Ole ensimmäisten joukossa jäämässä tähän hiljattain päivitettyyn mökkiin, joka sijaitsee suoraan lämpimillä hiekkarannoilla ja Meksikonlahden turkoosissa. Vain astua kuistasi (jos sinusta tuntuu!) ja hiekkaan - vain muutaman askeleen Meksikonlahden lämpimille vesille ja fantastisille auringonlaskuille! Ei portaita kiivetä - vain pysäköidä omassa autosiurkassa, rullaa matkalaukku muutaman jalan ja tervetuloa Paratiisiin! Olemme juuri valmistuneet päivittämään huoneistoa kokonaan uudella avoimella pohjapiirustustekniikalla, jossa on valkoinen shaker-kaapit, graniittilaskurit ja täysikokoinen ruostumaton keittiö - jääkaappi ja jääkaappi, sisäänrakennettu mikroaaltouuni, 5-polttouuni ja astianpesukone sekä aamiaisbaari baarijakkara istuimet! Kodissa on kaikki uudet kalusteet, mukaan lukien king-size-vuode yksityisessä makuuhuoneessa, queen-size-vuodesohva, 2 taulutelevisiota, pesukone / kuivausrumpu yksikössä, ranta tuolit, pyyhkeet, kaikki vuodevaatteet ja täysin varusteltu keittiö - myös sekä kahvinkeitin että Keurig! Tuo vain uimapuku!

Beach Getaway

The cottage was perfect on every level. We had a great relaxing week with all the comforts of home. Great eating establishments within walking distance. The property owner(s) were great and well ahead of the game with check in instructions and lots of information on the area. We loved our stay and will be back soon!

I had an amazing stay! It’s the perfect location. Close to restaurants and the store across the street is nice. To be able to walk out the door and directly onto the beach was amazing! It’s also perfect for watching the sunset. One suggestion would be to have an ice cream scoop for the kitchen. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. It’s honestly horrible but everything else made up for it.

A beautiful clean cosy beach house in a fabulous setting, right on the beach. Everything was exactly as stated and the hosts were super responsive, friendly and sorted out a small issue for us within minutes. We definitely want to return.

You can’t get any closer to the beach than this property and the views are spectacular! It is clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The hosts are very responsive to questions. We only wish the water pressure would have been better in the shower. We would highly recommend this property!

Adorable & Convenient!

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable beach house! Everything was just as pictured—it was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Communication with Laurie and Russ was easy and very responsive throughout the entire process.One thing to note: the home is a duplex and located right next to a public beach access point, which wasn’t immediately clear from the listing. That said, the location was incredibly convenient and we were just steps away from the sand, which made beach days a breeze. The sunsets were absolutely stunning and one of the highlights of our stay—perfectly viewable from just outside the house.Overall, we loved our time here and would absolutely stay again!

We were looking for a place where we could step out and have our toes in the sand…..we were looking for a place where we could forget about our chaotic life and just relax….we were looking for some place clean and affordable. Loved the place!!! Had the best weather and gulf was incredible. Laurie was always just a text away with any questions. The updated kitchen and bathroom were great. We have stayed a couple years ago and it was also great, but the upgrades made it fantastic. Quiet and comfortable!! We will be back

Awesome get away! Great property and location!

We've stayed at several VRBOs over the years and our five star rating for this property was earned and is absolutely deserved. We had zero issues during our stay and look forward to coming back in the future. The location is perfect for a beach getaway and there is plenty to do in the area. We really like that the beach is void of multiple bars and large party scenes. The owner really takes care of this property and ensures you have everything you need for your stay. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Great stay for 2

The property was exactly as listed. It’s very close to many restaurants and the beach is perfect. The property owner was excellent with communication and it was always timely. The unit was well equipped and was very well stocked with “starter” essentials such as paper towel, dishwasher tabs, washer pods, etc which is greatly appreciated so you don’t have to immediately run to the store upon arrival. There were great beach chairs and a small cooler to use. Absolutely loved our stay.

Four nights in Indian Shores.

This property checked off a box on my bucket list of staying in a beach cottage rather than a condo. It was exactly what I had pictured. Everything was clean and exactly as described. If I had to give any suggestions, I would upgrade the towels as they were very used and not appealing. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella being available but used our own as the ones in the shed were very dated and rusted. Would highly recommend the restaurant Salt Rock Grill a short walk away. Possibly one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at!

Energetic beach loving family that has been visiting Florida since we were children and are lucky enough to have beach rentals in Clearwater Beach, Indian Shores and Ft. Myers Beach. We are both Realtors licensed in Illinois, with Laurie also licensed in Florida. We love to get a break from the cold weather in the Chicago Suburbs with a few winter trips to the beach including long walks on the beach and fantastic sunsets with a cocktail!

This property is so special because it is quaint, old Florida style and located directly on the beach - ranch style with NO STAIRS and a covered parking space 10 feet from your door, so that you can literally have your suitcase in your bedroom and on the beach in 10 minutes! We love this location on the beach because it is more private and the ocean is so clear and turquoise blue/green! We have updated the kitchen/living room to make it an open floor plan with white shaker cabinets, a full-size stainless steel appliance package and granite counters and breakfast bar. The bathroom is also totally remodeled with a walk-in shower and comfort height toilet. All off the furniture, bedding, kitchen accessories, etc. are brand new - as well as 2 flat screen TV's (ROKU in living room and Alexa) and high-speed wireless internet. You will love watching the sunset from the covered front porch or inside at the kitchen table - or start the day with a cup of coffee from either place!

This is a 1957 quaint beach cottage - ranch style with no stairs, but updated with an open floor plan featuring white shaker cabinets, all full-size stainless appliances (Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave and Dishwasher), PLUS a washer/dryer, king sized bed, ROKU TV, Alexa, new walk-in shower, high-speed wireless internet, covered front porch right on the sand to just stare at the ocean and feel the ocean breezes and enjoy spectacular sunsets! There is also a new outdoor shower!
