Upea, hiljattain rakennettu 2 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen Avila Beach Condo. Kohokohtia ovat: ilmastointi, kattoterassi, gourmet-keittiö, runsaasti istumatiloja oleskelutilassa, takka ja parkkipaikka kahdelle ajoneuvolle. 245 San Miguel Nukkuu jopa 4 vierasta, joissa queen-vuode molemmissa makuuhuoneissa. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on runsaasti kaappitilaa, kattotuuletin, kaapelitelevisio ja lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat runsaasti luonnollista valoa. Makuuhuoneessa on myös ovi, joka johtaa ulos toisen kerroksen kannelle, ja kylpyhuoneessa on kylpyamme ja suihku. Täysi kylpyhalli hallissa on kaunis suihkukaappi. Tärkein olohuone on avoin ja ilmava, liukulasiovi johtaa keittiöstä toisen kerroksen kanteen, jossa kaasugrilli sijaitsee. Horrifying Customer Service | Massive Construction Next To Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I reached out to Coastal Vacation Rentals find a positive solution to the onslaught of construction all around this property that they failed to disclose prior to my booking, I was met with absolute shocking responses from Kenderick, who blamed me for renting it, called me a con-woman (and worse), send staff to "check on the property" and ENTERED the unit I was renting WITHOUT NOTICE which is an absolute breach of housing law let alone privacy, and he even threatened to sit outside the unit in his car the morning of my scheduled check out. When I finally was able to connect with Erin, the owner, I felt massive relief as she apologized and seemed eager to make things right. However that is until Kenderick infected her with his lies, conspiring a deluded belief of who I am based on my public personality and spinning a fantastical web of insult, smear, and a twisted fixation on me that didn't allow for any positive resolution to this unfortunate and deeply distressing situation. I will never use this company again, and I strongly advise the same to anyone reading this.

Nice Avila Beach Condo

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The condo was clean and kitchen well stocked even though we only used it for breakfast as there are so many great restaurants on the Central Coast.

Great family vacation

A nice stay in Avila with family, easy walk to beach. The inside was freshly clean and kitchen had many cooking items. The third level outside was a great place to gather and enjoy the sunshine outside. We look forward to coming back again.

Great location

The location was wonderful. Couple blocks to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops. Easy drive to San Luis Obispo.This rental had everything we needed. The deck on the roof was a great spot to hang out and enjoy the fresh air. It could use a hose down up there though. The furniture was covered in spiders and webs. We spent some time with the broom cleaning before sitting around. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your spot with us!

Great location and accommodations for a quick beach getaway!

This beach condo was perfect. The ease of checking in was a godsend. The place is the perfect distance to the beach. The layout was spotless and cute, and worked perfectly for our family. The rooftop balcony was a pleasant bonus. Thank you!

Grad Weekend Condo Stay in Avila

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at this Avila condo was nice and cozy for 4 adults. Newly built unit surrounded by other condo units under construction, so expect noise during weekday work hours.All new modern appliances. We had a hard time using the oven and took a few attempts over 2 days to get help. We got it working on our 3rd day (out of 5). Fans work well, unit was clean. Fan in common living area needs to be cleaned as there were "expired"bugs accumulated in the base of the light. Having manuals for dishwasher & oven would have been most helpful.Expect to sign in to any streaming apps if you are looking for entertainment.Photos from vrbo showed at least 2 lounge chairs on the roof deck, there were none. Disappointing! Table, chairs and a working umbrella all worked well.The unit could use some more staples--for instance pepper to go with salt that was in the unit. If you are coming through SLO, grocery shop while you are in town as there is nothing nearby in Avila. Also would like to see a set of melamine dishes to bring up to rooftop.Furnishings were ok. The sectional sofa is below average for comfort--small and narrow. Pillows in primary room were not very comfortable, very lightweight and mushy. Bring your own if particular.Would be helpful if the in-unit info was updated, it reads as if it is for a different unit. Checkout procedures are not listed. It just says to see rental agreement and we don't see that.Overall clean, comfortable and would stay again if it wasn't a high season rate. We were here for graduation and it accommodated our need. Host was extremely responsive and helpful which is always reassuring.

Avila Beach House

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful home. Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and our concert at Mulligan's. Only disappointment was the upstairs deck. The deck was covered with spiders and we could not get the lighting to come on. A little Raid spray solved the problem though. Otherwise fun time!

Weekend getaway

This unit is wonderful!! High end appliances and upgraded towels and bed linens. Our only problem was the parking situation. We have a suburban and there was no way it would fit into the garage. The carport closest to our unit was too small also. Luckily we found street parking the first night and one of the manageable carports was available the second night.

Bright Breezy Unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation Coast Rental was so easy to work with. Directions and check out was clear and easy. It was an easy walk to the beach. The only negative was that we needed to bring our own beach chairs and umbrella. When we've stayed at other beach properties, there were always beach equipment available to us. The kitchen was spacious and well appointed. The rooftop deck was a plus!

No AC, no oven, no hot water, no good

I was supposed to stay at this property from 5/15 to 5/24. The day after I moved in the AC went out. My cellular phone didn't work at the property, which supposedly happens occasionally, so I had a lot of difficulty reaching Coastal Vacation Rental Properties. Their manager came out to look at the AC, and basically made it worse, leaving flashing lights on all of the fans (which was interesting at night). They sent an HVAC technician out to look at the AC - again my cell phone didn't work there so this was difficult to coordinate - four separate times. I actually called Coastal Vacation Rentals to cancel the last appointment, successfully did so, but when I left the property to walk my dog the AC tech was sitting outside of the property in his car. I told him I cancelled, he said it would take "two minutes to fix", but after twenty minutes of no results I asked him kindly to leave. When I left the property I was concerned because he was still sitting outside in his car. I therefore LOCKED THE INSIDE FRONT DOOR AND WENT OUT THROUGH THE GARAGE USING THE CLICKER, LEAVING THE GARAGE DOOR OPEN. When I came back one hour later, the FRONT DOOR WAS UNLOCKED AND THE GARAGE DOOR WAS LOCKED. I was scared and had no way to contact anyone. My emails were not returned. I packed my stuff and left the next morning. Interestingly, the hot water was turned off and I had to take a freezing cold shower the morning I left. This property is ok but the experience was terrible.

Unit was perfect for a family of 4 and decked out with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Property was clean and really looked nearly new with comfort all around. And whatever you do, don't discount the access to a dedicated parking spot.Would stay again in an instant.

Nice place, great location

This place was perfect for a girls’ getaway! Walking distance to the beach, wineries, and to live music at Mulligan’s on the golf course. The place was modern, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The rooftop deck was a bonus! I hope to stay here again in the future!
