"Kona Bubbles" on ehdottomasti näyttävä ominaisuus, jonka Knutson & Associates on erittäin ylpeä uusista edustajistaan marraskuussa 2018. Upea koti aidatulla Meilani View Estates merinäköalalla aivan Kailua Kona. Viimeksi valmistunut vuonna 2016, tämä mukautettu rakennettu 4 sänky, 4. 5 kylpy koti tarjoaa lähes 3000 neliömetrin tilavaa sisätilaa, kuten erillinen vieras sviitti / autotalli combo & Resort tyyli-allas LED-valaistus yöllä loputtoman päivän ja yön. hauskaa perheen ja ystävien kanssa.

Lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkuna-seinät, jotka vetäytyvät täysin sisään, jotta voit ottaa näkymät rauhalliseen Tyynenmeren alueelle ja nauttia aidosta sisätilojen ulkoilusta. Maailmanluokan snorklaus, uimarannat, melonta ja vaellus ovat vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä. Big Islandilla on historiallinen heiaus, kulttuurimuseot ja tulivuoren kiehtova geologia.

Family Vacation

This house is just like the listing. We felt at home. Loved the pool, the outside living area, the bedrooms and kitchen. We were was close to everything. The highlight of the trip was the volcano erupted.

Kona week

Kia Ora. One of the best weeks holiday in years. We are 4 couples, all good friends and capable cooks so we ate in mostly and really enjoyed the house inside and out. A couple of things didn’t work well but that didn’t bother us at all. A big spacious house with the ability to accommodate our group was not easy to find so we’re happy. To that we add that the Kona region, and its golf courses, have left us with many great memories. Ka kite ano Tim

Kona Bubbles

We had an amazing week on the Big Island of Hawaii and at Kona Bubbles. The house is beautiful and it was perfect for our family. It was spotless and really well maintained. The pool was great and the house had everything that we could have needed. The location is great with really breathtaking views and sunsets from the pool area. Can’t wait to return one day.

House fit our family perfectly.

The house was exactly as described online. Loved having 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Perfect for my husband and I in the ohana and our 3 grown children with their partners in each of the main house bedrooms. Property is a very short drive to Kona, had everything you could need for a beach day, nice safe gated community, was clean and had a pantry full of spices and other basics for cooking. Would definitely return to Kona Bubbles.

We had such a relaxing and easygoing stay at the rental. It was equipped with so many convenient things that took away many of the hassles of figuring out what to bring, buy, or plan for. We were able to do plenty of food prep and have the items needed to bring what we needed out to the beach and our other adventures. Having a bathroom setup for each room, the private ohana suite, the pool, and ample space made the stay comfortable for everyone in our party. We were a little surprised that there wasn’t AC as we are not acclimated for the warmer humid weather, but having screen doors with good air flow (and many fans available too) was actually quite nice and gave a true tropical experience. The various plants and layout make for such a beautiful outdoor space. We loved trying the garden’s fruits and seeing all the wildlife in the area. Truly, truly an incredible stay. Thank you so much for hosting us, we would love to visit again.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures are dated. The property has more of a jungle motif with LOTS of flora and fauna not represented in the photos. The jungle motif, while beautiful in its own way, also has its disadvantages in terms of gnats and insects at night. If you are looking for ocean views as the photos illustrate, you will be disappointed. The sliding doors do not seal effectively. You could put a finger in the gap on both the screen and glass doors. The pans in the kitchen should be thrown away. The pool looks inviting but was a disappointment, aside from the salt water. Which was nice opposed to chlorine. There is only one safe entrance to the pool, which is the steps. What looks like a gradual slope into the pool is actually quite drastic. You cannot walk out of or into the pool safely without using the steps. The “fitted sheets” in the master do not stay “fitted” and at least a once mid sleep nightly refitting was required. The interior photos are for the most part accurate. There were partially used water bottles left in the house on counters. Floaties left around the pool. Discarded tiki torch canisters around the pool. Cushions on the lounges around the pool were partially on the lounges, partially not when we arrived. Attention to detail was definitely lacking.We have stayed at other properties in the same area and will stay at them again.

Happy in Holualoa

Kona Bubbles was our home for 12 days in November. Despite our flight being late, the property manager was at the home to greet us and show us around the property. It is a very special place. Located at about 650 ft elevation, the house gets wonderful breezes and some light rain in the afternoon. The ocean boasts incredible ocean views and immaculate landscaping. The majority of our time was spent outside around the pool but the home is incredibly beautiful too. Incredible bird watching at this altitude many of which would take a short bath in the pool in the afternoon. This property was a great setup for our multigenerational family and we enjoyed every starry night we spent here.

From the pool to the fruit trees to the gorgeous sunsets to the birds singing in the morning, it's truly a paradise!! The separate guest house with a full bath and kitchen worked out perfectly for my parents! We could not have asked for a better house. The kitchen was gorgeous and huge to cook and enjoy delicious local foods. The house was close to all the stores and airport. It's located in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and had everything you could imagined or needed for your home away from home. Blake, the property manager was very helpful and met us to walk us through, explaining everything. If we had any questions, he was a quick text away. Our whole family loved this house and would definitely return in the future!

The home was sparkling clean and in this day and age that is important. The kitchen was spacious enough for multiple cooks and multiple people to help clean up. Pool was great for little ones too!

Fantastic home with everything

Beautiful sunset views over the ocean.Rooms are large, the lanai and pool deck are huge, and indoor-outdoor living was great. It was 85 degrees and the fans and windows kept us cool. Our party of 7 was very comfortable. It's located behind gates in a select community and we took daily walks through the area. Location is great, just 5 minutes from shopping and restaurants, a few more into downtown Kailua-Kona and the beaches. During Covid we found enough outdoor dining restaurants (Humpy's, On the Rocks) and take-out that we enjoyed, and we bought groceries and cooked a lot--including the glorious marlin and ahi our fishermen party brought home from their excursion in the deep sea. We also enjoyed the night manta ray snorkel trip and snorkel boat to Captain Cook Monument.

Easy check in and communication during the stay. Amazing home in perfect location! I really liked that everything was there and the fruits in the garden were delicious.

Awesome Hawaiian Retreat

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week with three generations of family at Kona Bubbles! The house is beautiful and there are great spaces to spend time together as well nice spaces for privacy. The pool area and landscaping are gorgeous and well maintained! The covered lanai allowed us to spend most of our time outside even during the occasional afternoon rain shower. The sunsets were spectacular! The house is very well equipped and all we had to get was food if we wanted to cook in. The beach gear that was provided was such a nice touch. The location is very convenient to town and a good home base for visiting beaches and other attractions on the island. The owners and management were very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. We would definitely love to stay at Kona Bubbles again on our next visit to Hawai’i!
