Älä missaa tätä - et tule pettymään! 2000 m² uudempi koti yksityisessä, rauhallisessa aidatussa yhteisössä Cumbrian Lakes. Luontoretki ja lasten leikkipaikka. Koti on erittäin siisti! Kaikki mukavuudet sisältyvät hintaan. Koska Floridan vuokrat menevät, tämä on yksityistä.

Rentoudu omalla uima-altaalla, porealtaalla ja ulkotelevisiossa. Piha tukee luonnonsuojelualuetta. 10 minuuttia Disney-puistoihin ja merimaailmaan, 5 minuuttia kuuluisaan Yhdysvaltain 192 lomakohteeseen, jossa on satoja ravintoloita ja ostosmahdollisuuksia. Myös lähellä Universal Resort -aluetta. Lähellä monia hienoja golfkenttiä, mukaan lukien maailmankuulu Celebration-golfkenttä.

Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, valtava kylpyhuone erillisellä suihkulla ja kylpyammeella. Makuuhuoneessa on oma oviseinä uima-allasalueelle HD LCD-TV: llä. Beautifull memories

I was there in april 2009. A little bit late for review. Everytime i remember the house it makes me go back . Just for the house. So relaxing ,so clean and so cheap. I am planning to go with my family soon. Thank you for your hospitality.

Vrbo didn't mention that the community was gated and we had a miserable time trying to get inside the gate. We found the property manager's phone number buried in the app and he got us settled. The kids loved the pool and the home was very comfortable. The wife complained about the pillows being old but overall it was a great stay once the property manager got us set up. Vrbo Chat is worthless. If you rent this space make sure you have the property manager's number on your phone to save you the aggravation we endured getting past the gate.

Overall a great property. The layout of the house is great lots of space and a great pool.

Nice neighborhood, nice house, great decor, everything in order. Good space for families. Awesome pool area. I would stay here again. Make the decision if you want to use the pool/grill beforehand. Getting the codes to do so takes a bit and the pool needs time to heat up. It is about 25 minutes from various parks but it is an easy drive. Plenty of extra blankets, pack and play, backpack, stroller, extras that are nice touches. We had a great time and will likely be back.

The furnishings were very comfortable, as were the beds. The amenities were fundamentally adequate but not on par with other VRBO homes we have rented. We enjoyed out stay, the neighborhood is quiet & the conservation zone behind the house lent an added degree of privacy.

Great house in a quiet neighbourhood

The house was really great, with lots of space for our entire family of 6. Both check-in and out was very easy. A bit confusing with all rules that was announced in the folder, but besides that everything was just great. Would definitely recommend this house!

Nothing short of AMAZING!!

This home was nothing short of Amazing. It literally had all we needed in the home and close by. The owner was great when I needed him which was only once or twice and that was because of a bad storm that came through on our first night. He got back with me really quick. The home was beyond clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped. The only thing we had to bring was our groceries. The pool was great! This is the only home in the development I would want to stay in only because I loved this one so much. From Monday to Sunday, my family enjoyed. Definitely reserving again. Quiet neighborhood, gated, clean, close to attractions, malls, other shopping areas. Lots of food places. Thanks to the owner for a marvelous home.

Kids first trip to Florida

The home was bright, clean and plenty of room for everyone to relax after long days of sightseeing. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again. Owner answered all questions very quickly.

Wonderful! 5 Stars are well deserved.

Enjoyed a family spring break in April. The photos are accurate. House was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Living/dining room area had plenty of seating. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool and spa were pristine and the water was refreshingly cool but not cold. The pool deck with the TV was a nice gathering spot in the evenings. The conservation view gives the home a greater degree of privacy. The house is quite easy to find and within reach of everything the area has to offer. My only issue was a little difficulty with the spa. The directions in the Welcome packet don't tell you where the "on" switch is. It's actually outside the screen room on the side of the house. The owner did respond to our email and we were able to use the spa also. Thank you to the owners, we truly enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this rental to others and hope to go back, again.

Awesome Home

The home was perfect for our family of 10. We all had a great fun filled time during our stay. The house was well equipped and spacious. Everyone loved the pool. We spent a great amount of time in the pool. Will definitely return.

