Tässä rauhallisessa vuokra-huvilassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta.
Master-sviitti, jossa on täysikokoinen vuode, oma kylpyhuone suihkulla ja vierashuone, jossa on täysi parivuode ja oma kylpyhuone.

Haluatko rentoutua rannalla, istua uima-altaalla kuunnellessasi lintujen ääniä tai olemalla yhteydessä luontoon, tämä on paikka sinulle.

Hermosa Heights Villa 29 sijaitsee lähellä uima-allasta, ravintolaa ja minigolfia.

Villa nukkuu 4 mukavasti. Siinä on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa on ilmastointi ja runsaasti kaappitilaa. Makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone ja täysikokoinen vuode. Toisessa huoneessa on täysikokoinen vuode ja oma kylpyhuone aivan oven ulkopuolella.

Keittiössä on täysin varustettu jääkaappi liesi, uuni, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin, kattilat, pannut ja muut.

Hermosa Heights on porteilla sijaitseva Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste. Ranta on vain 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.

Playa Hermosa on voittaja "Bandera Azul" tai "Sininen lippu", palkinto annetaan rannoille, jotka osoittavat korkeat ympäristönormit ja erinomaiset turvallisuuslaitteet. Merkitys "kaunis ranta" espanjaksi, Playa Hermosa on nimittänyt itsensä idyllisellä kauneudellaan ja vehreällä alueella. Kahden kilometrin pitkä harmaa hiekkaranta, jota ympäröivät trooppiset metsät ja vulkaanisen kallion harjut, Hermosa Beach on erinomainen perhekohde kaikille nauttia.

Our family arrived at this property after a lovely stay in Arenal Volcano area. The reception of Jennifer was in stark comparison from the area we had just been. She was masked up and cold in receiving us and things only got worse. The property was in a gated grounds that was in disrepair. The tile roofs were shabby and worn out. Developments around the area have not been finished or worked on for many years and therefore bring the entire area down to a depressing level. The actual unit is not in any way a “villa” as stated in description. It is a dark, dated, apartment type unit. The parking is down a steep hill. Luggage must be wheeled up by you quite a ways up this parking lot. The pool is dated and small and didn’t impress or feel like vacation. The view on patio was nice. But that is the only positive I can provide. The place is dark. Simply put. Not beachy, not Costa Rican, not vacation. Just depressing and dated. The beach is not in anyway a 15 minute walk. Nor would I want to walk down the street with my kids. The dining options are bad. The toilets don’t want to flush. There is only one shower. And a 1980’s style garden tub. The shower was gross. The kitchen was dated and clean, with some cheap utensils. If you have a limited budget and want to try staying here, I suggest you save your Pennies and go to CR when you can spend more. We booked 4 nights and stayed one. Jennifer wanted to use what’s app to communicate which is frowned upon by the Vrbo community. There needs to be a paper trail. That being said, when she switched to communication on the Vrbo app, she only argued that the property was fine. And saw none of my concerns as valid. We ended up forfeiting the money spent here. No recourse. I hate that about the gamble of vacation rentals. Our stay was then spent in an amazing place that rekindled our love of the wonderful country of Costa Rica.

The villa in Hermosa Heights was perfect for us-great patio and view, the property had a nice pool and mini golf. William from Costa Rica Brokers was very responsive and helpful with questions and planning.We felt very safe in the community and loved that we were close to the beach. You could walk to beach but it’s hilly. We usually drove down and parked for free on street leading to beach. Having 3 restaurants on the beach was great! An added bonus was the Super Bowl watch party at Aqua Sport! There was a small but nice market (Luperon) right in town. We did day trip excursions to Coco, Tamarindo, Cortez waterfall and Monteverde. Easy to navigate around. Overall, a great vacation!

She actually met us at the condo late at night to walk us through and gave us tips about the area. She also set us up with some nice tours and surf lessons. The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. The view was spectacular. I would recommend this accommodation and this are of Costa Rica to visit without a doubt.

Stay at Hermosa Heights

The property is well situated in the hills above Playa Hermosa, with a gorgeous view of the mountains and water. The condo was nicely appointed and very comfortable. One of the best parts was the front patio overlooking the hills and beach. The community is gated which gave added security. We did not use the pool facilities or the on-site restaurant, choosing instead to go to the beaches and eat at local spots for dining. The property manager Jennifer was a joy to work with and answered all our questions quickly and was extremely helpful to arrange excursions and give us information. She was great to meet us when our flight got in late Sunday night and show us around the condo and give us some info about the village of Playa Hermosa and the next town of Playa del Cocos. The village itself and the surrounding areas were great examples of coastal Costa Rica. The people were freindly, great food and very relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend this area to visit and a stay at Hermosa Heights to explore the area.
