Vain listattu vuokrattavana 29.11.2018 ja juuri remontoitu. PanoraamanÀkymÀ Cruz Bayn satamaan. Love City Penthouse Studiossa sijaitseva kattohuoneisto on tÀydellinen pako (kuherruskuukautiset katsovat :)). Sinulta on henkeÀsalpaavat nÀkymÀt paitsi kauniille Cruzin lahdelle, mutta myös Caneelin mÀelle ja syrjÀisille VI-saarille.

TÀssÀ kattohuoneistoyksikössÀ on ulkona katettu parveke, joka on tÀysin varustettu nauttimaan aamukahvia ja aamiaista sekÀ ilta-cocktaileja ennen lyhyttÀ kÀvelymatkaa kaupunkiin valitsemasi yli kymmenen erinomaisen ravintolan joukkoon. Voit aina olla varustettuna yksiköllÀ tÀysin varustelluilla lempiruokailla ja juomilla ennen saapumistasi.

VietÀ pÀivÀsi yhdellÀ saaren 17 rannasta ja tutustu kaikkeen saaren tarjontaan. Lyhyt kÀvelymatka lauttatelakalle ja Cruz Bayn keskustaan on aina tÀynnÀ ystÀvÀllisiÀ, mukavia paikallisia taksinkuljettajia, jotka ovat aina valmiita viemÀÀn sinne, missÀ haluat olla.

The studio was really nicely decorated and very clean. It also had everything needed for a comfortable stay, plenty of towels and toiletries and even laundry detergent! The location was absolutely perfect and was steps to downtown and the ferry. View from the studio balcony and pool area was absolutely beautiful. It was wonderful having a pool on site too. Staff was very friendly and helpful always and very responsive. We will definitely stay there again!

This was another enjoyable stay at the studio villa, which I've had the pleasure of visiting multiple times over the years. The location remains absolutely ideal for me and is one of the main reasons I continue to return.The recent updates to the villa are appreciated; the new furniture is a nice addition and gives the space a refreshed look. However, I have to say I miss the comfort of the old mattress. I found the new one to be less comfortable and would strongly suggest considering a replacement that provides more support for future guests.On the maintenance side, I noticed a couple of issues that impacted my stay. In the evenings, the villa was quite buggy, which seemed to stem from some large holes in the bathroom window screens. Replacing these screens would go a long way in keeping mosquitos and other insects out and improving the comfort of the indoor space.Grande Bay AmenitiesWhile the villa was mostly pleasant, the Grande Bay gym could really use some attention and tender loving care (TLC). The overall cleanliness and upkeep seem to have slipped. Specifically, the vents need a thorough cleaning and the carpet looks tired and should be swapped out for something cleaner. It would also be a great addition if the water cooler was consistently kept filled and cups were provided for guests using the facility.Overall: I still love the location and the villa itself.

Perfect location with an amazing view!

This is our second time staying here, and the second time around was just as great as the first. You can’t beat the location. It’s a short walk to everything downtown Cruz Bay. It has a perfect view of beautiful Cruz Bay as well. They were very accommodating with getting us parking for our rental Jeep. 10/10 would recommend. We’ll be reaching out to book next year’s trip!

Wonderful place to stay very clean very accommodating. A walk to downtown. The manager was super helpful. We've stayed on St John several times in the past few years this is truly the best location and without a doubt there's no compromising service

Christmas in St. John

Nicely decorated studio with a great location walking distance to downtown Cruz Bay. We hiked, went to the beach, and had some wonderful meals.

Property was beautiful Clean and I can’t say enough about location and the bed was comfortable. I had a great time. My daughter and I stayed for nine days we didn’t wanna leave.

Perfection!

We had the absolute BEST time staying at the Love City Penthouse in Grande Bay Resort on St. John. Cannot say enough great things about the hosts and the room. We were provided with two beach chairs, a float, a cooler, beach towels, sunscreen, etc. All of these items were extremely helpful and we used them every single day at the different beaches. I will recommend staying here to all of my family and friends! :)

Perfect Location

The location is perfect, just 1 block away from downtown. The property manager met us at the ferry dock and brought our luggage to the room. The room was quiet and clean. The small kitchenette was very helpful for small meals. Having a washer and dryer really helped out. Very nice unit and we would definitely stay there again.

Needed cleaning and updating

The property was suppose to be non-Smoking . The people next to us were smoking on there outside patio and it smelled of smoke !!! The lady at (at night) the desk told us the ice machine was broken but during the day the daytime the person at the desk would get us ice!! The area we stayed in needed updating elevator was scary . The place was not very clean. We have stayed on the island many times this place was not very good . Loved the location

Great location but you can hear your neighbors

We love St. John and Grande Bay as we stay there annually. This condo meets most expectations for a couple or a couple and 1 infant in the pack n play. Compared to some of the other condos in grande bay. it probably could use a few small updates. We did notice bugs in the bathroom and we could hear everything on the other side of the wall. Our last night it sounded like someone was on the roof or crawl space above us. There was movement and noise all night long and being the penthouse thought that was a bit odd. It is a great location and does the job. Owners and property manager are lovely and helpful.

Cool little spot.

We liked this place overall. We’ve stayed at Grand Bay before and this unit is probably on the lower end in a quality sense, but it was not bad. If you need functionality in a great location, it’s a good spot. Be careful about ordering groceries. The fridge is really small. There’s no closet but there are hanging racks for cloths. The bathroom is not air conditioned and the floor stays wet after showers. All that said, we are happy with our stay.
