Family vacation

Very nice home. I originally thought it was in walking distance to down town Gatlinburg but its several miles away and that was ok. The parking was cramped with 4 vehicles spot to park but it all worked out ok. We really enjoyed staying here.

Great house full of amenities

We five adults stayed here instead of hotel rooms. Everyone had their private room and bathroom. The game systems and hot tub were added bonuses. We each said we’d like to return with our own families in the near future. The home was clean and well appointed.

My family enjoyed this house. It was very nice to have a king bed in each bedroom and bathrooms off of each bedroom. The internet worked well. Would stay here again!

Great Family Trip

We enjoyed this cabin. Perfect space for our family. Property is as described. (Other than initial location that is seen when searching.) easy to drive to and acces. Could have used more towels only 2 per bedroom. No extra towels for hot tub. No pantry for food storage, but the kitchen is well stocked with most basic kitchen needs. Had a coffee pot and a k-cup. Great views, would definitely stay again!

Great house and location

We loved this house and all of the amenities! It was exactly as described. The only downsides are the internet is vey slow and parking is limited and the spaces are small if you have a bigger vehicle. We would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving 2023

We had the most wonderful Thanksgiving in this beautiful home! Very spacious with something for everybody! Very conveniently located and a short drive into town. I was very pleased to find out that it was not a steep, scary drive up the mountain. I highly recommend this cabin for a nice, quiet family getaway!

Great property and location for family birthday celebration

This property was just as described and is only about 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. It was well stocked and in a quiet neighborhood. The check-in process was great except for having to email my drivers license to the property management company. They need a secure website for that. The email method is not secure. The living room couch is completely shot - springs are missing and/or broken. All interior door hinges squeak and could really use WD-40 so that when you open and close them then you don’t disturb others. Other than that it’s a great property with comfortable beds and plenty of space for a large group. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Nice Cabin

Cabin was very nice, the bed on the main level was noisy and uncomfortable but everyone else said theirs was fine. The only real issue was communication the last evening and day of the stay due to snow and ice. I messaged and asked our options at 4:43pm on Wednesday evening and no response and we were attempting to contact someone the following morning around 7am since the hill was covered in snow and no one was available until 8am, then they told us we needed to wait for management who comes in at 9am. Getting management on the phone for options was the hardest part and someone should be available 24/7 for these types of concerns and issues. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The property was as advertised. Had to contact the property managers for several things. They were mostly quite prompt and efficient. Our ice maker was never fixed.

Location is NOT as advertised

A very nice cabin, with a couple of blaring issues: this is a five bedroom cabin with a pullout… and has two parking spots. You are also AT LEAST 3 miles from the start of the strip in Gatlinburg. If you are trying to save on parking and/or Uber, this is NOT the place you need to stay. Otherwise, a nice spacious cabin. The elevator is nice for bringing your luggage in/out.

Great Place

Note this listing is not handicap accessible from the outside. The inside is somewhat accessible. The beds are a bit high. Had this been my husband and our children, it would have been beyond perfect. It was manageable for me, my husband, and six elderly aunts. They had to find the lowest beds, and it was hard to get them up and down the porch steps. The elevator was perfect.

Great Place/Lousy MB bed

The house was very nice and exactly as advertised. I stayed in the master bedroom on the main level and would recommend changing out the bed/mattress. The bed was to high for seniors to get into/out and the mattress sides were to plushy that they collapsed as you tried to get into/out. My wife is short and had to use a pot from the kitchen turned upside down to make a make shift stool to get into/out of the bed.

January 26-28 2024 stay

Overall the place was just what we needed. The only issue we had was the front door. When you push the code in the door was hard to open. We had to really push on the door to open it. One time it took us twenty minutes before we could get it to open. It was stuck and the handle was loose. Hope that it gets fixed before the next renters get in there. Other then that we had a wonderful time in the house

Firefly Nights

Would not have stayed at the property had I known the elevator did not work! That was the main reason I rented this cabin. We had a party of 10, one which is handicapped. We were never able to enjoy the hot tub, sauna, or the movie room because the handicapped person wasn’t able to walk down the 16 or so steps to get to them. Called tge rental office the first day at check in ave they advised they’d send maintenance out to fix it. Called back the next morning and was sent a text message that someone would be there as soon as they finished working on the cabin they were working on. Called back that evening and they said that someone from the elevator company would be there the next day to fix it and they would call with an ETA when they received one. Checked out today and the elevator is still broken. Poor customer service.. Stayed three nights with no elevator so we were unable to enjoy the amenities we paid to enjoy.

A bit misleading

The house overall was decent. We had 6 adults and 6 kids. The allure of the movie theater, pool table and air hockey is what initially had us book this spot. The movie theater did not have any movies available to watch. We had to sign in to our own Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple TV accounts (which was fine); however, the internet speed doesn’t allow for proper video streaming. If you want to use the movie theater bring your own movies. The amount of towels was super limited. After only half of our group showered we had to do laundry for the other half to shower (we only stayed two nights). Not enough cooking equipment; however plenty of storage for leftovers. Instructions for the elevator would be helpful. One of the comforters has large stains on it. Available parking is two spaces (we had three cars). It would be helpful to add an additional sign that says Firefly Parking as if you have neighbors they may think you only have one space to their two (adding lines to parking spaces would also eliminate the confusion). Initially we thought this was closer to downtown - like a street or two back - it’s about a 15 minute drive.

Holiday Trip!

It is was a beautiful home for our family to celebrate between Christmas and New Year. Close to Gatlinburg and grocery shopping. We had an amazing time. Thank you.
