Tyylikkäässä ja hiljattain rakennetussa kodissamme Logan-aukiolla on kaikki tila, jota perhe tai ystäväryhmä tarvitsevat yhdessä matkustaessaan - sekä helppo pääsy naapuruston tarjoamiin parhaisiin ravintoloihin, baareihin ja kauppoihin (vaikkakin täysin uusilla laitteilla, saatat löytää itsesi kokkaamaan pari yötä)! Olemme nopean kävelymatkan päässä Loganin sinisestä linjasta, joten täältä on helppo päästä O'Hareen tai Loopiin. Ilmainen paikan päällä oleva 2 autotalli. Nauti upeasta vierailusta tässä tilavassa, aurinkoisessa, kauniisti sisustetussa talossa!

Sisään - joko autotallista tai kadulta - päätasolle, joka on kaikki kokoontumisalueet: oleskelutilat, jotka on suunniteltu valon hyödyntämiseksi, ruokailutilat ja iso keittiö. Myös tällä tasolla on puoli-kylpyamme. Yläkerrassa on makuuhuone, jossa parisänky ja oma kylpyhuone, kaksi ylimääräistä makuuhuonetta, joissa queen-vuode ja yksi huone, jossa on kaksi kaksoset, ja toinen kylpyhuone. Alemmalla tasolla on perhehuone, kaksi makuuhuonetta queen-vuoteilla ja kylpyhuone.

Talossa urheilee nopea WiFi-yhteys, kolme Smart 4K -televisiota, Sonos-kaiuttimet, Alexa ja pelit. Kylpyhuoneissa on kaikki tärkeät mukavuudet, kuten ensiluokkainen shampoo, hoitoaine, vartalopesu ja erikokoiset tuoreet pyyhkeet. Upeassa keittiössä on kaikki tarvittavat välineet ja se on valmis ruoanlaittoon. Kaikissa huoneissa on upouusi memory foam-patjaa. Siellä on myös uusi pesukone ja kuivausrumpu pesuaineella ja kuivauslevyllä.

Talo tarjoaa erinomaisen pääsyn kaikkiin upeisiin ravintoloihin ja viihdeisiin Logan-aukiolla sekä erittäin kätevälle pääsylle moottoritielle keskustaan. Sininen linja on nopean kävelymatkan päässä. Naapuruus on turvallinen ja vieraanvarainen. Kiinteistön takana on kahden auton autotalli omaan käyttöösi. Ympärivuorokautinen yhteys on käytettävissä ja isäntä on käytettävissä milloin tahansa mitä tarvitset - mukaan lukien suositus alueen parhaalle viihteelle.

Fantastic Stay

A few friends and I stayed at Amit’s place during our weekend trip to Chicago. It was such a beautiful home with everything we needed. The location was great, too. It only took us about 10 mins to walk to the blue line, and the neighborhood was very nice and relatively quiet with easy access to the highway, as well. Amit was very responsive and accommodating—a super host for sure. You could not beat this stay for the price, especially. 10/10 would stay again.

Great stay and host

We had a group of 10-12 and it was awesome. Host was communicative whole time. We had an issue with the water heater and the host jumped on fixing it for us. Place was clean and we would stay again!!

Great chicago stay

The house was clean and in great shape. Excellent location w quick interchange access. Easy to jump on and get to downtown attractions in minutes while staying in a nice Suburb. Great having a garage for parking! House had kitchen equipment for easy meals. Games were left under the tv! Had a couple questions, host was very quick w response and easy to get ahold of. Would highly recommend this place for the great home and great host

Attended Wedding

This property was great. Listing was accurate. More than adequate space, great communications with our host, lower level was shockingly large. I've never seen ceilings in a lower level this high. Outdoor decks were awesome. Utilizing the garage was a necessity because of the typical Chicago parking availability. Pulling in and out requires patience but our Expedition did fit in. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place To Stay

We stayed here for a large group trip to Chicago, and it was an excellent option for us. The only hiccup was that the cleaning service was still getting the property cleaned when we were supposed to check in at 3. Otherwise, we had no issues!

