We had a wonderful stay at Chris and Jeane’s condo. The condo is beautiful, the ocean view is spectacular and the resort/property is wonderful. Chris and Jean were immediately responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely book Chris and Jeane’s condo again and really appreciate that we were able to stay at such a beautiful place!

Place was exactly as described. Very clean, well stocked with everything we needed. On the beach, great pools and close to downtown just a short Uber ride away. On the weekends the beach club/night can be a be loud. The music usually stopped about 11 pm. The hosts wete great. Always responded we when had questions or needed anything.

A great condo located in zona hotelera. Located in tower 3 of the grand venetian on the 26th floor. The condo is updated, spacious and has wonderful views of the ocean and mountains from the two decks. The hosts of this condo go above and beyond to ensure your vacation is flawless. I would highly recommend this condo if your traveling to Puerto Vallarta.

Amazing property!!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The condo was amazing! Had absolutely everything you could possibly need and more. The property was stunning, with 5 pools to choose from, and many restaurants/shopping areas within walking distance. Correspondence with Jeane was consistently excellent. Will definitely be back.

The property offers unparalleled views from the 26th floor. The two de ks offer views of the mountains and the beach. The interior layout was large enough to easily accommodate our family. The host was easy to get a hold of and had answers to any questions that might come up. A great stay and property for sure.

I cannot say enough about the unit... its a beautiful property with every amenity you possibly could want... even the beds are comfortable!! If you want to get out and explore, getting around via Uber is super easy too! The host is super responsive.. just an all around wonderul experience!!

Love the Grand Venetian

We had a really pleasant stay. There were some minor issues with ants, that we had to spray for. Very comfortable condo. Great location close to everything, this was my second stay in the grand venetian condos and love it here. We picked a good time of year for less travellers so the pool was always quiet and plenty of room for us. Enjoyed the spa and having a great massage, really helps you feel like you are vacation.

Fantastic Property near Centro PV

This was a spur of the moment trip to PV and we found this outstanding unit that was perfect for us. The property owners are on their game. Had a minor TV reception issue on Saturday before the Super Bowl. Their IT person was at the apartment early on Sunday AM and got us up and running. Will DEFINITELY rent here again!

Hosts Jeane & Chris are the best! Very responsive to any inquiries we had. They have equipped the condo with everything we needed & more. The info binder they have provided in the condo is very helpful. Condo is beautiful corner unit, unbelievable views, very comfortable with an excellent location. Walking distance to multiple grocery stores, restaurants and the Marina dock. Easy check-in process, staff and other guests friendly and helpful. Would definitely book this condo again!

Sigh… parting is such sweet sorrow

Just a wonderful trip. Perfect location, great condo, beautiful grounds… We always enjoy our stay at the Grand Venetian. One of the main pools was closed because it was being redone but since it’s low season, there were plenty of lounge chairs still available and the other pools had no trouble accommodating everyone. Jeane and Chris were wonderful hosts—quick to respond to questions, and their condo had everything we needed. The condo itself is beautiful with spectacular views of the city, ocean, and river. Our adult daughter was with us and enjoyed having her own bathroom off her bedroom. A lovely experience. Thank you for having us.

Great Rental

The property was situated on the 26 th floor of building 3. Very nice view of ocean and mountains and marina. The apartment was beautifully decorated and had a more than ample supply of towels ( both beach and shower) and everything that you could possibly need. Music played at a bar on side of building on weekends, but was not too loud and did not bother us at all. We had an issue with WiFi one day, I called Jeane and the technician was at the apartment within 1/2 hour and the WiFi was fixed. That was impressive. If you wanted to cook, which I didn’t, the kitchen was beautiful and new, and there was an unbelievable variety of spices, condiments, and whatever else you could possibly need. The apartment was comfortable and beautiful and I would definitely enjoy renting it in the future.

It true, just bring your toothbrush!

