TÄMÄN OMINAISUUDEN RENTIT LÄHETÄ PÄIVÄPÄIVÄPÄIN VOITTAA VOITTAA 7 YÖKOHDASSA.
Tämä tilava lomapaikka tarjoaa runsaasti yhteistä tilaa ja voi mukavasti nukkua kahdelle perheelle. Vain lyhyt 1/2 kilometrin kävelymatka West Dennis Beachille ja ravintoloita / kauppoja Rt. 28. Tämä koti tarjoaa suuren suljetun ulkosuihkun, jossa on pukuhuone, kätevä päivän jälkeen rannalla. Seulotut huvimajat pidättävät vikoja ja on mukava paikka syödä illallista, kun taas muualla perheessä on wiffle-pallo, frisbee ja muut nurmikkopelit suurella nurmikolla. Uudessa pelihuoneessa on uima-allas, pingispöytä, shuffleboard ja foosball, joka tarjoaa viihdettä illalla tai sateisina päivinä. Suuressa olohuoneessa, sunroomissa, keittiössä ja bonushuoneessa on runsaasti tilaa. Kylpyhuoneet ovat hiljattain remontoituja ja siellä on parkettilattiat koko pääkerroksessa. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived early and were able to check in after 12:30 on Saturday. The newly renovated home had the new home smell to it, so you knew it was recently completed. We found it very clean and it was very accommodating for our family. We had plenty of room. Only problem we had was working the ceiling fans, figuring out how to lock the sliding doors to the enclosed porch and figuring out which light switches did what. I would recommend to the owners to install an outdoor shed, so guest can store their bikes, kayaks or whatever. Also , the air hockey in the game room did not work and there was a problem with the vent fan over the stove that I reported to Martha Murry while we were there. A representative came over to video it to show the owner.

A Little Piece Of Beach House Heaven

It is the perfect space for our family to gather and make memories every Summer on The Cape. It is clean, very spacious. You get a grand feeling when you walk in the front door with that large open living space and vaulted ceilings. The wood beams are such a nice touch, one of my favorite parts of that space. There's all new appliances, cabinets, countertops, floors...also a new addition downstairs that adds even more space including an extra living area, extra kitchen area, and an extra bathroom. The children love to play downstairs as there is a couple fun games for them to play like pool and shuffle board. Great space to entertain. There's a very nice well maintained backyard, large for the young ones to run around and for all of us to play frisbee after a nice day at the beach. And the beautiful bright hydrangeas really give it such nice curb appeal. We love to use the screened in porch at night, it's the perfect room to have when you want the fresh air but not the bugs that like to come out at night! The home is in a nice neighborhood where we feel very safe. And to save the best for last, the proximity to the beach is absolutely ideal! It is not a main road so we can easily take a nice short bike ride right to the beach! We just love being able to do that all together. I love feeling that Cape Cod air as soon as I step out of the house and taking that breezy peaceful bike ride to our favorite beach on The Cape! All in all, this house has been a dream for us and we already can't wait to be back. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great, clean, spacious house in a nice neighborhood right by the beach!

Love 126 Loring Ave!!

The proximity to the beach allows everyone to be able to do a variety of activities and still be able to join others at the beach later in the day. Our grandchildren LOVE the trees to climb and playing in the backyard. We have been vacationing on the Cape since 1985, and it is great to be able to still all be together as our family has grown. (Only complaint is there is no clothesline to dry out beach-y wet stuff.) Looking forward to staying here again next summer!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house and great time! Perfect house for our 2 1/2, 5 and 7 year old grandkids. They loved climbing the trees, playing big games of catch in the great backyard and there were many “battles” between them, their uncles and grandparents with all the cool games in the basement. House was a great location to the beach so everyone could do something fun on their own and just walk to meet up at the beach later. We are looking forward to going back next year!
