Luuletko, ettÀ olet saanut pisteen, kun kirjoitat tÀmÀn kauniin rannan huoneisto Pointe Westiin! "EXTRA POINTE" sisÀltÀÀ kolme makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta. TÀmÀ loma-asunto on tÀydellinen paikka perheellesi nauttia Pointe Westin lomasta. Se sijaitsee toisella tasolla (2 tasoa pysÀköintihallien ylÀpuolella), jonka avulla voit helposti nauttia kauniista, esteettömÀstÀ rantanÀkymÀstÀ valoisasta ja avoimesta olohuoneesta / ruokailutilasta tai suuresta parvekkeesta. Voit helposti kÀyttÀÀ huvilasi varattuun, katettuun pysÀköintialueeseen suoraan hissin poikki helposti lastaamista / purkamista varten. Kaikkien rantavÀlineiden aidattu varasto on aivan nurkan takana.

TÀysin varusteltu keittiö ja avoin pohjaratkaisu tekevÀt perheille helpon valmistaa illallisen ja nauttia toistensa yhtiöstÀ samanaikaisesti. KÀytettÀvissÀsi on myös taulutelevisio, ilmainen Wi-Fi, astianpesukone ja tÀysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja.

Makuuhuoneissa on king-vuode mestarissa, jossa on vaatehuone, joka on riittÀvÀn suuri perustamaan pakkaus-n-play, toinen makuuhuone, jossa on queen-vuode, ja kolmas makuuhuone, jossa on kaksi erillistÀ kerrossÀnkyÀ, ( tÀydellinen lapsille!) tÀmÀ huoneisto sopii ihanteellisesti pariskunnille tai lapsiperheille, jotka lomailevat yhdessÀ. KÀytössÀsi on myös pakkaus-n-play (ilman vuodevaatteita), syöttötuoli, lasten astiat, turvaistuin, lasten portti / leikkikehÀ ja vauvan kylpyamme pÀÀkaapissa.

Villa on vain lyhyen kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ dyyni-risteyksestÀ, jossa voit rentoutua kauniilla rannalla. Pointe Westin rannat puhdistetaan ja hoidetaan sÀÀnnöllisesti ja ovat ylivoimaisesti parhaita saarella. Ja ainutlaatuinen Pointe West - NO TRANSPORTTI on sallittua rannalla.

Kick-off iltapÀivÀllÀ kÀymÀllÀ meidÀn yksityinen Beach Club, jossa voit hyödyntÀÀ kaikki palvelut tarjotaan, mukaan lukien 20.000 neliömetriÀ aurinkokansioita, infinity-allas, poreallas, lasten allas, Cabanas, grillit, kuntosali, pelihuone ja lahjatavarakauppa. My family and my parents booked for a long weekend over July 4th. The property was clean and comfortable. Great location to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked.

Great Condo

This is a nice place to stay close to the beach. This is 20 miles west of Galveston main tourist part so be aware. The condo is pretty much as described. A few items that I would suggest for the owners to improved on. The master bed was hard as a rock did not get good rest. The balcony door sticks hard probably due to the environment.My biggest complaint is the parking, its tight and person staying at 303 drove an suv that park over the line and my van could not fit. this is because of the pillars that support the building are tight. I believe i was only able to park there twice on a seven day stay. The pools are great the heated one is across the street not convenient but its there. Golf carts they need assigned parking when I was not able to get into my assigned parking I had to go another parking section walk back to my condo because all of the car spaces where taken by golf carts. I would probably stay here again.

The condo was great! Some work to be done with the restaurant services but there is nothing that the condo owner can do about that. If you are coming down plan ahead to take advantage of the wonderfully stocked kitchen. Will stay again for sure!

Clean yet cramped....

The past two 3 -4 years we stayed at the Holiday Inn Signature Villas....much more spacious. The Extra Pointe was clean yet just too small for 8 people! The pictures and amenities were made to look so much larger than they were on line. One bedroom had no closet nor did it even have a rack for hanging clothes!

Great beach property!

We stayed at this same beach property with our 5 grandkids last year and it works so well for us - bunk room for the boys and bedroom for the girls. We love the porch and view of the beach. Pointe West is wonderful to work with and the Beach Club pool is beautiful! We were a little disappointed that the restaurant was still closed and there was no food or drink service but we understand that these things happen. We look forward to coming again!!

