Olemme sijaitsee yhden korttelin päässä ravintoloista, Red Kettle Coffee Shopista, ostosmahdollisuuksista ja rannasta. Studiomme on sisustettu queen-vuode, vyöryvä sänky, täysi kylpyamme, näkymä kannelle, TV ja pysäköinti kadulla.

Lovely and immaculate property, perfect for our weekend sports-parents stay. Really appreciate the extra touches from the hosts: coffee and creamer; snacks; beach towels. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore the adorable neighborhood! Would stay again.

Our stay at the Summerland Guest Studio was perfect. We were there to drop off our daughter at UCSB, and used it as a relaxing home base in between moving her in and shopping for supplies. We walked to breakfast and then down to the gorgeous beach one morning. The neighborhood is quiet and the beds are clean and comfortable! All in all, a great stay!

Perfect CA beach stay

What’s wonderful place for a couple or a family. We travels with our two adult children for a wedding and this was perfect. If you are traveling with little ones, it will be even better. Why pay for the cost of an overpriced hotel when you can stay here.

Summerland is a cute town

This place is a hidden gem. It was perfect for our five day stay. We visited Solvang and Santa Barbara. D'Arcy was very friendly and even surprised me with a bottle of wine for my birthday!

Great Little Spot in Relaxed Summerland

Property was immaculately clean and well appointed. Had pretty much everything we needed (including our dog). Easily accessible to all of Santa Barbara and environs (beaches Montecito, Downtown and Goleta/Isla Vista!

Great Summerland Getaway- very dog friendly 🐕🐾

Great place to stay especially if you have dogs. Host was awesome, beach where we took our dogs and Summerland was a great little place. Such a peaceful getaway and views of ocean were definitely real. Place was also very clean and comfortable.

We loved D’Arcy’s place in Summerland. We were attending an event in Santa Barbara and the location was perfect. Easy access to SB. We had a great time walking down the street to the Summerland Cafe, Rusty’s Pizza and Lookout Park. My family of 4 fit just right in the apartment. D’Arcy left many great snacks and sent us a few messages with helpful information. We would definitely recommend her place to others.

Summerland Great Location

Stayed here two nights: it has a wonderful aura. Everything I needed was thoughtfully provided: good coffee, soft drinks, snacks. Enjoyed the deck in the afternoon sun. I loved being walking distance to restaurants and shopping— saw the Dodgers win the first night of the World Series at the Nugget, breakfast at the Summerland Beach Cafe… I felt like I was part of a friendly, delightful neighborhood!

Our Go-To Place in SB County

We have stayed at D'Arcy's place three times! This time we really enjoyed using the beach chairs and beach towels provided. The wine, sodas, water, and snacks are always a welcome touch. We love walking to Red Kettle Coffee and then the five short minutes to the beach.

Can't beat this location

This was our second time staying at D'Arcy's cottage and likely won't be the last. This visit we took more advantage of Summerland, including hiking the trails, walking the five minutes to the beach daily, enjoying great food, coffee, and wine right in town, and playing the board games provided. Our dog is totally comfortable here too!

Weekend Getaway

We spent an amazing weekend at Amor Fati! The space was fantastic and we loved being able to see (and hear!) the ocean waves. D’arcy and Mark were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating hosts - they thought of everything and more. Location is perfect for a dreamy getaway to Summerland. Looking forward to our next stay!

Lovely cottage

Great location; walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Nice, friendly, and safe neighborhood. Ubering to our concert at Santa Barbara Bowl was easy and convenient. The property was clean and stay hassle free. Amenities were perfect for our needs. Owners were great and communication with them was smooth. I’d stay again and highly recommend.

Great stay in Summerland

D’Arcy is a great host and my fiancée and I had an amazing stay. The property is clean, spacious and quiet — and the balcony in particular is excellent. It’s barely 10 mins down the road from Santa Barbara so everything is easily accessible. Plus, it was my fiancée’s birthday 5/5 and D’Arcy thoughtfully gave her a small gift. We had a blast and we would absolutely stay there again. Instructions to check in/out were straightforward and D’Arcy communicates immediately if you message her. Can’t recommend it highly enough for a weekend getaway.

Beach Retreat

A very clean, comfortable, peaceful and pretty quiet (except for a little 101noise, which didn’t bother me, I’m from L A) also thoughtful and useful extras everywhere. There was a trail two doors down that was great that took you on a loop with a fairly good incline to a beautiful meadow with wild flowers and gorgeous views I’d say the loop was just over a mile, perfect for me and my dog, we hiked it 4 times and never saw a soul, we loved it. Thank you D’arcy and Mark

Evac booking !

Such a cute little spot with easy parking and access to everything in the cute town of Summerland and the beach. D'Arcy goes above and beyond to make you feel at home with coffee, water, sodas, snacks waiting for you... Amazing ocean view and adorable little deck. and walking distance to all the best food spots in Summerland and great little hiking trails. It's close to the freeway, but the place is surprisingly quiet at night with the windows closed. She also has a noise machine for you if needed.I forgot my laptop, and D'Arcy went out of her way during work to wrap it up, take it to Fedex, and send it back to me. She was so accommodating to us during a very stressful time and we would love to go back.

Perfect, Just What We Needed

It was better than advertised. We felt at home during our short getaway. D'Arcy had thought of everything to enhance our stay from snacks to beach towels. Windows everywhere that allowed the sun to shine in. The location is convenient and Summerland is a beautiful community. We were grateful that parking was on site and that we were guaranteed a spot. There was a convenient green patch along with treats that made our dog, Bella's stay perfect. We strongly recommend this to others. Thanks again!

Unbeatable location in Summerland

I book A LOT of VRBOs and D’Arcy and her rental just knock it out of the park. A prime location, it does not suck looking out the windows and seeing the ocean from your bedroom. The rental is very easy to find, walking distance to everything Summerland has to offer and a short drive from Santa Barbara. The unit was absolutely spotless and I so appreciate all the small touches (snacks, drinks, even treats for the doggos). D’Arcy thinks of everything. It makes all the difference. You’re going to catch some slight traffic noise from the freeway, but the unit is very private and it shouldn’t disturb your sleep. Our first time in Summerland, we look forward to returning and staying with D’Arcy. 10/10. Would recommend!

Beyond Expectations!

My husband and I love this studio by the sea. D’Arcy’s thought of absolutely everything and our stay (our first in the area) couldn’t have been better. From booking, preparing to arrive, then our actual stay, D’Arcy was everything you’d hope for in a host. She gave us extremely helpful information about the area and made sure the unit was fully cleaned and stocked to ensure a wonderful stay, including snacks for our doggie. We really can’t say enough about the unit itself and how hard D’Arcy worked to make sure we had everything we needed. We walked the 2 short blocks to the beach every day (with the beach towels and chairs that came in the unit) and our dog loved to frolic in the sand. We also enjoyed all the restaurants we could walk to. We will absolutely be back to beautiful Summerland; we feel as though we’ve made a new friend in D’Arcy!

Majoittaja: D'Arcy Cornwall

We are Mark and D'Arcy Cornwall. We have one dog, Casper. We both graduated from UCSB and went to law school in Santa Barbara. We are retired now and love to travel in our RV when not in Summerland. We decided to rent out our guest house as a vacation rental so we could share the joy of this special place with special people. We hope you love Summerland as much as we do.
