Kesätalo on ihanteellinen lomakoti koko perheelle kerätä! Tämä kauniisti remontoitu, yksikerroksinen kiinteistö sijaitsee North Forest Beachillä, vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä mereltä.

Kun kävelet etuoven läpi, sinua tervehtii avoin pohjaratkaisu, rannikkoseinämä, ilmainen WiFi ja paljon luonnollista valoa. Hyvin varustetussa keittiössä on graniittitasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, Keurig-kahvinkeitin ja kääreinen baari helpon keskustelun mahdollistamiseksi. Ruokailutila tarjoaa istumapaikat kahdeksalle, ja lisäksi kuusi baarijakkaraa keittiön tiskillä.

Olohuoneessa on mukavasti kalustettu istutuskaihtimet, kaksi sohvaa ja televisio DVD-soittimella. Altaan kannelle pääsee liukuovien kautta, samoin kuin makuuhuoneen ja yhden kuningatar makuuhuoneen ovien kautta.

Upea uima-allasalue tarjoaa tuntikausia nautintoa! Lepotuolit ja kaksi ruokasarjaa ympäröivät itse uima-allasta, kun taas katettu baari, jossa on kaasugrilli, pesuallas ja baarituolit, miellyttävät sitä. Allasterassilla on myös ulkosuihku, joka lisää mukavuutta rannalla vietetyn päivän jälkeen.

Beautiful house close to beach access.

This house fit our needs for a family vacation. We loved the layout, location and pool. For the size of this house, the driveway is inadequate which would be the reason we would be hesitant to rebook.

We loved the pool. Enjoyed the wonderful beach access. Spacious home with plenty of dishes for everyone. Close to everything. We loved it!!!!

Perfect for a Family Trip

Our family of 15 fit perfectly with plenty of space. The set up was exactly what we needed - offering enough space for us to spread out and community areas for us to all be together. The kitchen and grill made it possible for us to cook family meals. The pool was warm, clean and spacious! The beach is a short walk through a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, and it is just a scenic mile walk into town to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time and would certainly return.

We paid extra to have the pool and hot tub heated and it was not heated when we arrived. We had to turn the heat on ourselves and took hours to heat up for us to use the hot tub but would cool off when the controller would turn off. Pool was decent temp, finally, the day we checked out, which was disappointing.One of the showers was not in working order and we were not informed of it prior to our stay. That was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons we booked this stay due to the amount of people we were traveling with. Vacasa was very prompt on getting back to me but the host was poor with communication. Location was not far from the beach and was walking distance. Not a far drive from the Coligny Plaza.

Cool house in and awesome location!

I loved the layout of this home. We used it for a golf trip with friends, but it would be great for families. The home was clean and well maintained.

Pool issues

We had to pay additionally for a heated pool and hot tub but it did not get warm till the end of the trip. Was told it would be preheated but it was not. Other issues but did receive help till last day and a half of trip. Did not list that there is a highchair in the home and renters need to bring own beach towels. Nice layout of home with plenty of bathrooms and nedrooms

Summer house

The house was very nice and clean, better than we expected. Vacasa was awesome to deal with we had a few questions when we got to the the house, and the were quick to respond to all questions and concerns. We will definitely be renting this house again in the future.

Disappointed

This home is beautiful and had plenty of room for our six family members. The area is very scenic with an abundance of vegetation, easy beach access, many restaurants, and shopping options. Our visit was somewhat disappointing as four of our family members developed a cough and felt ill. After trips to the local urgent care, it was suggested that the air filters needed changing or the possible presence of mold. Additionally, we found a cockroach in each master bedroom. It is doubtful that we will stay here again.

I can't believe this awesome beach house was still available.

I can’t believe that we were able to book this awesome beach house so late in the year. There were plenty of bedrooms and baths for all 16 of us. We had a great time. Here are the pros and cons Pros It’s a really nice house to spend a week in. Plenty of space. Lots of bedrooms and beds and bathrooms Great price Easy walk to the beach. The house was clean. Being all on one level was very good for my parents We used the pool a lot. Tiki Bar was actually useful. Great grill in the tiki bar. Kitchen had plenty of room and almost everything we wanted. Internet access was good Cons The access code didn’t work. Luckily we were able to find alternate access on our own. Limited seating in the living room area and at the dining room table. The house sleeps 16. There really needs places for more people to sit comfortably in the living room and to eat together. Need more help with finding overnight off-site parking for extra cars. From other commenters, note that the living room furniture isn’t new. The furniture is suitable for a good week at the beach. It wasn’t a Con for us. It’s a beach house after all. The Pros far outweigh the Cons. When booking, it seemed like it might be too good to be true, but it turned out to be great.

