Paeta Amerikan suosituimpaan perheen rantakaupunkiin! Tämä kauniisti päivitetty Ocean City NJ -rannan koti on vain muutaman askeleen päässä merestä! Tule rentoutumaan ensimmäisessä kerroksessa (ei vaikeita askeleita kiivetä!) tästä 3 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpyhuoneisesta rantatalosta (nukkuu 8) ja siitä tulee pyhäkkösi ollessasi Ocean City NJ.

Pysäköi autosi suuressa monien autojen peittämässä autokatossa, jossa on säilytystila, ja ala seurata stressisi sulaa! Etu- ja takakannen ansiosta voit nauttia ulkona olevasta säästä samalla kun nautit hiljaisesta varhain aamulla kupillisesta kahvia tai nauttia myöhään iltapäivällä auringonsäteitä. Katso auringonnousua valtameren yli tai ampuvia tähtiä yöllä ylimitoitetusta takakannesta pois makuuhuoneista.

Uusia päivityksiä ovat graniittiset työtasot keittiössä ja kylpyhuoneissa, joissa on uudet hanan kiinnikkeet ja graniittilaskurit. Vasta maalattu päivitetyllä sisustuksella. Uusi iso näyttö, älykäs TV olohuoneessa ja älykäs televisio makuuhuoneessa - ei ole kuvassa vielä. Kauniit patiohuonekalut antavat koko perheellesi rentoutua mukavasti.

Tämä hieno rantakoti on upealla paikalla moniin lomakohteisiin. Ensinnäkin olet vain muutaman askeleen päässä kuuluisalta Ocean City -rannalta, jossa voit katsella delfiinejä pelaamassa, rakentaa perheen hiekkalinnan tai vain tarttua hienoon lukemiseen! Hengenpelastajat valvovat uimareita päivän aikana, jotta voit rentoutua pulahduksen aikana! Perhekeskeinen rantatie sijaitsee 23. kadulla, jossa voit ajaa pyörällä aamulla tai mennä kauniille valtameren puolelle ja jatkaa pohjoiseen, josta löydät perinteiset herkulliset rantatiet-suosikkisi, kuten ranskalaiset perunat, Kohrin veljen vaniljakastike, Manco & Manco -pizza , Johnsonin karamellimaissi ja suppilokakku. Chickies ja Peten FAMOUS-perunat löytyvät myös Ocean Cityn rantatieltä! Älä missaa kuuluisaa Gillian's Wonderland -laituria, jossa on kaikki suosikkimatkasi ja rantatie-pelit!

34-kadulla ja Asburissa sijaitseva puisto on lasten leikkipaikka, tennis- ja koripallokenttä. Minigolfrata ei ole koskaan kaukana tuolle kilpailevalle perheen kierrokselle Putt-puttista.

Aikuisille, jotka haluavat maistella yöelämäänsä, Atlantic City on vain 12 mailin päässä täynnä kasinoita, gourmet-ravintoloita ja esityksiä!

Perfect weekend getaway

This condo is exceptional. Well maintained & very clean! Very nice kitchen, appliances & bathrooms. All the beds are comfortable!! One block from the beach & short driving distance to the boardwalk. Highly recommend!

Quiet South End

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Check in was a breeze. Parking was plentiful. There was convenient storage for our beach gear. The bedrooms were spacious and clean as well as the kitchen which was well equipped. The decks on the front as well as the back were wonderful to avoid the sun or catch the breezes! I would highly recommend this property.

Great beach week

We had a great week at this property! The proximity to the beach was second to none. We also liked having a playground nearby. Kitchen was well-stocked. We missed having a grill, but were fine without one. The parking in the carport was tight but there was never a lack of on-street parking. Would consider staying again!

Perfect family spot

We brought our 1 and 3 year old and had an amazing time. The place was extremely clean upon arrival and we loved the updated kitchen and master bath. It had everything we needed and overall the house was pretty childproof for our one year old. The location was great, just steps to the beach and to an ice cream spot. Absolutely would recommend this rental.

Beautiful location and great accommodations

Overall we had a great stay at this property. The communication with the owner was great with the few issues we did run into. Mainly the cleaning people dropped the ball and we had to wipe everything down when we arrived. Other than that, I would definitely stay again . We had 3 kids myself , my husband and another parent and it accommodated us beautifully.

We are going back!

Check in was simple. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. The owners were very responsive. We didn't have any issues, instead we added an extra night because we did not want to leave. This house was exactly what we were looking for. The online listing does not do the house justice. The house is large, the rooms are nice and roomy. There was plenty of room for the six of us, 3 adults & 3 kids, to relax about. The beds are comfy. The front porch and back balcony are a nice treat, and they are nice and comfy too. It is a home away from home. The kitchen was stocked w pots and pans and all your essentials. Location is perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, but there was plenty to do. We were super close to the beach. Walking there with a 3 year old was super easy. The boardwalk was less than 10 minutes drive. We really did not want to leave and we will definitely be booking this house again.

