Come and enjoy true Cape Cod comfort in this beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home! Comfortably sleeping 8, this home is sure to be the perfect get away for you and your family. Relax on the front porch with a cool drink and enjoy the ocean breezes from Sea Street Beach, located just 300 yards away.

The first level of this home will feature a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the backyard and separate dining room. You will also find a main level bedroom with full size bed and a full bathroom accessible in the hallway with a stand up shower.
The second level of the home offers three additional bedrooms, including the master with king size bed and TV. Another full size bathroom with stand up shower will be located in the hallway.

Situated in the heart of Dennis Port, this lovely village provides plenty of quaint shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors and coffee stops!

Special Note: Washer/dryer located in the basement. Streaming services only, no cable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this spacious house! The location was perfect and easy walk to the beach. A/C worked well and beds were comfy. Realty agency was great answering questions and responded quickly to one minor issue we had. Overall fairly clean but could’ve had more attention to handprints on glass and the walls. Also, house did have available beach gear but we were told ahead of time it did not so we brought our own. Overall, very pleased with this rental!

Walking distance to several restaurants/cafes. Only downside is it is on a somewhat busy corner. The backyard is quite nice and private. The property was quite clean and spacious. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would come back to the same property.

We loved sitting on the porch watching people walk and ride their bikes by in this quiet neighborhood. The proximity to Sea Street Beach was great! Private backyard provided room to store our bikes and a spacious outdoor shower. Kitchen was well-appointed and central a/c kept us cool. Key pad with code to lock the front door is a game changer and allowed us to come and go without worrying about who had the keys. Used the washer and dryer several times. Will definitely return to this property. 😊👏
