Tervetuloa lomakotimme. Toisen kerroksen huoneistossamme on kaikki keittiön peruslaitteet ja -välineet mukavaan oleskeluun kodin kaltaisessa ilmapiirissä. Kylpyhuoneissa on kangas, käsisaippua ja pyyhkeet. Makuuhuoneissa on queen-size-vuoteet, joissa jokaisessa on neljä tyynyä. Lämmitetyt lattiat keittiössä ja kylpyhuoneessa. Kävele Baijerin kylään, golfkentälle, joelle ja polkuille. Aloita seikkailu täältä tai astu elokuvan tai kirjan kanssa.

We are used to staying at resorts where their supply of kitchen items are pretty minimum, here it was fully stocked and had everything we needed. The location was great. The unit was very clean! Will stay here again when the time arises! Thanks!

Quiet and Quaint

Great area, quiet complex, adorable place. Perfect for travelers of four. Everything we needed in the room. Walk was a little further than expected but easy, beautiful and quick. Great communication and easy entrance. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Family Vacation

Family Skiing Vacation

We chose this condo for a family skiing vacation in the Leavenworth area. It met our needs, perfectly. The condo was conveniently located for our two cross country skiing days as well as our one down hill skiing day. Additionally, it was nicely located near so many good restaurants and a grocery store. The condo was well furnished, nicely decorated, spacious and clean.

Nice condo conveniently located

Perfect getaway

This was our second time staying at the property, and we love it there. Great location just a little less than a mile from the town square. We love the condo. Comfy beds, well-appointed. Love it!

Cozy place to stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Clean, cozy, quiet and within walking distance to town. Steve and Tammy were very responsive and offered lots of suggestions for things to do while in Leavenworth. Wish we could have stayed longer as the minute we walked in the door we felt like this was a place in which you could just rest and relax. Would love to stay here again in the future and will recommend it to friends & family as well!

Everything I needed, walking distance to activities/stores, quiet (we were mid-week), and very comfortable. Owers were super-responsive to questions. Check in and out was good and clear. Will return if schedule allows.

Very comfortable!

Great location with beautiful mountain views and close to town, snowshoeing and skiing. Heaters worked well - we were very cozy. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of space for four of us to relax, play games and get prepared for days in the snow!

Aventyr Hus get away

We spent a wonderful month at Aventyr Hus. The condo is comfy, cozy and comes equipped with everything you need. Aventyt Hus is an easy walk into Leavenworth for shopping or dinner. We can’t wait to return to the Aventyr Hus.

Beautiful, Cozy, Quiet

My sister and I stayed 4 nights. The place was so Welcoming, clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay so much. Our first time to Leavenworth and it was just gorgeous. We loved the Waterfront park and fall colors. The icicle brewery and Doghaus brewery were our fav hangouts! We visited the Reindeer Farm and it was a must see.. So much fun and awesome peiple! Thanks for a Wonderful Stay!

Lovely condo

The condo is very comfortable and clean. It’s a good location on Icicle Road close enough to walk to downtown Leavenworth but far enough away to feel out of the bustle of town. The deck has a lovely view of the mountains. The place has everything you need including a kitchen with all the cooking equipment needed and in good shape (not always the case in all rentals) and lots of little thoughtful touches throughout. We’re happy we chose this place for our stay!

Nice condo

Great communication with the owner. Had a couple items that I had issues with and he was immediately on it. It is farther than a half a mile to town more like a mile but was an easy walk.

Great family trip!

Great place to stay! Nice, clean, and cozy place to stay right outside of town. I appreciated the fact this place had just about all the accommodations I needed to cook (many VRBOs don’t carry simple things like salt and sugar, which is annoying to have to bring or buy). The beds were comfy and the layout works really well for a family of 4. The location is a bit of a walk to town for my 5 and 7 year old (especially in the heat) and parking can be tricky in town but being so close to icicle village where there is a park and pool made up for that. Parking is tight for a F150 but we made it work. Would recommend this place!

Furniture & bathrooms a little outdated, but tidy & convenient location.

Booking, check-in / check-out was easy. Condo was very clean, except for a few cob webs and minor mold spots on shower caulking. Kitchen was stocked with all the reusable supplies needed for a weekend stay.The bathroom vanities and toilets are very short, which is a bit of a struggle for full grown adults. There is one comfy loveseat in the living room, but the additional seating is two wicker chairs that were not at all comfortable for adults to relax and watch an after dinner dvd. However there is a lovely selection of DVD's to choose from. The balcony was cozy. The bedrooms had ample outlets, including USB. Overall better suited for a young family vs. two sets of adults.

Leavenworth Condo/Apartment

The location is situated about 1.5 miles out of downtown, making for a great walk into town with incredible views of the surrounding mountains, especially on the return walk. The apartment has all the commodities to make an extended stay (3-4+ days) very doable. Cozy vibe, plenty of space, with glimpses of the high mountains off the balcony. Minor downside is that the alpine sled park is directly viewable from the balcony, but not a big issue. When we stayed, the couch had a pullout bed, but there was no way to plow up the air mattress, but we still had plenty of space. Bedrooms had plenty of space, and the kitchen had everything necessary to do a lot of cooking and meals indoors.

We both grew up in Western Washington and raised our kids in a town just a couple hours from Leavenworth.

When we started thinking about investment properties we thought of Leavenworth first. We love the area and all the adventure opportunities available. I love the smell of the Ponderosa Pines. We always look forward to spending time there.

The view from the deck is wonderful!
The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking tools that we use ourselves.
We have replaced the quality sheets a few times over our time as rental owners and take special care in keeping them as well as the towels clean and refreshed throughout the year.
