Great family vacay stay

Awesome stay!

We had a great stay at this house! My husband loved fishing off the dock and we really enjoyed the pool with the waterfall and beautiful landscaping. The beach is close by and easy to bike to. The ocean water is so clear in this area! Great food nearby as well- we enjoyed PJ’s, Keegan’s, Tropical Ice Cream and Gulfside Pizza. We would stay here again!

Wonderful getaway , close to the beach 🏝

My husband loved fishing off the dock and the dogs loved the fully fenced yard - really comfy couch for watching Netflix too!

Reasonably priced beach house

The house has great space, plenty of room (4 adults, 2 teens in our party). The pool is fantastic! The outdoor spaces are nice. But could use outdoor ceiling fans to help combat the mosquitoes; they’re bad! Overall it’s a nice place to stay in a great, low key location. We really liked IRB.

Nice home on the canal

House is located in a nice neighborhood. Nice patio to sit out and enjoy, a dock for your boat and a pool. House was very clean. My family and I enjoyed our stay here.

Great house on the water!

Great clean spacious house right on the intercoastal for fishing and even saw some dolphins! The house was clean and the rental company was always available.

Beautiful Waterfront Home

My family really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and spacious. The location was perfect and the ability to fish right out the back door was perfect! We would definitely book this home again!

Quiet comfortable stay

The backyard was wonderful during the day, we enjoyed fishing off the dock, and we even saw some dolphins swimming around the dock. We enjoyed grilling outside and swimming in the pool. The water was a bit chilly in early March. The beach is an easy walk and the neighborhood is quiet and comfortable.

A Nice Place

My three sisters and I went to Indian Rocks Beach for a get away. It was a very clean property and centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood was quiet.

Perfect location

Review of Stay at IRB: The stay at IRB provided a delightful experience with its prime location offering a short walk to the beach and convenient access to the pool situated on the canal. The house presents itself as extremely nice, however, there is a notable need for updates. Additionally, the pool and beach furniture, as well as equipment, are due for replacement to enhance the overall quality of the stay.

The property was exactly as advertised. Great location, walked everyday to the dog park and Kooky Coconut for coffee. Very nice pool and yard. We were able to watch the annual Indian Rocks Beach lighted boat parade from our private dock

Good location but the house needs a serious update

When we arrived we noticed the pool was not nearly as big as the pictures made it look (clever photography) and was full lof leaves and debit so was unusable, I did try to arrange for someone to come over and that didnt happen untill the following afternoon, the pool was also very low on chlorine. The actual house was in a good location but does need a serious update, it was what I'd call 'tired' and not the cleanest. We will defiantly not be returning and would not recommend to friends and family, especially considering how expensive it was to stay there. Overall very disapointed.

The location was perfect but house needs updated.

The location of this house is great! It’s not really in walking distance of restaurants I would say. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed getting to see dolphins every morning. As far as the house, it definitely could use some TLC. We enjoyed having the washer and dryer. We did have an ant issue around the sink but just sprayed some ant killer spray that was under the sink. Minor details need to be fixed. The communication was great with Vacasa. You can tell this house is a rental with the wear and tear. The views and the pool definitely paid off for this house.

Great spot for a family vacation!

We really loved that the property had a private dock and it was used by us constantly. We had 4 adults and 4 children and found it quite comfortable. For fisherman: 2 working rods and reels were left and some basic tackle. Also had a small landing net and 2 minnow buckets—FYI. Beach notes: rolling cooler, wagon, some beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, a few floaties and a life jacket. Also included were some movies, books and a few board games. Wal-Mart delivery was a game changer. We also loved that we had an in-house washer and dryer, so we got detergent to utilize those. Great place that we’d all love to come back to someday. Perfect vacation for groups that like to do a variety of activities.

Place needs serious work not a good value at this price.

When we arrived the pool was dirty. It was cleaned by the next morning. The kitchen sink had food in it form the last customer, (clearly had not been cleaned), The stove is ancient with the electrical coil burners, not a solid surface, and there was gunge on the edge of it. This had not been cleaned in months. The whole place is very outdated and smells a bit funky. Location wise; I wouldn't call it a beach house. It's not bad if you like walking in the heat schlepping beach gear. We took the car and the only parking was at the public beach 2 miles away. The pool temp was awesome for my liking but the "marcite" surface is so worn, it feels like pebbles meeting sandpaper. For the price I was not happy. The major pus was that they allowed dogs and my son wanted his dogs to come on the trip.

Amazing Place, Great Views and Pool

Just returned from an Amazing 2 weeks at IRB and loved this place, very big, comfortable and spacious rooms, very well equipped (you wont need anything apart from Food, Drink and Sun cream). It has a beach storage room, with a beach trolley equipped with everything for the beach. I've also left in the downstairs cleaning cupboard a load of pool toys which I've cleaned and stored (just been in the pool, netball, air mattress's, balls and even a giant Shark, so please give them some use). Its situated at the end of one of the inland waterways with great views and saw loads or Dolphin's from the Dock, and the local's are really friendly. Its an easy (well lazy) 10 minute walk to the main street where there's a great little place called the Kooky Coconut (food and drinks are really good), and beach access then another 10 minutes if you turn left or right, to some other great restaurants and bars (to many to mention but they are all good). There are well established trees around the pool, which gives great privacy so your not overlooked, and if you don't mind moving around the pool area you can catch the sun from about 9am to 6pm (in June), and if you want more sun the beach is just 10 minutes away and watch the amazing sun sets. There is a leaf blower in the outside tall seated area, look out for it, I only found it on my last day and would have saved me sweeping leafs everyday (doh). Could benefit from some proper Sun Loungers that lie flat (sorry only negative thing). I cant recommend this place the owner and IRB highly enough, I normally stay in Beach Front Condo's but I'll go with a private house and pool from now on. Thanks Brad for letting stay in your place it made our Vacation.

Si busca ubicación

Esta perfecta por la ubicación, amplia si visita con una familia grande, pero es una casa vieja y está realmente descuidada, le hace falta pasarle la mano, el precio no se equipara con la estadía...vuelvo y repito lo único bueno es la ubicación...La playa es lo mejor del lugar, se las recomiendo..Gracias por la oportunidad

Stayed here before but won’t again

Not as pleased this time. Nice location on the water and private pool. No bugs. Nice beach supplies. However, a little too far for walking to the beach or restaurants. The pool was not cleaned until the day before we left (and it needed it). The worst part is the neighborhood and constant trucks, chainsaws, and RV parking. It was so loud the first day I want a credit back. Also insurance agent stopped by unannounced. Lastly, inside needs updating - broken toilet seats, outlets don’t work, etc.

Peaceful and Clean

The house was clean; communication with management was good and the view was great. We even had a "trash fairy" that came and took our trash and recycling out. Unnecessary, but nice. My daughters and I enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Vacation home

We had six people vacationing at the home three couples and everyone had a great time. Plenty of room near the beach and restaurants. We highly recommend this home.