Overall a Great Place to Stay

Overall we were very happy with our visit here. We had 13 guys and this unit has more than enough space for all of us. Our only issue was that we could not gain access to the garage to park our cars. The code to open the garage door did not work which was a bummer. We were able to easily find free parking on the street right in front of the house so in the grand scheme of things, it really didn’t matter. Other than that, very happy with our entire stay!

No real problems, but some things that are pretty disappointing for the price point.

So, all in all the place is fine and lives up to the description. We do an annual trip with seven 50 year old guys to a city for a relaxing weekend. Three things however I would comment about for people considering renting this place: 1) The owner has a ridiculous list of things that he says he will fine or penalize you for. It is like a laundry list of $50, $100, and more financial penalties. It is very unfriendly and given you already pay for insurance, it seems absurd. it is also written like the renters (who are paying a LOT per night) are in elementary school - say that you will make people pay for damage. I expect that if we damage something we should pay, but I don't expect such an odd approach to dealing with customers paying multiple thousands of dollars. Treat people like adults. 2) The owner seems to have a weird level of focus on the place. He mentions monitoring visitors from cameras by the doors,... It just makes the whole thing seem creepy. 3) A lot of stuff was in poor state - the garage door didn't open so we had to raise it manually/park on the street, the coffee table had damage to the edge when we arrived (which worried us given his crazy list of things he would "fine" guests for), one bathroom had an issue with the faucet, stuff was clearly low quality and not holding up,... Just odd for a place that is this expensive. Again, none of these things are a deal breaker, but we wouldn't ever rent here again given the oddness of #1 and #2 above and the reality of #3.

Great location

We are a family group, all senior adults. We had everything we needed, pretty much. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect for us, quiet, but still not far from downtown. We recommend.

Long weekend getaway

Great house for a group event

We enjoyed our stay at this house. We were in town for a NCAA basketball weekend. There was plenty of space for three families to share and gather in the hearth room or spread out to our own rooms. Communications with Amit were quick and responsive on this last minute reservation. Thanks for sharing your house.

Great Spot for a Reunion

8 college friends and I rented this beautiful home for a reunion weekend and it was perfect. Tons of space to sleep and socialize, great kitchen for cooking or cocktailing and many good nearby restaurants. Amit was a great communicator and always available if we had questions.

Great Place for a Large Group Gathering

We were looking for a place for 6 couples for a family get together in the Chicago area and this place worked wonderfully. Spacious areas in the family room and kitchen for large group gatherings. Amit was a good communicator prior to our visit, during our visit and at check out. Only 20 minutes to the airport (non-peak traffic).

Great for a large group

We were very happy with the house. Great location - very easy to get downtown and having the garage in which to park our vehicles was appreciated. The house was clean although we were surprised by the number of warnings to not scuff the floors or walls given the number of marks already there. They were not an issue for us and did not distract from our enjoyment of the house, but the warnings did not match the state of the house. We would definitely recommend the house based on location, size, convenience and comfort.

AS Good As It Gets

I travel frequently and have stayed in some beautiful rentals all over the world, and I have to give Amit a gold star. This is a very beautiful home that is well represented by the online photos. We had a group of 10 (family and friends) in Chicago for a family wedding- we stayed several nights and couldn't have been more comfortable. I am a mattress snob and need my sleep- so the beds were very important to me! VERY comfortable beds and all of the furnishings were top notch. Will absolutely stay again. Nice stay but under construction??

My family and I thought the host was really nice but the home had a lot of marks on the walls and floors. The microwave and the dishwasher handle is taped on. I think the home is over priced for all the issues that’s going on inside it. The foosball table was missing a couple men on it but it was enjoyed by my family. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay!

Great house and location in chicago!

Loved our time in this house with family! Everyone had their own bed and were completely comfortable! Also enough space to spread out in the different areas of the home as needed. Cannot say enough about Amit and his communication and responsiveness to any concerns! Great host for sure and I have rented a lot of VRBO's! We would come back to this home in a heartbeat!

If you do bring your car, however, we offer on-premises garage parking and a close shot to highway on-ramp. Most of our guests grab an Uber / Lyft and enjoy the quick ride to downtown Chicago!
