Zannabella B & B sijaitsee viehättävällä Texasin alueella, vain muutaman minuutin päässä Ingramin keskustasta ja 7 km: n päässä Kerrvillestä. . Se on sarja mökkejä, joissa on monenlaisia teemoja, jotka tallentavat Texasin henkeä ikimuistoiseen kokemukseen. Romanttisia rinteellä varustettuja mökkejä, joissa on oma piha ja täysi aamiainen. Sijaitsee kuvankauniilla Texas Texasin alueella vain muutaman minuutin päässä Ingramin keskustasta ja 7 kilometrin päässä Kerrville-kadulta. Hotelli sijaitsee kukkulan rinteellä, jolta on näkymät Henderson Branch -laaksoon. Hotellissa on kauniita näkymiä, yksityisiä puutarhapihoja, oma terassi, minikeittiö ja täysi aamiainen. Small Getaway

My husband and I stayed at this charming little house for a weekend getaway, and we absolutely loved it! We visited the Empty Cross and had a great time watching the birds and taking in the natural beauty. The location is perfect—close enough to Fredericksburg for a day trip. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was perfectly brewed. We’ll definitely be coming back. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming.

All the scenery was beautiful and the breakfast was awesome as well. My wife and I got to meet the owner, Zach, and he is a fantastic human. It was PERFECT for my wife and I's 23rd wedding anniversary.

Very clean, very safe, full time owners, owners communicated well, close to Fredericksburg, great views, super meals, well decorated cabins, great rates this close to Fredericksburg yet gets you out to a quiet country spot. We will return to this little place of heaven.

The hosts were incredible!! Yummy breakfast in the morning, extremely nice and accommodating people, excellent communication, and the cottage was extremely clean! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay where I didn’t feel like a guest but I felt like family! We will be coming back for sure!!! Highly recommended!

Terrific stay!

My husband and I came in to Kerrville for a wedding and this B&B was perfect! The owners are wonderfully personable and took great care in making sure our experience was wonderful. The cabin was beautifully rustic and warm on a chilly January weekend and just the privacy we needed. The Belgian waffles, eggs, and sausage for breakfast were tasty. We can’t wait to visit again.

Weekend away

We had a wonderful time, our cabin was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the sunrise from our deck. The breakfast was amazing. We took advantage of the homemade dinner on Friday and it was delivered to our cabin hot and delicious. Anna and Zach were very nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location/wonderful owners!

The wife and I stayed here 2 days for our anniversary. The cabin was super clean and wonderfully decorated. The property has a way-out-in the-country feel, but is only minutes from Ingram and Kerrville, which makes in-town activities easy. Zach and Anna are wonderful, friendly hosts, and fantastic breakfasts are included with the cabin rental. We had a great time and would love to stay at Zannabella again! I would leave 6 stars if I could!

Cute Little Getaway

Where to start?

The hosts? Amazing people! Accomidating, kind, caring and went above and beyond before and during our stay! Spend some time with them, they have GREAT stories. The room? Just as described. The view was incredible. We took a GREAT pic but can't post it on here. Maybe they will use it in the listing. The gas fire pit was so nice, we bought one the next week for our backyard! WE lit it every morning and watched the sun come up. The bed was a high quality mattress. Had all the towels we needed. Everything we needed was there for us. The food? Let me tell you, they can cook! Each breakfast was different, unique and all of it was excellent. We asked for the french toast recipe! And this was a FULL breakfast, not just "a little something". We will not hesitate to visit again!

Comfortable, Quiet Lodging with Wonderful Hosts

My wife and I spent two nights in the Hillside Haven - one of the five unique cottages comprising Zannabella B&B - on the backside of a two-week road trip. We loved the peace & quiet of the property on the outskirts of Ingram, and it is located within easy driving distance to Kerrville, Fredricksburg and other local sights. The view from the two decks in the private courtyard of Hillside Haven was lovely, and we found the cottage to be comfy and well equipped. The bathroom with shower is admittedly "cozy", but functional. Our hosts, Zach & Anna are a wonderful couple, and we enjoyed our opportunities to chat with them during our stay and hear about their life journey. They have done a terrific job creating Zannabella B&B out of an overgrown property with a decaying house. Anna is an amazing chef and baker. The breakfasts were very tasty, we were glad we opted to for the Saturday Chef-prepared dinner of stuffed pork tenderloin, which we enjoyed in Zannabella's breakfast room. Everything was delicious and an excellent value. In addition to her many talents, Anna is also an artist and has some pieces displayed in the breakfast room available for purchase. One particular piece caught my wife's eye and we took home a lovely piece of Anna's talent.

Meticulously Maintained & Carefully Cleaned Romantic Hideaway

Romantic hillside cottages are a meticulously maintained & carefully cleaned delight. I was quite impressed with all the details and added touches surrounding the property. The breakfast room is delightful! The ham and fruit salad were such a treat that we were inspired to serve both for our Easter dinner. The bed is so comfortable! The kitchenette is thoughtfully stocked. The cottages are in a wonderful, safe, quite, peaceful location that is great for stargazing. There are plenty of private spots to enjoy the romantic outside setting. The view is absolutely amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our romantic getaway and only wish we could have stayed longer. The location is fantastic. We enjoyed visiting the Empty Cross. It is free and well worth a visit and pictures. We also enjoyed Stonehenge II and the variety of thrift stores in the area for treasure hunting. The is a lovely walk along the river. I would love to come back and go tubing. We highly recommend Thai Ocha in Kerrville. You can sit outside with a lovely view of the river. Both the green and the yellow curry I tried were amazing!!! The servings were SO generous and the prices were incredibly reasonable. We both had an absolutely marvelous time. The hosts were delightful. They have taken such care in creating this treat. We would love to come back! Our only issue was that the water pressure in the shower was low and you must take a short shower in order for both of you to have a hot shower in succession.
