turned out to be the best vacation. The villa location was the best, views were incredible and the owner and staff were most helpful. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Fantastic hillside villa

We had a great time staying at Steven's place in Pto. Vallarta. Close enough to the action to walk down each day, but with all the amenities it was a great place to just hang out by the pool or in the hot tub on the patio. Enjoyed cooking breakfast each morning. Checkin was easy and well facilitated. Highly recommend.

Never get tired of the view

We had a great week in PV. The views from this balcony are stunning. We could see whales frolicking. The sunsets were breathtaking and the mornings very relaxing. It’s a climb but the location is really central. We always found an excuse to hop in a cab on the way back to avoid the walk but the cabs are relatively inexpensive. It was quiet at night, which we really appreciated. The pool was lovely. Highly recommend.

Great owner communication

Stephen the property owner had a glitch with the person who was arranged to check us in and was prompt about letting us know about the new arrangement on getting us checked in. Evidently the situation arose on our flight down to PV. When we arrived at Loma Linda he had someone already waiting for us at the gate to let us in and show us around the property. He is a considerate person and checked in with us a couple times during the week to see how we were doing. Loma Linda has a great view, good location to the old town/romantic zone close to everything but yet isolated from the noise and traffic. The property is on a hillside which is an easy 10 minute walk down to restaurants and the beach. Save yourself time and take a cheap taxi home. I've been to PV six times and this is my new favorite area. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. I do recommend this rental.

Charming Villa with Amazing View

This was our first visit to Puerto Vallarta. We really enjoyed staying at Villas Loma Linda. We loved the charm of the villa and the property. The view was amazing and the proximity to town was great. We loved being able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops everyday. It is definitely a steep hike back up the hill but it was great exercise. We're both in our 60s and luckily still in great shape. This is the first vacation we actually lost weight! The pool was very inviting after walking up that last steep hill. Silvia, the on-site manager was very pleasant and helpful. We really appreciated having her nearby. We always felt safe in the area, which was really important being our first time to PV. Steve, our host was very responsive and helpful as well. The only downside for us was the noise of the construction nearby and the road below. It could be loud at times. Other than that, we loved the place and would highly recommend.

Great Condo!

We loved our stay at Villa Loma Linda. The condo has everything you need. We appreciated the fresh water provided. No need to buy bottled water. We spent most of our time on the spacious terrace with beautiful views and hot tub! The condo is a short walk to beach, great restaurants, bars, gym, market. If you don't feel like walking up the hill on the way back, it's an inexpensive taxi ride. If you don't want to go to the beach, the pool is amazing! Stephen the owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved Silvia, the property manager and all of the staff working there were very nice. We highly recommend this place and will try and book again on our next trip.

Another amazing stay

We stayed 11/3-11/13 2022….This is our second stay at this Loma Linda condo. We are very busy people with very stressful jobs. This condo is exactly what we need to unwind and escape, yet it is close to all the desired attractions we want. The beach, restaurants, the Malicon, Los Muartos beach and shopping are all within a short walking distance. The condo has everything you could possibly need. The patio in itself is worth the rental alone. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is perfect, the views are amazing. I hesitate to say how much we absolutely love this place. I don’t want to miss out on renting it in the future. Stephen the host is very attentive. Amazing!!!

Fantastic! Exceptional Access to Romantic Zone!

Wonderful villa near the top of Villa Loma Linda. The property was exactly as described and very spacious. It is a 5-8 minute walk downhill into the romantic zone and a few more minutes to the Malecon. $4 taxi ride from the plaza back up to the property. We enjoyed both pools on the property and the private hot tub on our patio (it was very hot while we were there so it functioned as a dipping pool!) We sat on the patio in the late afternoon and evening watching squalls move over the bay - an absolutely spectacular view of what seemed like the entire bay! Kudo's to the owner and property manager for great response and communication. We had a minor issue with the door lock on the day we arrived and it was fixed within 30 minutes. Absolutely no other issues!

Amazing location with great host.

The property has everything what a guess can ask, the view is amazing and the location is safe and quiet. The condominium is well organized and fairly clean, full of light and life, the jacuzzi in the condo is perfect for those sunsets and relaxing nights under the stars and the pools in the property were put to a good use as the weather merits it. The host and his team were very friendly, accommodating and flexible with any request. In particular, Stephen that went above and beyond our expectations. Great experience!

Best stay!

Linda Loma Villa is such a beautiful place to stay. From a single couple to a family with children this is a great location to stay in while visiting Puerto Vallarta! We had an awesome time with our children. The pool is a great amenity keeps the kids entertained while you want to have a nice relaxing day in. Everything is within walking distance the Malecón, beach, shopping and restaurants. Would recommend this place to family and friends! Thank You!

Hola, I'm a semi-retired classroom teacher. I've not only taught in the California Bay Area, but I've been extremely fortunate to have taught in Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong and Ecuador. I love sports, both playing and watching. I love to swim, and especially enjoy swimming in Banderas Bay.

I walked in, saw the view and had trouble looking away. I was captivated and mesmerized almost immediately by the incredible view of the city and bay. The property itself, the location, the old style architecture and the terrace were just too much to pass up.

It's quiet up on Hotensias street. The walk up to the property is not always easy after a day at the beach, but I love the challenge of walking those steps. Walking down to the Oxxo, and then turning left, you can take the tram down to the beach. Or more importantly, take the tram back up the hill.
