SUURI KORKEUS RYHMILLE - Koti sekoittaa täydellisesti yksityiset sviitit avoimien yhteisten tilojen kanssa, jotta koko ryhmä kokoontuisi onnellisina. Päätasolla keittiö, ruokailutila ja olohuone ovat kaikki avoimessa pohjaratkaisussa. Upea olohuone tarjoaa 20ft holvikatot ja kauniin kivitakka. Välittömästi vieressä on tilava ruokailutila, jossa on helppo istua kaikille.

Fantastic Vacation Home in Blue River, CO

This vacation home was exactly as described online. And it was fantastic! There were 10 of our family there, ages from 7 - 81. Everyone had their own space with a bedroom and bathroom with a tv in each bedroom. Plus there was plenty of space for family time. The main level featured a comfy living room with a big screen tv, a large dining room with room for all 10 of us to sit together, and an awesome kitchen with practically everything that we needed to cook all of our meals there. In addition there was a nice deck with a patio table and chairs and a gas grill. The lower level also had plenty of family space with another big screen tv and comfy seating as well as a pool table. And on the walkout patio there was a great hot tub. So there was plenty to keep everyone busy and entertained. We loved the location in Blue River, which is only 5 miles from Breckenridge. It combined the best of both worlds - close to Breckenridge but also secluded in a wooded area. We even saw wildlife up close. A friendly fox visited the home almost every evening and a moose casually wondered below our deck one day munching on wildflowers. Don't let the idea that it is a duplex worry you. We never heard the other side. We've rented many vacation homes in Colorado through the years and this was one of the best. The area also offers a lot of variety for everyone to do. Part of our group went fishing, some went hiking, some took a scenic drive over Boreas Pass, and others went shopping.

Beautiful house!

We had an amazing stay. The house is absolutely gorgeous. We had 11 people and the house was plenty large for everyone to have plenty of space. Kids loved the pool table and hot tub. Adults liked the spacious upstairs family room and kitchen. The house was fully stocked and enjoyed the extra touches including soap, shampoo and lotion in each bathroom.

This place Rocks for room!

We stayed for a week in February at this awesome house/duplex. I've stayed on the other side before and was equally satisfied. This place is awesome for multiple families with kids with its double living rooms, pool table and hot tub. It's just a few miles from Breckenridge it is actually easier to get into town than coming in from the Frisco side. We will defiantly stay again. Jon

Amazing house and owner!

The house is amazing and Megan the property manager/owner was as well! The house Is better than the pictures and had everything we needed. Megan was very quick to respond to all of our questions and worked with us when we had to come in a day early due to bad weather in our area. We hope to stay here again.

Amazing cabin!

This was an excellent place to stay in Breck. First off, communication with the owner/manager was amazing. She responded within 15min to an email and answered the phone right away when I called. The place was in excellent shape and had all the amenities we needed. Pictures were accurate of all that it offered. You have a feeling of seclusion but less than a 15min drive to town and easy to access. No complaints on the beds, they were very comfortable. Ample restrooms and showers for our party of 10 and the sleeping arrangements were just perfect. One bedroom on the first and lower floors. Second floor had two bedrooms plus a bunk and queen or full bed. Perfect for little or even older kids. The garage was a huge bonus. We were able to get two full size suvs inside, but took time and caution to make it happen. There were plenty of pots and pans to cook with as well as a nice outdoor grill. The hot tub was a huge success after a day on the slopes to help relax. Pool table was in great condition as well if staying in. If staying in the winter, I don’t think I would stay without a 4x4. The drive is steep, but was easy to get out. Well maintained roads in the area as well as the property so we had no issues and didn’t have to use 4x4, but had it snowed it would be a must. This place is at the top of our list for any future trips to the area.

Beautiful Mountain Home

This property was perfect for us. We rented both sides and that was so convenient. Minutes away from Breckinridge and close hiking trails. Well stocked with kitchen supplies, hot tub towels, etc. Great get away!

