TÀmÀ 1122 neliöjalkaa 2 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuoneen huoneisto nukkuu 6 ja siinÀ on oma parveke, jolta on nÀkymÀt golfkentÀlle. KeittiössÀ on graniittitasot ja isÀnnÀssÀ on king-vuode. Astu ulos sukkulalle lyhyen ajomatkan pÀÀssÀ hisseille tai kesÀllÀ voit kÀvellÀ Lakeside Villageen ostoksille ja ravintoloille. Aivan kompleksin lÀnsipuolella on The River Course, yksi kahdesta mestaruustason golfkentÀstÀ Keystonessa.

TÀssÀ toisessa kerroksessa on oleskelualue, jossa on mukavat ylimitoitetut huonekalut ja queen-size-vuodesohva. LisÀvuodevaatteet ja viltit ovat kaapissa. PuulÀmmitteisen takan vieressÀ on taulutelevisio, jossa on kauniita kivitavaroita. Oma parveke on aivan oleskelutilan ulkopuolella, ja sieltÀ on nÀköala vuorille aivan golfkentÀn ulkopuolelle. HyödynnÀ oma grilli lisÀvaihtoehtoja varten.

TÀysikokoisessa keittiössÀ on kaikki vÀlttÀmÀttömyydet aterian valmistamiseksi poissa kotoa, ja siinÀ on graniittiset. Ruokailutila mahtuu mukavasti kuuteen ja aamiaisbaarissa on kaksi lisÀpaikkaa. Vieraskylpyhuone on aivan tÀrkeimmÀn oleskelutilan vieressÀ ja siinÀ on yksi pesuallas turhamaisuus. Ovi erottaa suihku- / amme-yhdistelmÀn ja wc-alueen yksityisyyden lisÀÀmiseksi. Kaikissa kylpyhuoneissa on pyyhkeet ja ensimmÀinen kylpytuotteita.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, taulutelevisio ja luonnonkauniit nÀkymÀt. Kylpyhuoneessa on kaksoisallas ja ovi erottaa suihku- / amme-yhdistelmÀn ja wc-alueen yksityisyyden lisÀÀmiseksi. Vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja taulutelevisio.

Reviewer Comments: overall things were good. second bedroom mattress needs replacing (sags to the middle), sliding glass door to deck needs repairing - very difficult to open/close, water in second bathroom takes forever to warm up and never really gets hot. Indoor pool & hot tub (as opposed to some condos that only had outdoor accomodations) which was welcomed during winter weather.However, we had problems with the TV. At first, video turned off and on, repeatedly for first 10 min. before stabilizing. On last day, audio produced a similar symptom and lasted 1/2 hour before we had to turn it off--with no improvement! It appeared to be a problem with the TV--as opposed to the media source.

Loved it!

Condo was beautiful—better than the pictures! Spacious, clean and easy check in/out process. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. Great to have the shuttle stop right there to easily get to Keystone resort for a day of snowboarding. Will definitely be back!

Spacious Condo

The condo had a large, comfortable living area and bedrooms as well as a fully stocked kitchen. It was conveniently located less than a 5 minute walk to the shuttle stop. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo!

We stayed in this property in early February for a keystone ski trip. The apartment is spacious and clean in a great location, The communications from the property manager has always been prompt and professional. Highly recommend!

Excellent Location for Multi Mountain Excursions

As retirees we have found weekday skiing to be the best and this location was very convenient for experiencing a different resort each day.The condo was excellent in every aspect. Checking in was easy, the condo was very clean and bright. We will look to rent this unit again in the future.

A small hiccup upon arrival and our instructions to find our rental were incorrect, but we got that sorted out fairly quickly. We stayed in mid-October and learned that the place was a ghost town, it felt so private and like we had the resort to ourselves! We loved the large living space with gorgeous mountain views, the kitchen that was very well stocked with everything we could have needed, and the convenience to the bigger cities of Breckenridge and Dillon while feeling a bit quieter. A couple things to note - the pool area was nice but you need to bring your own towels. This was a little inconvenient. The bedrooms were nice, but the beds weren’t the best. The bathroom were a little dated, but not an huge deal. Overall, we would definitely stay again and thought it was an incredible value for the off-season rate!

Beautiful and priced right

The instructions were well written and the rental was very easy to get to. The location is beautiful and fit the gals for our hiking weekend. Very close clubhouse with a pool and 2 large hot tubs. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great stay, fantastic views, but very soft beds

First of all thank you for the great stay. We loved it, the view, the fireplace we had a great time. Thanks for having a replacement propane bottle on the balcony as the one in the bbq was empty as we arrived, sadly the dishwasher was broken and could not be fixed during our stay, but stuff happens. Only real minus point is that the beds are really soft. So if you’re used to harder mattresses you’ll feel your back the next day. If you’re going there don’t forget to check out the pool area, it’s huge

Great condo for a family. Nice large open living room with a beautiful view! Condo was clean and spacious. Close to Keystone, but we came to ski A-basin which was only about 6 miles away.

COZY, SPACIOUS AMD CLOSE TO THE SLOPES

This condo is close to the slopes, making it nice for a ski vacation. It is very spacious, and cozy and warm with a beautiful view. The Hot tubs onsite were amazing and loved sauna as well! I would stay here again!

In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