Location, Location, Location

The location of this house was perfect! With 5 adults and 2 children, it was a very quick walk to the beach. An easy 4 block walk to WaWa, Acme, CVS, a nice restaurant and the playground for those who like to walk. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. You do need to drive to the boardwalk, however, I believe there might be a shuttle as well to take. The bedrooms seemed spacious for 7 people, however, master bath a little small, but that didn’t impede on our stay. Nice front and rear decks with nice furniture. Sunrises on the rear deck and sunsets on front deck. There is a Keurig as well as a counter top coffee pot. We brought our Keurig along as the pics only showed a regular pot. The house is tastefully decorated. The only issues we encountered, we were unable to get the tv working in the bunk bedroom, fan/light over the dining table did not work, the lock on the slider in the back bedroom did not lock and there were no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Also, the house wasn’t as clean as we had experienced at other Ocean City properties over the years. All of these concerns were addressed with the realtor and he/she was very responsive to our concerns. Overall, we had a wonderful week and the weather was beautiful, so the minor inconveniences were not a huge issue. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Must Take Cleaning More Seriously

Naturally it's OC, where it's beautiful and quiet and safe. But that doesn't mean that paying guests don't deserve a clean and welcoming environment. Unfortunately when entering this home, it appeared as if someone just left that morning and the unit didn't get cleaned. All surfaces were dirty and needed wiped down, the refrigerator was left disgusting, and bathrooms with soap scum and hair all over are just absolutely unacceptable. Needless to say, a vacation doesn't start well when the entire family has to go through the entire unit and clean it. But when you're stuck on a holiday weekend, you do what you have to do. There is no reason that we should clean your unit after paying over $1,000 for a few nights away. Master bathroom was the absolute worst. Listing stated that sheets and towels are washed in extra hot water ... no sheets or towels were provided but luckily there is a Walmart not too far and after $209 for cleaning supplies, towels, sheets, etc. then we were set for the remainder of our stay to be just fine. The review numbers are skewed because the main issues with this unit are on the first day ... cleanliness. Once that is resolved, the rest of the stay is wonderful and at the end most folks are going to forget how horrible that first day truly was - for us however, it ruined our entire trip.

Great Location

The newly decorated and updated property was lovely. The decor was pleasing without containing lots of dust gathering items... just perfect. Using a key pad was the best since in the past we were always checking with each other to make sure a key went with us when we went shopping or to the beach. The location is great...a one and a half block walk to the beach! And, the beach itself was narrower (a good thing) than others that seem endless in order to dip our feet in the waves! Unfortunately, the master bathroom was not clean...perhaps an oversight from a cleaning service?? Although we were aware that we needed to bring kitchen towels/cloths, I was surprised by the lack of paper products which I have always found available at other VRBO rentals. The fact that this rental is also available from a realty may be the reason. We enjoyed the front porch with comfy chairs, table, foot rests, and knew the back porch was available if it got too hot in the front! Thank you for providing our small family group with a comfortable place to spend the week...oh the TV is massive!

GREAT PLACE AND CLOSE TO THE ⛱

My family and I just returned from our vacation and absolutely had a terrific time. The place was perfect for the family and had all the amenities needed for our stay. It was clean and spacious and the perfect spot to relax. In addition, you are only less then a couple miles away from the boardwalk and restuarants so it really does give you a sense of going from the hustle and bustle in town to the relaxtion back at the place. There really was no communication needed with the homeowners as there were no problems to report. I would like to thank the homeowners for allowing me to have a great vacation before the start of the season and hope they are booked the entire summer because this place is worth it. Oh, and for the best coffee.... OC Coffee Company. 😊 You won't be disappointed. Thanks again and hope everyone has a fantastic summer vacation.

It is a super clean, friendly beach town that has something to offer for everyone! Year round fishing, water sports, the traditional boardwalk, gorgeous beach, festivals and event attractions make Ocean City New Jersey a year round vacation destination! All the vacationers and locals alike are super friendly and looking to enjoy every minute of their vacation!

This property is AMAZINGLY located to the beach! It is 1 street away and is the only part of Asbury Ave that is so close to the beach. It is just steps to your own dune entry! Another reason we fell in love with Ocean City (and this unit) is because the majority of the rentals are houses that make your stay more home like. We enjoyed the fact that this home (and many other units) is only shared with one other rental which makes it very peaceful.
