Lots of space for put group of 13 people to spread out. Rooftop views were lovely.

Great location and perfect for large groups

Great location, at the edge of the Gulch. Large open floor plan with everything needed for our stay. Plenty of conveniences but the unit is ready for a refresh. We would stay again.

Great Spot

Great Place!

We stayed at the house for a work conference with a group of 16. It was perfect for this and was a great space for downtime as well! Our host was very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this house.

Great location, lots of room & clean.

The houses are in a wonderful location - walkable to The Gulch area of Nashville where you’ll find unlimited restaurants and fun shops. The houses are very clean and roomy. The rooftop is such a fun feature too. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and great location!

We had a great stay in the two properties. The rooms were spacious and clean with plenty of beds! Tyler was great with communication. Location is perfect with walking distance to The Gulch and a very quick Uber to Broadway.

Lots of room, great space, great views

The two townhomes worked great for 12 friends on a girlfriend trip to Nashville. We had lots of space and loved the rooftop terraces! Communication with the host was great and rapid response to one issue we had while there.

Great property!

We rented 2 side-by-side properties just outside The Gulch. Neighborhood was nice. The properties were very clean and everything came as described on the VRBO site. We had to contact the rental operator once because the lock on the front door wasn't locking automatically - they came over and fixed it immediately. Will be staying there again!

Girls birthday getaway

Beautiful spacious houses that gave everyone space to spread out as well as comfortable gathering areas. Great roof top deck, stocked kitchen and always had hot water for showers!! Perfect location. Immediate responses from Tyler the property manager, with accommodations for our requests. Would definitely recommend to family, friends and large groups.

Great place to stay for big crowd!

Great family vacation place! Walking distance to the Gulch area with great little shops and restaurants/bars. We did walk to Broadway a couple of times, but we also used Ubers which were cheap enough to do. Plenty of Uber options inbetween Broadway and this property. Host is amazing with communication! Place is great with so many bedrooms and bathrooms (we had 14 of us)! Bedrooms and bathrooms were really nice in size! Rooftop deck was nice too to regroup! We were out and about for most of the time, but it was a great double sided house to end our day and start our mornings off! As a big family trip, we were able to get the family time in together instead of being in hotel rooms! Would highly recommend!

Great House and Location

To start the rental process, the communication with the renters was amazing. They gave me all the information I needed and were very fast to respond to all my messages. The house itself was perfect for what my group needed. We were a group of 16 guys on a bachelor party and there was more then enough space for everyone to have their own bed and some their own room. The location was great for a few reasons. We were only a mile from downtown, which was a quick scooter ride or cheap Uber ride away. The other houses on the street were also vacation rentals so you didn’t have to worry about bothering homeowners. And, there was plenty of parking including your own garage. This is definitely a great house for large group. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Overall the house was great. Shower in our room was not working, mattresses did not have mattress covers and where stained (very gross), dirty dishes in the cabinets, top of fridge was never wiped off, no window treatment in large window in our room, no remote for RokunTV in our room, internet kept cutting out, could use more hangers, towels were all stained from bleach, blanket on trundle bed was stained,

Excellent Location & Space

Girls/Ladies Trip to Nashville. There were 12 of us mostly in our 40s. Even though one side had enough beds for all of us, we rented both sides so we had 8 bathrooms to get ready in. It was perfect, we used the kitchen on one side and made that the late night side and a side for those that wanted to sleep early or sleep in. There was a lot of privacy, beds were comfortable and it was clean. we did rent a car and there was a garage to park in. Location was great and safe. We did A LOT of walking, to brunch in the Gulch, daytime live music down music row and evenings to Broadway. (We took a lyft back at night) The space is great for couples trip or a family trip. and the host was more than happy to answer all of our questions super QUICK! Great Experience we WILL be back.

If i didnt check in early it would have been a disaster

Overall i give the place 4 stars. Because of location and neighborhood. I was in constant communication with the host months prior to my wedding. Upon arrival I open the door to a child sleeping on the couch. I slowly closed the door and walked out the home. The maids were still there not even ready for our early check in. He failed to tell me that the fridge was broken in one house and they had a mini fridge as its replacement. My wedding rehersal dinner, cocktail hour wine down (roof top) and reception dinner was held in the home. We arrived and there was no soap anywhere to be found. The ones that were there were more water than soap. I went to the next house and the stove lights were out, but their fridge was working. None of the fire pits worked upstairs. 3 are advertised. He came and fixed 2 of them. As a bride i am freaking out at this point. I can say when i contacted the host he did respond quockly and came over to fix what he could. Needless tonsay with 18 adults we still pnly had 1 fridge because thats been a issue that wasnt solved before we came or during our stay. I felt a little bamboozled. Anither thing that didnt sit well with me was when we were checking out. We cleaned and got all the trash out. Rhe maid was in house 1 and she was there 30 min. She came to the house we were in and said shes done cleaning house one. We used ALL BEDS AND SHOWERS. I IMMEDIATELY FELT GROSS. I wont be booking this area again and hopefully this helps somone in the future.

We stayed here for a bachelorette and it was perfect. Great location. We were able to walk to the Gulch and only a 5min Uber ride to broadway. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a large group!

Bachelorette Weekend

I rented 2 of the duplexes for a bachelor/bachelorette weekend. The entire process was so easy, from booking all the way to checkout. It accommodated us very well. The roof top area is absolutely amazing. I did a lot of cooking for the group, the kitchen had literally everything I needed. I highly recommend this property & this owner.
