Belle-joesta on näkymät Necanicum-joelle, ja siellä on myös koiraystävällinen politiikka, oma poreallas ja erittäin tilava sisustus. Muutaman korttelin päässä keskustasta ja kongressikeskuksesta ja helpon kävelymatkan päässä rannalta tämä suuri koti on varmasti miellyttävä. Sisällä löydät suuren olohuoneen, jossa on suuri kaasutakka. Tämä on loistava paikka perheelle kerätä yhdessä viereisen muodollisen ruokasalin kanssa. Great location, Charming older cottage

This is a great place to stay. Its a charming older home/cottage right on the river and close enough to walk to town. It was nice to leave the cars and just walk into town and to the beach, but it is far enough out of the main area that it was nice and quiet at night. We played games, drank morning coffee and ate some meals on the deck by the river. Watched the ducks and a great blue heron every day. Beautiful and peaceful. Lots of space. Nice living room furniture and table for people to hang out together. Bedding, bathrooms, kitchen, hot tub, floors, main area were nice and clean. I'd rate it higher except that the home is older and well lived in- (bedroom carpets, marks on walls, beds, pots & pans, windows, creaky stairs etc), and the oven wasn't reliable. Our family had a great time, but some people might be more bothered by these things. Dishwasher, fridge, showers etc all worked well. Really cute interior decorating inside, big TV worked well, living room furniture nice and clean like new, very tidy.

The River Belle

We loved that the house was within walking distance of the downtown area. The chairs and view on the river were very nice. The hot tub was great! The space inside the house easily accomodated all 11 of us.

Great home and location for a family gathering.

We took full advantage of the outdoor space here, including using the hot tub, having a couple good shuffleboard tournaments, and eating several meals on the covered patio. The house is old and creaky but that added to its character, and the decor is really nice and appropriate for the area. Beds were pretty comfortable, but I will say the pillows were pathetic and we had to double- and triple-stack them to feel like we had any head/neck support. Suggest you bring your own unless the owner / management team confirms they have replaced them. Another minor issue was the lack of basic kitchen supplies. (The pots and pans were OK, but zero spices [not even salt and pepper], no cooking oil, etc. Lucky for the next renter, we bought a bunch of basics and left what we didn't use.) Finally, the description indicates you can "fish and crab from your backyard" but this is simply not true based on distance and thorny vegetation between the deck and the river's edge...my whole family had been looking forward to that part, so the misleading description was pretty disappointing. All in all, we were satisfied with the place, and I'd probably stay there again. The walk to Broadway (the main zone for restaurants, etc.) was easy and the local beach is excellent. Recommend a side trip to Canon Beach. We also went north to Astoria, which is a cool town (and we saw the Goonies house, which was fun). If I could assign "half stars", I'd give this place 4.5 but since it was not exactly as advertised, I'm giving it a solid 4-star rating. Thanks.

Lovely

We had 4 adults and 2 pre teens. Plenty of room for all of us to not feel cramped and in each other’s space. We enjoyed the large kitchen with all the amenities. Plenty of plates, silverware, pots/pans, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. We all enjoyed the hot tub, shuffle board, outdoor sitting areas, even the front porch. We never ran out of hot water, towels, and things to do. Puzzles, books and games too. Close to everything. We really enjoyed the home. Thank you

Disappointing girls weekend!

This was are 23rd year and I have rented houses from Vrbo before and usually really happy with the rentals. I'm not sure why it went through Vacasa but there were cobwebs on ceiling and walls my guest and I thought it definitely could be cleaner. There was a dining room chair that the legs were so loose that we moved it so no one would get hurt if it collapsed and put a note on to get it fixed. I wish we had taken photos. The outside covered area would look way nicer if someone took a shop vac and cleaned out all the webs and bugs.

Great location

This is our 3rd time staying at this house. We loved that we were walking distance to many activities and it is big enough to fit our family. The kitchen was well stocked. The house could use some better updating and/or repair of furniture and cleanliness.

Great Location! Cozy.

Love the location, hot tub, and the fact it fit the whole family. It could use some updates but was a fair price for our week vacation. Being able to walk to everything was a major plus!

Great location and big home

Great family get away

This is our 2nd stay at this house. We love the location and ease of walking to the main attractions. Unfortunately we didn’t have any luck with crabbing this trip but we still enjoyed our stay.

Not what was expected

Sheets were old and stained. Smoke detectors were beeping so we replaced batteries to quiet them. Bed upstairs was broke so we fixed so we could sleep on it. No detail to cleaning, upstairs had scrabble pieces on the headboard spelling various uncalled for words and dice with words rolled to hate etc. weird sounds in house and garage next door is vacant and run down so kids are in and out of it all hours. Tried to have a movie night and 2 of us were on couches and 2 were going to lay on the floor and carpet smelled like pet urine to the point we couldn’t lay there. House just needs a complete DEEP CLEAN and new sheets etc.

Blood stains on the sheets

Location was great. But the place needs a good clean. Our bedsheets had blood stains on them that were super obvious—first thing you saw when you turned down the blanket to jump in. Old diaper was found behind out dresser, carpets smelled like dog urine, and the hot tub was freezing cold when we arrived so we couldn’t use it the first night. Kitchen was super dark and hard to see. We moved bedroom lamps into it. One bedroom had not power in the outlets, which was a challenge for parents who needed to use a baby monitor. Enjoyed the crab traps and clam guns available.

The house is the perfect size :) the neutral interiors and decor are pleasing, the hot tub is great, and the deck is the perfect place for early morning birdwatching. The beach and arcade are short walks away. Perfection

Soccer Weekend

This house was great for 3 families with teenagers in town for a soccer tournament. It was spacious enough and the outdoor seating was great. The house is a little creaky because of its age and the carpet is dingy but the beds are super comfortable. It was nice to be able to walk to town and the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Location Location Location!!

Great older, pet friendly house for a large group! The location was perfect. Walking distance to main strip. Lovely, quiet neighborhood. The house has plenty of parking, large kitchen, nice river view and a hot tub. It was also well stocked - a kitchen full of dishes, pots/pans, beach towels, chairs and even crab pots.