Fun Cabin-feeling House!

We had 12 people hanging out at this house and there was plenty of room and beds. The pool table and fireplace were the hit of the night and the kitchen was stocked so we could cook dinner. It was a beautiful time to be in the mountains as everything was buried in snow. This house is a nice way to stay in the mountains without having to stay in a crowded ski town, but still close enough to go to Breck and Frisco. Would recommend!

Our Presidents day weekend getaway

My first impression was the owners response to all the questions i had. Her response really helped. We rented BOTH sides of the home. And there was 20 of us. I managed it by having all the single folks on one side and the couples on the other side. It worked out nicely as both sides of the home was exactly the same but the energy from both crowds were diffrent. Breckenridge ski resort is just 5 miles away, LOVED the master bedroom bathrooms and loved the fact that we had enough bathrooms to acominate 20 people comfortably. It was snowiing all weekend long. But the plows cleaned our driveway every morning so we didnt had much trouble getting out. The kitchen had everything we need to cook for a large group on both sides of the house. We were so cozy that we had movie night saturday night instead of going out. It worked out well for us. Loved this home and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing i didn't like was that we had to walk out one house if we want to visit the other. May I suggest you guys install a door in the garage so we can easily access both houses when ever someone book the whole house.

Beautiful scenery!

The location of the house is about 15-18 minutes to downtown Breck. Very pretty drive so we didn’t mind it most of the time, If you rent skis/equipment I would suggest picking them up the day before so you don’t feel rushed the morning of. We had 2 families with a total of 10 and we had plenty of room and beds. The house itself could use some cosmetic updates, and add some kitchen items and cookware for those who would like to cook a meal or two, but if you plan to eat out no issues. The owners/mgmt company were quick to respond to any issues we had and did everything to make our stay a nice one.

Overnight rental at its finest!!!

Not only was the place absolutely amazing but Megan was so helpful and easy to get a hold of (we only needed a couple of little things upon our arrival). The house is located perfectly outside of Breck and conveniently located to the main road and is an easy drive and park to the slopes. Hope to stay here again!!!

Second year staying here and will be back!

My friends did a ski trip here for the second year in a row and it was perfect. Host was easy to work with and the home is in great shape. There's plenty of room in the main area and the hot tub is world class. Close to Breck ski resort which is nice.

Great getaway

Our family of 11 stayed at this duplex which was conveniently located about 10 minutes from Breckenridge. The 4 bedrooms, 2 being master suites, were very large as well as the bunk bed area. All of the beds, minus the bunk beds, were sleep number beds so you could get the firmness you wanted. It was 3 levels with one of the master suites downstairs along with a family room where the pool table was located. The hot tub was off this floor as well. We had one tiny thing we had to get a hold of Megan on and she responded very quickly despite it being Christmas Eve. There was plenty of room for the whole family and you could get away from one another if you wanted privacy. We cooked every meal in and there was plenty of dishes, utensils, glasses and wine glasses. I would haven't liked a large skilled and baking pan but other than that we had no complaints. We used the BBQ every night as well which was located close to the kitchen area The duplex was close to a snow shoe trail which we accessed right from the house, no need to drive to trail head. All in all, we would rent this duplex again.

Amazing couples trip

I love this townhouse! I’ve stayed in several different homes at various ski resorts and this is by far one of the nicest homes! The house is extemely accomodating. The bottom floor is like it’s own condo! We skied breckenridge and it was the perfect distance from the town. The owners were easy to get in touch with! When we ski breckenridge, this will be our go to townhouse!

Beautiful, Convenient Home

We loved this place! The home, itself, is a wonderful place to spend vacation. The location was surprisingly balanced between serene, private, and conveniently close to town. We were minutes away from what we needed, yet the location felt as though we were the only ones for miles. We would definitely book this again! It's also important to mention how friendly Megan is. She was very responsive, accessible, and inviting.
