Ihanteellinen paikka perheesi lomalle. Olipa etsit kauniita näkemyksiä, letkuja, kalastusta, paahtamista vaahtokarkkeja tai vain kotona on kaikki! Patio joen reunalla ja portaat helpottaa pääsyn joelle. Suuri kannella talon edessä tarjoaa upeat näkymät Guadalupe-joelle. 40 jalkaa yksityistä jokiresistetietoa on täydellinen viettää päivän uinti, melonta, letkut ja rentouttava. Home istuu 1/2 hehtaarin aidattu maa antaa yksityisyyttä ja runsaasti tilaa ulkoiluun. kajakki, jossa meloa sisältyy vieraiden käyttöön.
Yksityinen Guadalupe Riverfront omaisuus on kadun toisella puolella 200 metrin päässä talosta ja siinä on suuri kivi patio muutaman metrin päässä joesta. Patio sopii täydellisesti katoksiin ja tuoleihin sekä päivän viettämiseen. Kuusi kiven portaita joen reunalla mahdollistavat helpon kävelyn sisäänkäynnin jokeen. Tämä joen sijainti sopii erinomaisesti kahlaamiseen, uintiin, kellumaan putkeen tai vain rentoutumiseen, kun katsot muita kelluvia. Putken ja lautan vuokraus on vieressä. Ruokaa ja juomia on saatavilla Lone Star Float Housessa, lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä River Roadista.
Koti on täysin kalustettu keittiö / ruokailutila / olohuone, johon sisältyy monia muita mukavuuksia. Suuri saari ylimääräisiä istumapaikkoja täydellisessä keittiössä, joka sisältää astiat, kaikki kodinkoneet ja astiat. Kaikkiin vuoteisiin sisältyy lakanat, kylpypyyhkeet, tyynyt ja vuodevaatteet. Olohuoneessa on 2 nojatuoli ja 2 futon, taulu HD TV, DVD ja videonauhuri. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja kaapeli-TV. Vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode kaapeli-TV: llä ja toisessa vierashuoneessa on kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä ja kaksi erillistä kerrossänkyä. Talo on nopea internet / WIFI ja kaapelitelevisio. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ovat käytettävissäsi. Kaasugrilli ja hiiligrilli ovat käytettävissä. 2 makuuhuonetta on taulutelevisio kaapeli.
Vieraiden on oltava vähintään 25-vuotiaita tekemään varauksen ja heidän on oltava majoituspaikassa. Tähän kotiin mahtuu korkeintaan 12 henkeä. Tätä enimmäiskäyttöä ei saa ylittää milloin tahansa. Ei päivävieraita.
Talo sijaitsee kätevästi 15 minuutin päässä New Braunfelsin keskustasta, historiallisesta Gruenesta ja Schlitterbahnin vesipuistosta. Ostokset ovat vain 20 minuutin päässä San Marcosin kauppakeskuksissa. Läheiset nähtävyydet San Antoniossa ovat Alamo, Fiesta Texas ja kuuluisa San Antonio River Walk, vain 30 minuutin päässä. Olet myös lyhyen 45 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Austinin valtion pääkaupungista ja kaikesta sen tarjoamasta. New Braunfelsissa et koskaan lopu tekemistäsi!

We absolutely loved this property! It was right across the road from the river which was great for easily walking to the river! We loved that the yard was completely fenced in with a beautiful front porch and deck for us yo relax and let the dogs outside to enjoy the view of the river! I will definitely be coming back in the future.

I would recommend newer pots and pans, replace/fix the shower head and check the games as most were incomplete. But overall, it was nice. The river front was a steep walk up and the river bank grass were overgrown. The river was perfect, not to deep or too shallow.

We had a great time at this house. There is riverfront access. The A/C worked great which was a huge bonus. It was very clean and in a great location for our river needs. Long gone are the days of us tent & RV camping at the Guadalupe. This is the best way to enjoy the river! Thanks for hosting us!

House Was Okay - Waterfront Area Was Misrepresented

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While our experience with checking in and out was smooth, the property was quite different than advertised on the website. The home itself was fine, although quite a bit older than the images appear, it was clean with comfortable AC. Our issue is with the "riverfront" area, which was nothing like pictured except for the pad area. The steps pictured multiple times leading into the river do NOT exist. Instead, it is a mud slope through 5 feet of tall grass and trash - two chairs at the river edge, along with discarded clothing. While you cannot keep people from dumping while they float, these items had been there awhile proving the area was not inspected before our arrival.The clean and pristine river edge shown in multiple images does not exist, the entire river edge is 5-foot tall grass on both sides of the property entrance. That is a haven for snakes to nest in and that is what we would have to walk through to access the river. The bolder featured just inside the river on your photos has been graffitied, image has been included, adding to the serene experience of the busted canopies flanking the river edge at the business one house over. Response from NBE was that we should’ve contacted them during our stay to have maintenance come mow. *That would’ve taken up a day of our two full days there. The grass had been growing for weeks if not months, where nobody is monitoring just profiting.

River weekend

We enjoyed the home, there was plenty of space for our group and the kids loved the deck. The river felt fantastic, and it's a very short walk. There is only one shower which was not a problem for our group. There are two toilets which worked well for us.

Great location

We had so much fun on our river trip with close friends. The location was great and we had plenty of room for the 7 of us. I do wish there was another shower but we made due. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen so make sure you do a thorough job cleaning after cooking.

Last minute family gather

This place is overrated and bought the insurance just in case as we were only staying a short while. After the fact we are being charged for damage that is not specifics just general. The place is very old and needs an update for the price and seems anyone that books is being charged for any maintenance as they said a window was damaged which we did not also a door. Glad we got the insurance and will be sure to do video of the place when we get there and also a video when we leave moving forward. Sad to see how people do their business these days

Loved our last minute stay!

With only a few places allowing pets, we chose this place and it exceeded our expectations. The place was nice and clean, even with last minute preparation, board games and a small surplus of movies to keep the kids busy. Apps on the tv’s also helped but we couldn’t get the arcade game to turn on, no big deal. The front porch was nice and relaxing with a propane grill and enough seating for everyone to relax and watch the neighbors pop fire works while we grilled some burgers. Definitely would stay here again or at any of their other awesome properties.

The towels were originally white but greyed with stains of dirt. The bed covers had stains and were not clean. The kitchen doors were falling off or all the way off. There is a toilet next to a fridge and the washing machine.

The house has a huge yard that's great for kids and dogs, and the river is across the road. The only real bummer here is the master bedroom has the ac air handler in a closet in the bedroom, and it's really, really loud. Overall, I'd say best for big parties rather than a quiet getaway for a couple or few.
