Tämä 800 neliömetrin kodin 2 makuuhuoneen 1 kylpyhuone uusittiin vuonna 2015.
Noin 1. 5 hehtaarin kiinteistöllä on runsaasti pysäköintitilaa ja aurinkoa.
Se on suuri 75 X 10 seulotaan uima-altaalla / osittain peitettynä, johon sinulla on jaettu pääsy muiden kiinteistöjen muiden talojen nykyisten vieraiden kanssa.
Paikani on 3. 5 mailia rannalle, noin 1 tunti Disney Worldiin, Universal Studiosiin tai Kennedyn avaruuskeskukseen. (Rakettien laukaisut ovat upeita New Smyrna Beachiltä). Myös runsaasti ravintoloita ja ruokailupaikkoja, perheystävällisiä aktiviteetteja, yöelämää ja julkista liikennettä. Rakastat paikkaani ihmisten, ulkotilan ja valon takia. Paikani on hyvä pariskunnille, yksin seikkailijoille, liikematkailijoille ja perheille (lasten kanssa). Tuo polkupyörät ja ajo Main Street, kuntosali ja ranta päivittäin.

Great place to just sleep

The property is as advertised. It’s clean and has all the towels and sheets available. It’s well air conditioned and well lit. We only slept and showered for a family of 5 (with teenagers) and it worked for that purpose.

Convenient place

Very close to store food stores, gas stations, services like haircuts and dog grooming. Within a couple of miles of active pickleball courts and parks.

We were evacuated from the west coast to NSB with Hurricane Helene. We felt so at home and it was super comfy . The house was stocked with plenty of paper and cleaning products! You name it it was there.. super nice beds and plenty of room👍🤘🇺🇸

Property was great! What you see is exactly what you’ll be getting, no surprises. My girls absolutely loved the pool, we spent so much time there. The mast bed was so comfortable! Kitchen was very accommodating. Kim was wonderful! We loved this place so much we have found the place where we will continue to vacation for years to come!

Rockville overnight

Property worked for my needs. Relativly close to the Daytona Speedway and Welcome to Rockville concert. Beds were comfortable and A/C was cold. Good no frills rental.

Family get-a-way

Cute little front house with a great pool and awesome outdoor space for the kids to run around. Convenient location for fun day trips with the kids. Host was great to interact with and extremely helpful for fun spots to visit.

My stay

My stay was great at this property. My friends and I had a great time, the property was clean, safe, and easy access to the beach as it was only about a 7 minute car ride. I would recommend others staying here :)

Good location & price. Clean, well managed

Me & a few girls had a great stay. We had no issues & staff was great. Pool was too chilly & wish there was a private patio area to hang out, but would stay again.

Great little house

We were there for biketober fest. Location gave us a nice ride to and from main street. And the neighborhood was quit and very very convenient to stores and shops. We will definitely try to book again soon

Came down for the races perfect location, 5 miles from new Smyrna race track and 30 minutes from Daytona racetrack the state was everything expected with no surprises

Great host. awesome location outdated unit

Our host Kim was awesome. Answered all our questions pre and post stay. Was available to show us around the unit and property when we arrived, unfortunately we were there visiting our grand daughter, who had other plans.The unit was clean and had fresh towels and linens. The unit supplied a coffee machine and a kuerig, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels and toilet tissue. AC and ceiling fans all worked to keep the unit comfortable at 68-70 degrees.The unit itself is very outdated and needs a major make over. We felt like we were back in our appartment in the early 80's. From the paint, utensils, mis-matched furniture, dressers, desk....felt like an episode of back to the future.We addressed the issues with Kim who was understanding and receptive. The owner is trying to gradually improve the unit a little at a time but there is a long way to go.With that being said, it fulfilled our need of a place to sleep! The location was close to Route 44, so businesses were in very close proximity to supply our needs.

Nice place for a quick stay.

The place is older and it matched the listing well. The beds were not the greatest but we made do. Excellent communication with the property owner. We had plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. For a short stay, it was fine.

A month in The Cozy

Can’t say enough about manager/host Kim. She went out of her way to help us. Home is cozy, furnishings r nice It does need pictures updated But to each there own. Wish pool would have been heated because it was way too cold to use. All in all loved our month in Florida.

Perfect little place.

Came to visit family, it was a great location being close to where we needed to be. We did not expect to have several people staying on the property (didnt know it was a duplex or campers for rent in the yard) this didnt bother us but we were a little confused when we showed up and 3am. We questioned that we were at the right place! Overall will stay again!

The house smelled of heavy deodorizer and was dusty. The pool was dirty, we had to do a little bit of cleaning to get all the stuff floating off the top of the water. There was a house next door that was all boarded up and overgrown.

Nice, but could use some changes…

Bathroom toilet no room for a grown man due to vanity being directly in front. Had to sit sideways. I weigh 170 lbs… shower water pressure doesn’t exist… house is kind of clean. Found a used red solo cup under dining room table… couch was insanely comfortable, tv was difficult to use. Check in process very easy. Lots of properties on the land. 2 RVs and 2 duplex’s. Very friendly owner, but home could use some updates for 5 stars

Vacation

The inside of house, was not clean, dirty stove,pool was dirty,had a cigarette filter on bottom of pool also the bottom of tub, was dirty. Contacted property management to advise,would like a refund,since we couldn’t stay at the property. Also heard what sounded like gunshots, near the property, when we arrived,there were campers on the property,not sure if they were occupied. We also have taken pictures of the property when we arrived,and submitted to property management.

Close to Everything!

We wanted a place centrally located to family and all things fun in NSB. This property hit the mark. It's not fancy nor perfectly appointed but is very clean. (Our last VRBO in NSB was, um, frankly, disgusting.) The property manager Kim was extremely helpful and the Owner made it easy for me to extend my stay a couple days. My family returned home as expected, so it was strange to be there by myself. In this neighborhood, I felt perfectly safe. The pool is shaded under a lanai. Sitting in the hot Florida sun just for a few minutes on our porch was painful. So the pool and shade availability was a welcome relief. We didn't use the laundry but a neighbor showed it to me. (There are 5 rental units on the 1/2 acre property, but we rarely saw anyone else.) We tried the Black Butterfly restaurant in the plaza next to Winn-Dixie. What a creative spot! Food is all fresh (none fried) and is outstanding. Since it's fresh, it takes a bit longer to cook but well worth the wait. My son and I visited Bethune Beach State Park. Unlike other Florida beaches, this one is not overcrowded. The public bathroom is a handy feature. Fast food locations are close. As is, I found out the hard way by wrenching my back: Urgent Care, Radiology, and a local pharmacist. Not in a hospital either. Winn-Dixie is within walking distance if your so inclined. Publix is across the street (SR-44) along with Taco Bell. I definitely plan to return to stay at this pool property in the future!

Poor Security

This rental was the front section of a house where there was also a rental in the back. the door lock had a keypad code. apparently the code is always the same, and the code for our unit was also the same as the code for the laundry. One night we arrived home after a wedding to find the door to our unit sitting open. we had to call the manager after a scary search through the unit . the manager arrives but does not know how to change the code and is not wearing his glasses so he can not see. He finally gets the owner on the phone who walks him through changing the code. we were unable to change it to a code only we knew. we found out later from the other people staying in the other unit that they had opened it thinking it was the laundry and then were unable to close or lock it when they left. besides that, the place is older, but adequate if you are not looking for anything fancy. the manager also said they never change the code, so i would be nervous ever staying there again since any prior renter also has access to the unit.
