This was a wonderful size for our family of 5. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The proximity to River Run village was a plus as well!

Awesome Place

Loved our stay! The condo was spacious, clean and well equipped. Communication was really good and check in was a snap! Highly recommend this place to stay!

Phenomenal view

We had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay at this condo again. View of the mountain was perfect. Our family at another condo had worse parking, so we appreciated both the garage and oversized options. Kitchen was stocked with enough options to cook while we were there.

Very clean and well equipped for our group of 9. Easy access to river run village which we did by car. Management was quickly responsive to questions.

The coffee maker is marginal. The king bed mattresses were very comfortable. The toilet in the downstairs master bath, tends to overflow easily, and a towel ring was missing. All of this said, it is a spacious rental, and worked well for our group of 7 for one night.

spring getaway

Very convenient location, enough room for a big family. We found everything we needed for making small meals. The view from kitchen was great. Staff quickly responded to some issue we had in rental. This is our second stay in this unit, would definitely recommend.

Spring Break Trip

My family of four along with another family of four stayed four nights at the condo. The location is about a 5 minute drive to all the different parking lots for skiing. The restaurant, grocery store, and brewery on the first floor of the building were super convenient. The kitchen is fully stocked. Our kids enjoyed all the games that were provided. It was also great having a washer and dryer in the condo.

After being told it was scheduled for repair the next morning, we spent the whole trip walking the stairs. It was a bit hard on myself and most of my party!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For those arriving, need to enter the front door on the retail side by the grocery/liquor store. Once you figure that out and the layout of the building, the place was excellent. Lots of room for large parties of people. Everything was clean and in order. Nice view of the mountains. Nice pool and spa area. Three parking passes were provided. The only thing missing were non-stick pans in the kitchen.

location is great but has some problems

Location is great and the neighborhood is quite. Accessable to so many places. But the stay doesn't have any air conditioning working and no one showed up when we called the line. Had to adjust with the fans they provided. It's a hassle with infants and kids to find and adjust the fans..
