Phoenix VI on yksi rentouttavimmista osakehuoneistokomplekseista Persianlahden rannikolla. On syytä enemmän lomanviettäjiä pysyä tässä huoneisto kuin mikään muu Orange Beach.



Ei ole parempaa paikkaa asua sinulle ja perheellesi kuin Phoenix VI. Hotellissa on runsaasti aktiviteetteja, kuten paino, racquetball, sauna, sisäuima-allas, porealtaita, tenniskenttiä, koripallokenttä ja ulkouima-allas. On myös mukava huvimaja alue rentoutua kun olet bbqing. Pysy Premium-yksikkömme ja maksa vähemmän kuin valittu hinta!



Tule rentoutumaan 7. kerroksen parvekkeelta, josta on suora näköala ulkouima-altaalle ja josta on upeat näkymät lahdelle tai nukkua isossa king-vuoteessa. Tämä yksikkö on päivitetty uusiin huonekaluihin, graniittitasoihin ja uuteen kalusteeseen. Meillä on king size-vuode mestarissa parvekkeella ja meillä on kaksi täysikokoista vuodetta vierashuoneessa, jossa on queen-vuodesohva! Olemme kätevästi lähellä ravintoloita, ruokakauppoja ja kaukana myyntipisteistä.

The unit was fabulous. The shower head in the second bathroom needs to be replaced It makes the water feel like needles and needs to be adjustable.

Excellent property

We had a great stay. Staff was all very friendly. Room was very clean when we checked in. We had everything we needed for a great stay. The decor was beautiful. Conveniently located near several great restaurants and shopping centers with grocery stores.

A wonderful short vacation for the family

I love to be able to wake up and pray while looking at this view! We were EXACTLY on the beach. I loved the indoor pool and hot tub it’s exactly what we needed due to the summer rainy weather in Al.

Condo was perfect for us. 2 bedrooms/2 baths. Both baths in the rooms. Very clean. Had to call property manager about the code and was very helpful and replied quickly. And of course a perfect view!

The door (code) given didn't work, but property manager was very helpful. The table (chairs) were weak, the (drawers) keep coming open on the side of the bed. The bed slept wonderful, the (balcony) view is beautiful, but didnt have enough balcony privacy from neighbors, the balcony needed sweeping. No need to apologize just repair before next guest for that is their home away from home.

Beautiful place

But when we arrive the front desk treated us like garbage… totally disrespectful and wanted to be very unhelpful .. lied and told we were no where on the roster, no concern what so ever… then said oh now i see it and that would be 55 to park … maam my parking says free. What is the problem. Its like she disliked me from the time i entered the building and i dont know why, all I said was hi how are you, i have a room reserved. And it went left from there. She spoiled my trip and tried to disturb my excited peace of being able to relax. The condo and stay was awesome. But her customer service action makes me not want to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos are accurate and we were pleased with our stay. We arrived early that day and got our parking pass, then headed to the pool. Having a covered assigned parking spot was great. The condo was clean -and we have high expectations. The kitchen is exceptionally stocked with everything we needed to cook including Tupperware for storage. The washer and dryer were useful since we were there for dance competition. The only thing we didn’t like was coming back one day to a filter in our trash can and debris on the floor under the dining area vent. We assumed they came to change the filters with no notice. There was a paper in the elevator stating Brent Robinson rooms would be getting changed but we didn’t rent from them. A heads up would have been nice since it did include our unit. Keep in mind the elevators may take some time because there are a lot of people there especially on check in days. We would definitely stay here again. It’s difficult to get 5 stars out of us but they did it.

Orange Beach Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay did not begin well -The code we were given to open the door would not work upon arrival. After 30 minutes, we were able to contact Phoenix Rentals and received a new code. It worked until the second afternoon, and then we had to get another code. Not fun when standing outside in the sun and heat, with luggage and groceries.The first two days of our stay, there was a bad odor in the unit. I thought it smelled like mildew, my husband thought sewer.We appreciated the free parking space in the covered parking garage. Easier for loading and unloading and we didn't have to hunt for a parking space.We were disappointed that there was no starter pack of coffee, shampoo or Kleenex, which we have had in other units we have stayed in.The location of the unit was great and so was the gulf view.

It took 1/2 hour to get into the room because the door code did not work. The furniture on the balcony should be upgraded. Even though the property is on the beach, the distance from the property to the beach is substantial.

Nice place, beautiful beach and pool complex.

The condo was just as it was represented to be. It had all the necessary amenities and the location was very accessible to all the recreation and services you would need.

awesome vacation

This condo was in the perfect location clean nice size close to everything and able to explore we made a trip to Pensacola and Destin FL also on our last day we saw two Dolphins in the ocean while we were swimming the only thing I wish was that the pools would of been heated but other than that it was a perfect trip definitely will return!!

My ONLY complaint, and it has nothing to do with the condo itself, is I wish the complex would shut off the pool waterfall at night so that you can hear the ocean through the night!! Great Getaway! Wish we had stayed longer

Reviewer Comments: We went in April, the weather was a little cool that week but the benefit was sleeping with the balcony door open and listening to the surf. The balcony is large and has a table. We had a couple meals on the balcony.The property is easy to to find, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The Condo was clean and well maintained. The only downside was the unsecured WiFi.It was a great week and we will be back.