Had a wonderful stay at Jeane and Chris' home. Pretty much everything is supplied, including oils, spices and many basics for your cooking needs. They recently added a great Weber gas grill on the porch and a wine fridge and extra drink fridge. Views are awesome from the 26th floor. We have never had so much quality pool time. The pools are very well maintained, they clean them and check the chemicals multiple times a day. In the mornings, you often almost have the pools to yourself. You are in walking distance (and uber or taxi back if you buy a lot of stuff) of all the major grocery chains and Costco. It is an easy, inexpensive uber ride to the malacon/romantic zone where most of the restaurants and shopping are located. We did not rent a car and did not miss having one, but the complex has a huge underground parking complex if you do. Jeane is a great hostess, she gladly answers any questions and responds very quickly to any inquiry or issue. Thanks to you both for sharing your home with us!

Amazing Property, Amazing Condo

Had my wife and both of my adult daughters with us and my oldest daughter's fiance. The grounds at the Venetian are spectacular. Great pools, immaculate landscaping, zero deferred maintenance anywhere that seems to be typical in other places. The condo was perfect for our group of 5. We had a minor issue with the AC and hot water heater on our second day and Jeanne and her local team were on it and had everything fixed in no time. I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's and I can say that I've never seen a more well stocked and provisioned place. Everything you could possibly need was there. About the only possible negative you could mention would be that the clubs around the Grand Venetian push their music well into the evenings on weekends and you can hear a bit of it, but it was definitely nothing that'd keep you up. If I come back to PV this would be the only place I'd want to stay. If you want a noisy party atmosphere with tons of of people stacked on top of each other, look else where. If you want a high end, peaceful place to vacation with family or friends...this is a winner. Cheap Uber's available within minutes to get you anywhere you want to go; restaurants in walking distance, same for nearby resort bars, etc. Thanks again, Jeanne, for letting us stay at your wonderful home.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is exactly as listed and reflected in the photographs. Exceptionally cared for including details you didn’t realize you might want. We loved that there was a system in place that you could use what was there but to replace with a similar product. While we didn’t use any of the food/drinks, we made certain to leave a few things for the next guests. Our visit fell over Good Friday and Easter week which made for a busy few days at the Grand Venetian. The club below was loud Thur-Sun but the music wasn’t terrible. We were thankful that the club didn’t operate Mon-Wed. Jeane and her husband make sure that their condo is an extension of their home which makes it so welcoming for their guests. Jeane is very easy to contact and responds quickly. We had no issues during our stay! We did not rent a car and relied on taxis and Uber. There is a staff member that sits outside the buildings and will hail a cab for you. Our cab rides to the romantic zone were around 100pesos. We loved the accessiblity to the marina, Versailles, downtown and the romantic zone.

Exceptional condo with magnificent views - extended our stay!

We loved our stay and hospitality of Jeane and Chris the owners that we extended our stay by two weeks! Their home became our home away from home as everything was provided and it was a pleasure to take care of their home while we were there. Lovely and immaculately maintained home and facility at the Grand Venetian. Pool, on-site restaurant, gym, local Pilates (Nauser - highly recommended) and beach front for long daily walks made our days relaxing but still active. Jeane was so helpful as we booked, confirmed arrivals with security and she made herself available the first weekend as we settled in while we got our bearings. Minor issue with TV reception but had it resolved quickly. The location is close to all amenities for groceries, pharmacies, La Isla mall - either walking or many taxis always available. The team at the Grand Venetian were exceptional. Always smiling, friendly and helpful. The only factor which is out of control of owners is the unbelievable noise from the beach club at the property next door. In addition to this was a club down the street whose music was also unbearably loud from Friday to Sunday. On weekends between 1:30pm to 6:00am we had to closed doors (which made it very warm) and wear ear plugs which did not work and made for many sleepless weekend nights. We feel so sorry for all the owners and visitors that have to deal with the weekend body pounding music. Even a vacation could be hampered if loud noise affects you. We hope that they may find a course of action to reduce the noise for what we saw were very few people attending the beach club. If not for that noise, our stay would have been a 100% perfect getaway. The 26th floor views of ocean on one side and mountains on the other, along with the wonderful condo was the deciding factor to stay for the extra time while knowing the weekend music would be the only deterrent. We adjusted our schedules to be way until 9:00p.m. (Beach bar stopped at this time) but unfortunately the other bar started at 11:00 and went to 5 or 6 in the morning. Even with these two negative noise factors, we still highly recommend this location and our gracious hosts. They and their home made our first retirement extended stay away fantastic. We are so very grateful to have a chance to share their home and happily we feel like we know what we want and need for our retirement sun destination after experiencing their home! Location Location Location!

