This was our family’s fourth year staying here! The condo is always clean and welcoming, has enough room for us. Our two kids and their families each have a bedroom and bathroom to themselves. It’s so easy to get to the beach and all beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and toys are provided! We also love the location-walking to Crabby Joes is something we do often. It’s so easy to work with Kim and she’s always there if we need anything. We look forward to many more vacations here!

Perfect place for family

This was the perfect place for our family to stay! Very clean, Plenty of room for everyone, we could even all sit on the balcony at the same time. Everything we needed to make meals plus a huge refrigerator for our groceries. Beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. The bedroom/bathroom layout worked extremely well for our group to get ready for the day. Communication was outstanding and very helpful. I highly recommend - definitely lived up to its 5-star reviews and this is another - I would give it more if I could.

Family vacation

Unbelievable stay

There is absolutely not one thing I can say negative about this condo!! The location, view, cleanliness, helpfulness of the host as well as the building staff were above and beyond my expectations.It was like walking into a cozy, well equiped home. Would definitely rent it again!!!

Sister vacation

This was our first time staying in this area. We found plenty of things to do and some good places to eat out. The condo was clean and very well stocked. Each of the three bedrooms had its own bathroom which was a plus, especially when getting ready in the morning. The owner was very helpful with a small issue we had, and she even allowed us to check out a little later since no renters were arriving that day. We had no complaints with this condo.

This property was by far the best place I have ever stayed at. The layout, furniture, and views were amazing. The king bed.. Like a cloud! I havent slept that good in months. Fully stocked with kitchen items, beach items, and more. The owners were fast with commination. Stop looking and book this property!

Perfect family gathering

We were so happy with our stay at this lovely condo. Can’t wait to stay again. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It was also nice to not have to worry about having a key as the door had a number code lock. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. Absolutely loved the easy access to the beach. All the extras like the beach wagon to haul all the gear downstairs and the boogie boards were a nice surprise.

Clean, well kept condo for our vacation

This 2nd floor end unit has 3br, 3 bths. Clean and well kept, plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 teenage boys to spread out. Double sized balcony fronts the no-drive beach, with a spectacular view. MBR also faces the beach. Has a very comfortable King bed, and we could watch the sun coming up over the ocean from it each morning. Kitchen has everything we needed, and owner provided a closet full of beach gear for our use, (chairs, umbrellas, toys). Also had baby crib in MBR closet, but we were still able to fit our clothes in. Owner was quickly responsive to any questions that came up during our stay. 5 stars, would definitely book again.

You'll enjoy staying here

Everyone in our family enjoyed our stay (from ages 9 to 70). Having morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean is SO nice. We all play pickleball and staying on the 2nd floor right down the hall from the pickleball court was perfect. Master bed was super comfortable (I can't vouch for the other 4 beds but no one complained). Loads of towels (for indoors and the beach) and beach chairs, boogie board and even a cart on wheels to bring everything to the beach. The heated pool was great when the weather was a little chilly for the ocean. The owner checked in with us the first day to make sure the place was clean when we arrived and replied to any questions we had promptly. I only gave 4 stars because I believe 5 stars means the place is equal to a 5-star hotel. I'd recommend (as a past VRBO owner) body lotion in every bathroom, larger shampoo, kleenex, and more TP rolls than provided. The place could use a little updating. Nevertheless, it was clean and comfortable, and I'm sure you'd enjoy a stay here. I highly recommend it.

Everything you could want.

My family of 5, ages 20-64 stayed here for a week at the beginning of Aug 2024. We have stayed in many condos but this is by far the most well equipped. They have everything you need. Lots of bath towels which is so nice to not have to launder them so often to have fresh ones. Tons of beach towels, fully loaded kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, nice fridge w/working ice maker, spices, sugar, pot & pans, you name it. They also have some board games & books. One of the things I liked most was the storage room right outside of the unit that was FULL of beach gear including umbrellas & chairs, sand toys & a wagon to transport it all. I loved the bracelets so we could scan into the beach gate & bldg & not have to enter the key code but even having a key code is much nicer than a key. There is a garage parking spot but the clearance is pretty low, 6ft 8in I belive so our suv would not fit. But there were spots in the lot. Very spacious & clean condo. Clean elevators & lobby. The only negative thing I can say, and this isn't the condo owners fault, but the pool could have been cleaner. I didn't see anyone clean it while we were there & there was quite a bit of sand in it & the steps to get in are slick! I definitely plan to book this unit again. We also liked being on the 2nd floor, it's an end unit so we took the steps alot which are right by the unit. Owner is very responsive.

We've been booking through VRBO for 15 years - this is absolutely one of the best places we've stayed! Everything was as shown in the photos - thoughtfully appointed and every need met w/o asking! The floor to ceiling glass is the feature, views from everywhere! We will be back!

Beach vacation

Condo owner was great to deal with. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and condo was stocked with a lot of extra needs. We will definitely consider staying here again. Two of our group were senior citizens and a safety bar in the showers would have been a plus that might be nice to consider.

Our favorite condo we’ve ever booked.

We booked this last minute and are so happy we were able to get it. Lovely condo with all the amenities you could ask for. I cannot overstate how nice it was to have so many towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. including multiple cribs for our 6 month year old to use. The complex is nice and clean. Parking was easy. This place has everything you could ask for. We will definitely stay here again!

Just Perfect

The unit was perfect for our family. It had all we needed for our family and very young child...high chair, crib, beach toys, etc. Additionally the unit was stocked with everything you needed to start off with and then some to the point where if you couldn't find it, then you probably really didn't need it. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband, two girls and I live in Orlando. We have spent many vacations at the beach and owning oceanfront property was always a dream. We value each one of our guests immensely. We always strive for a five star rating and pray guests see the effort we make to give them an amazing vacation. Managing the condo is a significant part of our lives and we are so blessed that we are able to nurture it ourselves.

We love Daytona Beach Shores because of its clean and serene surroundings. It is close to many activities and just far enough away not to be disturbed by the typical party scene of Daytona. We love Shores Club because of it's elegance and the car free beach. Our complex is directly oceanfront, updated, well maintained, has three game courts and a sauna. One of our favorite things is the heated saltwater pool which gets shaded by the building in the afternoon, so we don't have to worry about the family getting too much sun. Walking to the pier is always a great adventure to eat and watch wildlife. We have many fond memories here: our girls learning to swim and ride bikes; steaming oysters on the gas grills; watching dolphins ride the waves.

The large oceanfront balcony can be accessed from both the living room & the master suite. We have two cribs, portable high chair and baby gear for small children. We also have beach umbrellas, a variety of beach chairs and boogie boards. We provide a fully stocked kitchen with all of the comforts of a home, including small appliances, with more than enough dishes and utensils. There are two coffee makers, one drip and one Kurig. The refrigerator and ovens are kept extremely clean. There are plenty of pillows; bath and beach towels. We also have spices, coffee, foil, baggies, plastic wrap, paper products, garbage bags, toiletries, kitchen soaps and other cleaning products for your use.
