Laitteessa on ilmainen ilotulitus joka sunnuntai-ilta kesällä ja sisältää yhden parhaista paikoista talossa 4. heinäkuuta juhlaan! Kuvittele oleskeluasi tässä kauniissa yksikössä, josta nautit kauniista ja rauhallisista näkymistä laajaa kanavaa ja sunnuntai-iltoina se muuttuu omaan henkilökohtaiseen ilotulitusesitykseen, jota nautit omasta parvekkeesi mukavuudesta! "Sundaes at the Park" on tapahtuma, joka sattuu joka sunnuntai lähellä North Side Parkia ja jossa on elävää musiikkia, ilmaisia aurinkotuoleja ja upea ilotulitus. Tämä tapahtuma palvelee lapsuuden muistoja ilotulitteista perheesi kanssa ja auttaa luomaan uusia omia!

Tulet rakastamaan tätä erittäin hyvin hoidettua yksikköä lukuisilla päivityksillä. Yksikössä on kaunis keittiö, jossa on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, graniittiset työtasot ja joka on valmis kaikille kulinaarisille luomuksille. Ruokailutilassa on uusi keittiötila ja jakkarat. Olohuoneessa on uudempi sohva sekä uudet kahvia ja puoli-tarinoita. Kaikissa on kaunis Berber-matto ja uudet lattiat keittiössä ja kylpyhuoneissa. Makuuhuoneissa on queen-vuode ja parivuode / twin kerrossänky. Tässä yksikössä on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sekä ilmainen langaton internetyhteys.

Kätevästi North Side Park -puistoon, se on erinomainen paikka perheille, jotka osallistuvat siellä tapahtumiin. Sinun on myös lähellä monia erinomaisia ravintoloita / baareja, minigolfia, go karttoja, vesiliukumäkiä, elokuvia ja tietenkin ilotulitus. Rakennus sijaitsee noin 2 korttelin päässä Ocean Cityn leveimmistä rannoista ja antaa sinulle runsaasti tilaa levitettäväksi. Kun olet kyllästynyt rannalle, palaa takaisin ja nauti uima-altaasta tai ota veneesi ulos telakasta, joka sijaitsee laitteen alapuolella. Millä tavalla katsot sitä, et voinut olla lyhyitä asioista matkallasi!

Great Quiet Location

Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location 2 bed 2 bath Condo on a little waterway in the far north of Ocean City Maryland with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Place was a little farther than we realized for the Oceans Calling festival (which is not the fault of the owner) but bus access does get you close enough that it’s walking distance to a stop. Definitely would stay here again!!!

It’s always been very clean, comfortable, and has a great location near Northside Park. It is very conveniently located near many good restaurants and shopping. It is just a short walk to the beach, and the pool is very close by as well. The unit is nicely decorated, and this year we noticed many upgrades, I.e. bathroom, kitchen appliances, and deck furniture. Overall, it’s an A+.

Perfect beach stay

This place is beautiful, clean, beachy, and has all you need. The view is incredible and the property was so convenient and enjoyable to swim and take walks. The location within walking distance to the park, places to eat, golf, and even the beach gave us all we could want in our beach weekend. We will be back for sure!

Beach trip

We had a great time, the condo is walking distance to Wawa, golf, and restaurants! So much to do in a short radius around the condo. The beds and couch were comfortable. The kitchen items were better then most of the other places were have stayed. The walk to the beach was easy and sitting on the balcony at sunset was beautiful.

Great Location

Condo was very clean and comfortable, the location was great. Short walking distance to the beach and access to all restaurants and the main strip. A little confusion at check in, but it was resolved and everything was smooth sailing from there.

Very nice condo. Decorated very tastefully. Loved location. Near everything but not in busiest sections especially since we hit the location during bike week. Nice upscale neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Great spot for all ages!

