Tämä Disciples Ridge huoneisto sijaitsee suoraan Boyne Mountain omaisuutta ja sopii suuremmalle ryhmälle hiihtää, pyöräilyä, golfia tai kerätä erityinen tapahtuma! Vain merkintä, meillä on myös toinen Disciples Ridge huoneisto yksi rakennus pois.

Tämä huoneisto on täynnä mukavuuksia ja on tarpeeksi suuri majoittaa 1, 2, 3 tai useampia perheitä. Lyhyt kävelymatka vie sinut Boynelandin keskelle ja sinne pääsee vuoren pohjaan ja kaikkiin Boyne Mountainin lomakohteisiin. Tai hypätä autoon ja olla Charlevoix-järven tai Boyne Cityn rannalla alle 10 minuutissa. Petoskey ja Charlevoix ovat kukin 20 minuutin päässä vuorelta.

Tämä hyvin varustettu huoneisto on kauniisti sisustettu ja siinä on uudet olohuoneen kalusteet, takka ja paljon tilaa kaikille. Se nukkuu 16 vuodetta ja 18 vuodesohvalla. Tämä huoneisto vuokraa täydellisenä yksikkönä ja siinä on 3 tasoa, joissa on 2 keittiötä ja 2 suussa, joten siellä on runsaasti tilaa levittää ja nauttia erilaisista aktiviteeteista.

Tämän kerroksen pääkerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja parvi. Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa on kaksi kuningattaria, päälliköllä on kuningas ja parvella on kaksi kuningattaria. Päätaso on myös kolme täyttä kylpyammeet (päällikkö kylpy on poreallas), den kanssa vuodesohva, täysin varusteltu keittiö ja kannen patio asettaa. Asunnon alempi taso pääsee sisäisen portaikon kautta sekä oma erillinen ulko-sisäänkäynti. Kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta ovat alemman tason, yksi kuningas ja toinen kaksi kuningattaria. Yksi täysi kylpyamme, den ja ylimääräinen keittiö ovat myös tällä tasolla. Pinoava pesukone / kuivausrumpu tällä tasolla condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We started in the facility for Jul4th weekend and it has enough beds, bath rooms to accommodate four families. Rooms were clean and we enjoyed the stay. I spoke to Nancy from the management company for couple of times and she very prompt in her response. Couple of suggestions or issues we faced not major ones- Patio was not clean. We have to. Clean the table and chairs with paper towels.- internet having issues and TV was not working. We want to enjoy time, one way it’s good.- Parking was not clear, without lanes people were using additional space that could have helped to park other cars. Two spaces were allocated and it was used randomly.

Large property fit our large family well

Our family stayed here at the end of January mainly for skiing/snowboarding . The property was large enough for our four different families to fit comfortably . The walk to the slope and main lodge was manageable however I would suggest if you have younger children that are skiing to bring a sled to transport skis/poles/boards . We made it work and took turns carrying their equipment though . The path to ski in/out was nice. We would love to stay here again

Had great time, a few comments to make stay better!

Loved it, great time but a few comments to make the stay a little better…not enough bath towels for 16 people. Needed to tell us a few things we didn’t know…bring toilet paper, not enough for 16 females!!! There were no potholders or hot pads in kitchen, nor were there any spatulas. Floors were a bit dirty (if bare feet, they were black on bottom), ceiling fan very dirty and several light bulbs were out, and outside grill was very very dirty. Upstairs fridge doesn’t seal, so everything in it had condensation and leaked water. Upstairs toaster didn’t work properly. Beds were great, fireplace was nice, bathrooms clean and very nice. Big enough to accommodate all 16 of us.

Great family vacation!

Wonderful location! A short walk to all activities the resort offers. Plenty to do for all ages. Condo was very comfortable and suited a group of three families well. Avalanche Bay was a huge hit and Deer Lake beach was so clean and perfect for small children. Only downside was spotty internet service even after we called property manager. Worked briefly. Maybe update some equipment?? Otherwise five stars!!!!

Girls Skiing Weekend

My friends and I rented this condo for a weekend skiing getaway. It was the perfect set up for a large group, with plenty of space to get ready, even for a group of 13 women!

The house was clean, comfortable and convenient for my stay. Some more basic amenities such as a sponge or coffee filters and more kitchen tools would have been appreciated but we were able to make do with the limited supplies. I would return for my next trip to Boyne mtn!

Worst Trip Ever

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was semi clean. There were bugs and only 1 tv had Netflix. Our last night we decided to use that room in the smelly basement area to watch tv as a family. My husband woke up the morning that we were leaving around 4:00 am with a bed bug biting him. We pulled the sheets back and saw several. The host Matt, still lies about it to this day and will not refund our money. Right is right and clearly this place does not value that. The weeds outside grew insane and trash was overflowing when we arrived. They’ve over for you to justify them if their property. How crazy is this. I’m on vacation not house sitting. There were stains on the rug in the middle layer of housing and the tables were sticky. The bathroom near the patio door was clogged before we got there. The ant traps in the kitchen did not help. They were all over the counters and small flies and insects were in the house. At least refund me my money for my things being damaged. Never visiting again and everyone knows if this.
