Majestic Sun 802A on äskettäin uusittu Persianlahden deluxe-rannahuoneisto Seascape Resortissa, joka sijaitsee suoraan rannan vastapäätä 8. kerroksessa ja jossa voi majoittua yhteensä 7, 2 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Tämä huoneisto tarjoaa upeat näkymät Persianlahdelle kaikista yleisistä alueista, kuten makuuhuoneesta! Herää ja nauti aamukahvia samalla kun nautit omasta parvekkeeltasi kauniista sokerivalkoisen hiekan ja Summersin tuulen nähtävyyksistä. Tämän vuokraus, olet varustettu 2 rantatuoleja ja sateenvarjo teidän huoneisto, että voit ottaa rannalle, eik���� viettää 40 dollaria päivässä käyttäen paikallisen rantapalveluoperaattori. Lisää mukavuutta varten toimisto on paikan päällä, Majestic Sunin B-rakennuksen pohjakerroksessa, jos tarvitset jotain.


Tultaessa tähän 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpy huoneisto, löydät mukava olohuone, jossa voit ihailla kauneutta Persianlahden tai katsella televisiota. Vuodesohva olohuoneessa voi majoittua jopa 2 hengelle kahden hengen vuodesohvan lisäksi, joka voi nukkua 1. Helpon pääsyn rannalle voit k��vellä kadun toisella puolella rannalle ja loungeen sokerivalkoisilla hiekkailla tai kokeilla tuoreita meren antimia The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill -ravintolassa, joka on paikallinen suosikki. The shower wasn’t really draining and the screen door was hard to open. I emailed that night through the app and they’d sent someone to fix it by 9:30 am the next day. The view! Because the building is so close the view is gorgeous. Amazing sunsets. You can see for miles down the beach. The unit was good. VERY clean. Definitely pick building A. Definitely pick units not in the middle. If you stand right at the railing you can see a little of other balconies but people would just smile. Miramar Beach is the best spot. Whales Tail is a super fun place with surprisingly good food. Very quiet. No spring break insanity. Cons:The only con is the traffic noise because of how close you are to the beach. The road is just two lanes but busy. We were in the 8th floor and you hear everything. Actual traffic isn’t the issue ’s the trucks, the horns, the souped up engines, the motorcycles. That was rough. The waves are gorgeous to listen to but the traffic sounds would wake you. Even with the doors closed you can hear it.

Clean and close to beach

I appreciated the cleanliness of our unit. My sister and I loved sitting on the balcony to look at the beautiful beach and water. It was a quick trip to get to the beach and just relax. Would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic views

Our favorite thing about this place was the views from the balcony! The water was so clear that we could see schools of fish and string rays while relaxing on our balcony. And the sunsets were gorgeous!

We have stayed at the majesticSun for the last five years but this was our first time staying in this particular unit, and we won’t be booking this unit again. There was mold growing on the ceiling of the bathroom connected to the room where my son was staying. We called maintenance and they did come spray bleach to clean it off. The door frames throughout were dirty with what looked to be splashes of pop or some sort of dark colored drink that wasn’t cleaned off. The baseboards throughout also had some sort ofLiquid that had been splashed on them and was never cleaned off. The screens out to the balcony were both ripped. The one from the living room area was ripped almost all the way on one side, and the one in the bedroom had a large rip in it as well. The shower in the master bath would not drain. It held water and filled up each time we took a shower. Just not what you’dExpect after paying almost $2500 for six days.

Not The Greatest Condo

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, the whole condo immediately smelled like rotting fish (no joke). It smelled like someone had either made or forgot about fish the last time they stayed there which also begged the question... when was the last time anyone stayed in that condo? We bought an air freshener at the grocery store once we realized the smell was coming from the freezer. The couches were both “fine” as far as looks but there were stains all over one and they both felt completely unclean. We were unable to cool the condo off completely even though 72 degrees is a “normal” temperature, it felt the AC needed some maintenance because it never actually conditioned the air. It was a humid 72 degrees. Overall it felt like someone bought this condo and rarely rent it out for whatever reason but also rarely take care of it to the extent of what it costs to stay there for a whole week. We’ve stayed at the Majestic Sun before but won’t be using this specific condo ever again.

Worked beautifully for our family. Bathrooms were a bit dated and there was damage to one of the screens. Overall, we loved our stay. Would stay again if we ever go back to Destin.

This was our first time in Miramar Beach and the Majestic Sun was the perfect place for our little family. We loved the beautiful view from the 8th floor and our condo had adequate room for my husband and I, plus our 2yo and my mother. The 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The only things we found wrong were 2 of the outdoor chairs were broken on the patio and some of the outlets throughout didn’t seem to work. The cleaning crew could have done a little better cleaning as the rug in the living room had some leftover sand when we arrived but again overall everything was in great condition. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice Property!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the property location very much, we were satisfied with our stay, the furniture could have been more comfortable and was badly soiled, and the unit could have been cleaned & updated better. We had some trouble rescheduling a unit for next year, and was told that it was because of the computer program, and we got numerous emails to sign the agreement for next year when we had already done that! We thought this could've been handled better.

First Defiantly recommend Travel Insurance, The Property and Owner refused to work with us at all! Because of the Hurricane (Sally) the airport was shut down for two days, our flight was cancelled we were forced to figure out how to get to our destination or EAT our money spent , they refused to even let us reschedule our stay! On top of that the Property was dirty, dusty, had a unpleasant odor, A deep cleaning and fresh coat of paint go a long way! The bedding could use updating along with some furnishings, the guest bedroom had a dresser that is TOO big for the room, you could not walk around the bed much less use the dresser, the Master bed also had an armoire that is too big and in the way, useless! The furniture on the balcony is old. I've stayed in much nicer places and paid much less, Professional Pictures are deceiving! And if you have the privilege of getting "Devin" on the phone her don't give a crap attitude tops off the whole experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was spotless upon arrival and has a wonderfully stocked kitchen for all prep needs. The management team provides ample ‘get started’ amenities giving you time to settle and get to the store. There are 4 or 5 beach chairs and a small umbrella in the unit for guest use so you don’t have to travel with it. Comfy beds and TVs in every room for nighttime entertainment. I would rent again and recommend!

Suggest someone may need to check units often for patio doors operating correctly. We never could get our balcony door from the master to open. The patio furniture was less than desirable. We could feel the metal bars when sitting which made enjoying the breathtaking views uncomfortable.