Great pool “private” for a few buildings rather than a whole property, great view of canal, short walk to beach and other necessary stops (ice cream, shopping, restaurants)! The fireworks on Sunday night were an added perk that made my 3 year olds week!!

Serene beachy condo

Everything about this beach themed condo was fabulous. Stayed for New Years eve, couldn't be a better place to view fireworks. Just watched from the balcony. Very well maintained,so clean and equipped with everything you'll need.

It is always wonderful to have the comforts of home while you are away! This property was clean, the kitchen and family area were updated. The bathrooms were not, but they were clean. My disappointment with this property is, even though they state in the very last line of the description that linens/towels are provided for a fee, I feel this is something that should be included. I have never stayed at a rental where there were no sheets and towels and beach towels provided. There was only two rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. There was not even a box of tissues. You were not provided a kitchen towel nor a clean sponge to wash some dishes if you preferred. There was a small amount of kitchen supplies. I was disappointed in this part of my stay here. I have never stayed at a places where you were not provided a good amount of kitchen supplies, kitchen sponge, towels, etc. Bedroom sheets, towels, hand soap, etc. When I arrived, which was later than 4, which they knew, I called David because the toilet in the master bathroom had a high pitched noise that did not stop. I also called inquiring about the closet in the master bedroom which was locked. The other bedroom had a chest of drawers in it and the hall closet had a a vacuum and some supplies. There were no hangars provided to hang your clothing. So I called to ask for assistance with the toilet and the closets, but I never received a return call. Luckily after the first 24 hours the toilet noise stopped and only had a high pitched noise for a short time after you flushed it. They say there is no room for beach chairs, but there is a closet on the balcony and a large balcony to put them on. That was another disappointment, no beach towels/chairs. The area of this property is beautiful. I preferred being north and it was just a short walk to the beach. There is a beautiful park just a short walk away.

Very nice place, enjoyed the pool, beach and Park. Restaurants, stores are close and convenient. Be aware 3 flights of stairs with no elevators. You may need to buy/bring- Toilet paper, garbage bags, napkins, soap and dish soap.

Vacation 2022

I stayed with my husband and our daughter for 5 nights. Communication with the owner and the property manager was excellent and accurate. If I had a question it was answered quickly. As soon as we walked in, the unit smelled clean and the main areas (kitchen, bathrooms) all looked clean. However, I did notice there was a lot of food and trash left under the sofas, coffee table, and beds. Had I not had a little one who gets into everything and leaves toys everywhere, I may not have noticed this. However, I did let the owner know, as I know this is directly related to the cleaning service. The location is great. Far enough away from the highway that you don’t hear much. We were there during OC bike week so I was thankful for that. The views of the canal is nice and I wish they continued the fireworks in the park past Labor Day because it would have been an awesome view! With having a 19 month old, the proximity to the park was EVERYTHING! We went every morning to play. We enjoyed our time together and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Thanks for the hospitality!

Great location

We loved it. It was comfortable, quiet and clean. We loved the pool. It wasn’t overcrowded at all. The beach was a quick walk. It was less crowded than near the boardwalk, which we appreciated. If we wanted to go there (boardwalk), the bus comes right through and will take you there. It saved the frustration of finding parking. Loved the location. We will be back.

Great location, safe secure area, very comfortable

We hadn’t been to the East coast beaches in about 7 years. This apt. had everything we needed for a busy family of adults, in a great location within walking distance to stores, beach, restaurants, park. The unit was clean but the comforters/blankets supplied had to be washed before using. A small inconvenience but kinda yucky. My only issue was there isn’t much hanging space for clothes. Maybe some hooks or racks would have helped. This is kind of minuscule, but the toilets are very tiny, elderly MIL & large hubby felt uncomfortable, almost like they were going to break the seats. I would rent this place again, management/host was easy to communicate with & quick to respond. And the location for the fireworks was perfect. The park was beautiful, we spent more time there that’s we expected, it was that nice! We made some wonderful lasting memories ❤️Which is what we were going for!!
