Nauti Penthouse-huoneistoistamme aivan vastapäätä Fort Myers Beachin laajimpia rantoja. Runsaasti tilaa rentoutua 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta ja näkymät takana lahdelle ja Meksikonlahdella yhdessä meidän kaksi turvatarkastus lanais. Yksi katsella auringon nousta lahden yli ja toinen katsella kauniita auringonlaskuja lahden yli. Vuodesohvalla on uusi muistivaahtopatja ja tuntuu kuin tavallinen sänky, jossa on erinomainen tuki ja mukavuus. Olohuone on avoinna korkeat katot ja syö-in ruokailutila. Keittiössä on päivitetyt kaapit, graniitti laskurit, laatta takaisin splash, ruostumaton laitteet, ruostumaton iso pesuallas ja ruokakomero. Vierashuone avautuu Lanan takaosaan. Nauti kävelyetäisyydellä kaupoista ja ruokailusta ja vain lyhyen vaunun ajomatkan päässä Times Square -aukiolta.

Immaculately clean, well maintained, great location, well stocked made for a perfect beach vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back! This condo was very clean, well maintained and had good quality furniture, towels and linens. We have stayed at numerous rentals and this was the best one we have rented. It is immaculately cleaned-I especially noticed no dark grout lines or dusty baseboards which other units usually have. The owner lives locally so it’s clear he has time and cares enough to make sure everything is well maintained, clean and well stocked and in working order. We appreciated the extra garbage bags, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and well stocked kitchen. Most rental units give you a pack of about 2 garbage bags and 2 dishwasher loads so we always end up needing to purchase more. We thought the location was nice. About a 5 minute walk across the street to the beach, about 2 minutes to the pool. There is a CVS and a shopping mall within walking distance with great restaurants. We especially enjoyed Francesco’s pizza and Skye’s. We went across the street to Pinchers. The two balconies were wonderful and made it bright and big and fun to see either the bay or the gulf (gulf is in between a couple buildings but still a good view). The pool was very nice, it had some floaties and noodles and a little pool house with nice clean bathrooms so we never had to go back up to the condo. It is shared by about 6 buildings but we had it all to ourselves every time we used it! It was like a private pool!! We also really appreciated all of the beach accessories including umbrella, Tommy Bahama chairs, beach cart/wagon, boogie boards, toys and cooler! Many units do not have these items and we end up renting. There were also nice beach towels which we did not end up using because we brought our own. We could have saved much room in our suitcase because we always pack our beach towels not knowing what to expect. Overall this unit was very clean, well maintained and cared for, had quality furniture and was a great choice! I would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

We rented this for our daughter, son-in-law and three grandsons (13,11,9) over the Christmas holiday. They absolutely loved it!! Perfect location to the beach and other activities. It was very clean and had everything needed to make it a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The owner was amazing to work with and communication was awesome! Will definitely keep this in mind for future visits to Fort Myers.

WE enjoyed the property very much. The owner was very helpful and the apartment had everything we need. We actually packed items we didn't need to because the apartment was so well planned. We would definitely stay here again.

Well rounded Great views Condo

Nicely optioned property just across street from beach situated overlooking mangrove on back lanai side of condo. Nicely appointed with new living room furniture. Kitchen nicely updated with all amenities. Great views of Gulf beach area from front lanai. We like the outdoors, so really enjoyed the two bikes for guest use. And lots walking on the beached and in residential neighborhoods. So convenient to Santini plaza with its restaurants, shops, and flea market. Owner has a small bound manual with many useful instructions, some basic rules for considerate tenant conduct, and some local brochures for those new to the area. Top fifths floor condo in small building; so provide excellent views. Wonderful enjoyable experience with superb setup by the owner.

Matches the description 100% - very comfortable!

We had never been to Ft. Myers Beach (more on that to follow) but if you know this area, this location & condo is an EXCELLENT, comfortable, spacious and very clean spot. 100% matches description and is very nice. We had never been to Ft. Myers Beach, and often try new areas to see what we like and maybe go back. This area wasn't our ideal spot (which to be clear, has NOTHING to do with the Condo!) The beach is across street and was great, we thoroughly enjoyed many warm water swims and sunshine - so no complaints there either. We just didn't fine the types of restaurants we like & found the area a bit slow or other parts to be too touristy. We spent more time driving 20-30 min either way to both Naples & Sanibel Island for our fun outings. But that was our family and just sharing this for anyone who has NEVER been to Ft. Myers Beach to perhaps ask friends or research it some. But if you know the area and like or love it (and there a TON of Condos so many people clearly like it there a lot) I would 100% recommend this place as we were extremely comfortable and pleased with it for an entire week! This VRBO listing itself is a real gem and the owner was terrific, flexible and helpful! It got highest marks! Thank you.

Condo in FMB

We had a great time at this condo. The two balconies were wonderful. We were constantly outside on one looking at the Gulf the other looking out at the intercoastal. The views were beautiful. The condo had all the extras that made our trip great. It was so nice that there were the beach chairs, beach buggy, umbrellas and other toys for the beach. We used them every day. My teenagers used the bikes several days. The location of the condo was great. We walked over to the Gulf every day. It was a great trip!!

Great property

This condo was perfect for our 2-week stay. Lovely views, two lanais that brought up and set the sun. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, but manageable.

Top Ausgestattete Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick. Morgens richtung Osten Sonnenaufgang und Abends auf der anderen Seite Sonnenuntergang. Auf beiden Seiten hat es einen kleinen gemütlich eingerichteten Balkon. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die beiden Bäder sind auch gut ausgestattet. Für selbstversorger ist die Küche mit alles ausgestatten was es braucht. Saubere Töpfe, Pfannen und genügend Geschirr, Gläser und Werkzeug. Sogar ein Smoothie Maker war da.

Everything was exactly as expected. The place was immaculate and we felt like we had been there before just from seeing the online images and then seeing in person. Dave was friendly and helpful answering any question promptly. I would definately book this condo again.

You will NOT be disappointed!

Super host designation is a well-deserved title for Dave. He is very professional, accommodating, flexible and friendly. During our stay, he was involved as little or as much as we needed. The description of the condo is very accurate, but the pictures only give a glimpse into what’s in store upon entering. It’s obvious that Dave takes pride in his rental from the furniture and decorations to the appliances. It was well stocked with the usual condo items like dishes and a coffee maker, but also had so much more. Just imagine being at home with almost anything available at your disposal (from food processors and food storage containers to first aid kits and a heating pad). Every time we opened a cabinet or closet, it was like finding new treasures. The entire complex is extremely quiet and well-maintained. The pool is just a minute drive or a few minutes walking from the building. The pool is clean and family friendly. There are toys and floaties available in a shed for the kids and adults too, if you ask me. There is a bathroom and even a clock on the wall, so you will know when it is time to go! When you rent this condo, you can surely expect to have a relaxing and enjoyable time like our family did. We will absolutely recommend Dave, if anyone mentions they want to head to Fort Myers Beach.

Beautiful condo with amazing views!

This condo was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for the week. The location is great! It is directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The views are amazing! We look forward to staying in this condo again.