Nice House for a Family Vacay

The property was excellent and suited our large group quite well. The house was comfortable and kitchen was mostly well equipped. We noticed upon check-in several small flaws that require simple maintenance - closet doors not mounting in track correctly, showerhead missing for one of the outdoor showers for example After several days, several toilets would not stop running since flapper valves were old and needed replacing. The pool, while nice, has very rough edges and upper wall that resulted in a few scraped legs. Minor, but worth commenting on.

Nice house for our family vacay

The house footprint and size worked very well for our group of 17 adults and children. Location was excellent. Kitchen was pretty well-equipped for our large family meals. Pool was nice, but the rough stone edges and upper walls were a bit concerning with children around. House needs some minor maintenance and upkeep, but the problems did not prevent us from enjoying our stay.

Summer House

A group of ten women got together to celebrate our birthdays. We loved the house with its spaciousness, ample bedrooms and bathrooms. Great outdoor bbq and pool. Our only complaint was the trash from the previous guests was overflowing outside and it took three days to get someone to take care of it

Modified stay

Although my husband and I, and one of our grandsons, wound up not making the trip due to an emergency medical issue, my daughter and son-in-law were able to make it and the other grandson and his wife made it for 3 days. Im told they were very satisfied with it.

No WiFi, no hot water in "spa"

Loved the property, spacious and well decorated, beautiful rooms. The service is the problem. The manager is obviously not in the town, and kept saying he would tell the local staff, no one ever came. We rebooted the WiFi several times, and complained that it didn't work, they made no attempt to fix it. I contacted days before to make sure the water was heated in the "spa", just a round attachment to the pool. First said 72 hours notice needed, than after we got there said they need an entire week notice. It was never heated, and they refused to give us any money back for it not working.

Rental company was very disappointing

The experience with Vacasa was very disappointing. We were sent the wrong code to enter the property. We were communicating via text with a call center that was not helpful. The local contact was kind and understanding, but it was almost impossible to get in touch with them based on the text messages we received. It’s sad how tainted our experience was with this home based on the overall rental experience with this home.

Wonderful home.

We ended up bringing a few extra family members because we had to escape hurricane Helene‘s devastation in Asheville. The home was a wonderful respite for us. It was very spacious, clean and lovely. Thank you so much for easing our burden.

Cousin weekend getaway

Summer House is a beautiful property that is well equipped and convenient to the beach, bike path, dining and shopping. Parking is tight. 4 vehicles will fit if you are very creative. Really designed for 3 cars or fewer. Entry instructions from property manager were slightly confusing since there is a lockbox and a key code lock but we were finally able to get in. Trash compactor had not been emptied and was smelly but other than that the house was clean and comfortable. Charge to heat pool and hot tub was very high and 1 week notice required to have heat turned on. That was a disappointment. Overall, though it was a very nice weekend!

Short retreat for 13 managers

The house was just as it was listed. Great space for large groups. The living room was large enough for us to have our meetings, and the short walk to the beach was a great relaxing escape for everyone. One suggestion would be to have directions posted next to the thermostat because we never could figure that out and the house stayed very cool I am always confident when staying at a Vacasa property because I know that their response to any issues will be prompt

Tight space

Things need fixed and had to spend vacation time waiting for repairs. Driveway too small for number of people who can stay. Arrived to full trash cans with 16 people arriving. Garbage was not removed til regular trash day even though we made requests for 3 days

Perfect for a large family vacation

Summer House was a perfect location for us. Short walk to beach. Loved the pool, hot tub, Tiki bar. Plenty of bedrooms with comfortable beds and bathrooms. We enjoyed the open floor plan and plenty of TVs to watch golf. Rode bikes everywhere. It rained while we were there and we played games at the large family table. We definitely hope to come back to this house.