Extra Points

Beautiful and very clean. Owner/Management VERY responsive and helpful. It turned out to be just 3 of us. Very relaxing. We had very heavy fog but still enjoyed the weekend at the Beach. Everything we needed was there. The only thing I advise is anyone renting that may have mobility issues needs to be aware that neither bathroom has the grab bars in walk in shower or guest bathroom. You may want to bring a shower chair for the large walk in shower.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful week at the beach in Galveston at our Extra Pointe stay in the Pointe West resort. The condo was the perfect size for three groups of adults and one toddler, because we all had rooms and places to sit at both the dining table and in the living room. The kitchen and grill amenities made our daily seafood meals a breeze, and the washer and dryer helped with our outdoor activities. I wish we had been able to use the resort amenities more, but so it goes when you take advantage of the off season. One person in our group used the gym routinely, and we enjoyed the hot tub for stargazing. We highly recommend this property! Communication was fast and responsive, and the location couldn’t be beat for having natural views halfway between the Brazoria Wildlife Preserve and downtown Galveston—the best of both worlds.

Perfect vacation spot!

We had an amazing stay here! The condo was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was beautiful, and perfect for vacation. The beach here is beautiful. We all enjoyed looking for crabs and watching for wildlife in the dunes. The pool at the main club was so perfect too! Our only complaint there was that there was another large group at the pool who was very loud and rowdy, but no employees around to assist. We were also bummed that the gift shop and restaurant were closed for the season. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful mini-beach vacation!

Mini-beach vacation with our 5 grandkids ranging from 7 - 15. We had such a good time - the condo was beautiful, well organized and spotlessly clean. There was lots of closet and dresser space, big pantry which helped contain the chaos. Kitchen was well stocked. The property is beautiful, communication with Pointe West was outstanding, staff were all so nice and the pool and club service were really nice. Really happy with our whole experience and we can’t wait to come back!! Just wish we’d had a couple more days!

Beach Gem!

Really liked the condo we stayed at. It was clean, cool beach vibe decorations, and had everything we needed to make our family comfortable. I also liked that this condo is in a family friendly area. No cars or trucks allowed on the beach made us feel much safer.

Family vaca

There were 10 of us in our group. It was a little tight with sleeping as the “kids” were actually all adult size but one! We made due with the couches but the 3rd bedroom really only sleeps 4 adult size people, comfortably that is. But the place was beautiful, kitchen worked great and the view was amazing. We enjoyed the beach walks and a little swimming and kayaking (did see a shark kayaking though!! Scary but cool). The beach club was fun but pool a bit cold for March. You are quite a ways from any full grocery (although one pretty nice small one is close by). Galveston itself is a very cool town and we enjoyed shopping and eating there!!

Condo was Amazing-property and club not so much

The Extra Pointe was AMAZING! Very clean, beautiful view of the gulf, and had everything we needed for our family. I especially loved all the kid touches, like having a high chair and pack and play available. However, I was incredibly disappointed in the condition of the property. The elevator went down in our building right after we arrived. This was problematic and scary as my mom is handicapped. It had also been out the week before but had been repaired. When we arrived there were signs on the elevator saying not to hold the doors open or it would stop working. The following day we went to visit the main pool only to find that that elevator was also broken. When we complained to the front desk they were only concerned with whether we had the right color wrist bands for the pool. They did not offer any sympathy for the fact that 2 of their elevators were broken making this trip very difficult for my mom. The customer service was awful. I was pleased with our condo and the beach was beautiful but i doubt I’ll ever stay here again due to the lack of maintenance and service on this property. For what residents pay, it should be top notch and it definitely was not.

Great time for all ages

Grown-ups and kids had a great time at this condo . It was a great location ( close to beach) and plenty of room . The pool across the street had a Lazy River which was fun but it was very cloudy . The next day it was closed for cleaning ( a Saturday ). Kids were disappointed . Grown ups liked the other pool because you had drinks and food served poolside .

Great getaway

This condo was just as advertised. Comfortable, clean, the resort is beautiful and beach club gives a great vacation feel. Loved watching sunrise from the comfortable balcony. Had all the kitchen gadgets we needed to cook. They even have the light switches labeled so we didn't have to guess. Perfect if you want a getaway. The location is a fair drive to restaurants and grocery... not an issue for us, but if you plan to eat out most meals then plan on driving. Would love to come back an stay in this condo!