We just returned from another wonderful trip to PV. We stayed at the Grand Venetian last year and were so pleased we decided to stay there again. This is the 6th property in PV we have rented. We have also stayed in hotels. This property beats them all. First of all, the location is PRIME. Very close to grocery stores, Walmart, and Costco. We always go there first for breakfast items and snacks (cereal, milk, fruit, granola bars, drinks, etc.) and other necessities. For dinner, we like to dine out. We never cook in the unit. If we wanted to cook, this unit has everything we could ever need. Back to dinner, the location is a short cab ride to either the marina (Bacha's, Mr. Cream) or to the Romantic Zone (Si Sinor Garden, Si Sinor Beach, La Palapa, etc.) Another thing we must do every time we come is go to Metamorphosis Day Spa for massages, facials, mani's and pedi's. It's the cleanest spa outside of high end hotels and resorts and the owners recognize us each year. Go there for the absolute best massage and facials you will ever get anywhere. Another point about the location - there is a new mall, La Isla, just steps from the condo. It has everything you could need. Great clothing stores, electronics, ice cream, Starbucks, and just two souvenir shops. Now for the unit specifically. Last year we stayed in a wonderful unit on the 5th floor. However, the view from the 26th floor of this unit can't be beat. We watched whales every morning while drinking coffee. We sat out on the balcony each evening watching the lights of the boats, the city, and enjoyed the music coming from the club below (only on the weekends and it closes at 8pm). The internet went down one afternoon so I texted the owner and we received an immediate response. It was fixed within hours and the quality of the internet is excellent. Both of us work from our personal computers so good internet was a must. It was very nice to have TV with plenty of US channels as well as access to many apps. It was nice to be able to watch the news and keep us on things. The king-sized bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. Our daughter stayed in the other bedroom and had her own bathroom so getting ready for dinner each night was a breeze. There are plenty of pools so whether you like to full sun or sitting in the shade, you are sure to find a spot. I can't say enough about this location, the Grand Venetian, and this particular unit. We will try to book it again when we return!

Paradise!

My family and I stayed at this condo for One month and we really loved the place! The view from the balcony is incredible. The beds are very cofortable and the kitchen is very well equiped. Everything we needed was there: Laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, soap, spices, oil… and the list goes on! Jeane, the owner was very feiendly and always available when we had questions.

Best View on the Beach!

Beautiful condo with a breathtaking view of Banderas Bay. Throughout the entire process Jeane could not have been more helpful or accommodating to ensure that our stay was seamless and relaxing. The condo is nicely appointed and fully stocked with kitchen utensils, bar ware, towels, toiletries, etc.. And the facilities at Grand Venetian make it probably the best condo in PV for long term stays.

Great stay in a very comfortable condo

Very spacious with good amenities. Hosts were very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions or problems we had. We enjoyed our stay.

Grand Venetian is beautiful

Overall the condo was great and the pools and ocean view incredible. One drawback was that for 3 nights the carnival was going on behind us and there is a club that is loud on the weekends. The location was very handy to take the bus or cab downtown. We love to walk too so that worked great as well. We had 2 couples and this works well for 2 couples. We also so whales from the balcony and pool. Incredible !