Fantastic

This home was perfect for our 7 night family vacation. The home was a home away from home with a very well equipped kitchen. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. The house is close to shops, restaurant and lots of fun activities. I would definitely rent this home again.

Great!

The property was beautiful. It looked exactly like the pictures on the site. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I do have three suggestions: 1. When staying, please tell them that you want a HEATED pool and the you'd like to utilize the jacuzzi tub. There's a $25 fee per day for this. If you don't mention it, your water will be COLD 2. There was a leak in the kitchen underneath the sink. I didn't notice until right before we checked out. I looked at other reviews and it was mentioned by other guests NOT management. So, check with them to ensure that its been repaired 3. Last but not least, the garage isn't useable. It has games inside. You're going to want to bring the garbage can inside the garage due to raccoons. (We didn't see any on our visit but was told they're garbage thieves) Overall, our visit was great! The house despite the above mentioned issues, was very welcoming and we would rent this place again. We'd have those things dealt with right away and enjoy! The owner Mike, was very pleasant and timely with his response to us; as we booked the day BEFORE we were to check in. He made sure everything with paperwork had been completed. Finally, this house can comfortably sleep 10 people. Linens were clean and house didn't have a musty smell like I've experienced with other homes. Neighbors were quiet and keep to themselves. Location was great! Wal-Mart and restaurants were right down the road on Oren Brown street about 2 miles from the house. The highways 417 and I4 were easily accessible as well. We had a ball! Lovely Home In a Peaceful Neighborhood

Our group of three married couples thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks' stay in this lovely home. The owner was very quick to respond to our inquiries while planning the trip. The home is very nicely furnished - with extremely comfortable beds and living room furniture. The master suite is amazing! The heated pool and jacuzzi were thoroughly enjoyed - even on days that weren't that warm! The Cumbrian Lakes neighborhood is a great place for walks. The homes are well-maintained and there are sidewalks and walking paths throughout. On our daily walks, we passed by all kinds of interesting wildlife - whooping cranes, ibis, herons, hawks, raccoons, otters and alligators (large and small)! We cooked in a lot and made good use of the gas grill. The kitchen was adequately supplied, but a few additional casserole dishes, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons would be helpful to future guests. We took a day trip over to St. Cloud to have lunch at Crabby Bill's, overlooking Lake Toho. We had a couple of good dinners in Celebration - at Columbia and Cafe d'Antonio. A call to the maintenance company to repair the clothes dryer was answered promptly; a second call to report a kitchen sink leak was not. We would definitely rent this home again!

Florida Trip

Trip got off to a rocky start when the g-son became ill and was hospitalized. The owner of the rental was very helpful in helping us to salvage our trip by allowing us to extend our stay. Then it was off to Universal Studios and a great time was had by all!!! The house was spacious and comfortable. Definitely would do this again!! The home was close to shopping and attractions, which made things very easy traveling with children.

RENTER BEWARE -- House was dirty upon arrival, we had to clean it ourselves. No response from Owner

We booked this home months in advance, and then added a day to our stay a week in advance. We arrived 10:30pm Sunday night, after 12 hour car ride with 2 small children, to an absolutely filthy house. Dirty countertops, all bedrooms were a mess, dirty sheets on the floor, bedding on the floor, soiled towels in the hallway, hair in the bathroom sink, countertops and showers, the living room furniture pillows were on the floor and soiled carpets. It was a vacation nightmare. I called Mike (owner), who admitted the miscommunication on his part with the cleaning staff, but then went on to suggest it was my fault for adding a day to our stay. He agreed to a cleaning credit for the inconvenience of us having to stay in a filthy house, as well as having to drag our children to Walmart at 11pm to purchase cleaning supplies, only to then stay up until 1am cleaning up the mess so we could "rest in comfort". It has been two weeks since our stay in Florida, NO RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER regarding this major inconvenience. I've stayed in many homes listed on VRBO, all over the U.S., and NEVER had this happen before. The cleaning person did come the next day, but after seeing the house in that condition, we didn't feel comfortable the entire stay. Hopefully this won't happen to anyone else, but if it does, don't expect the owner to keep his word.

Clean and Comfortable

We travelled from Wisconsin to visit with some friends that live in Florida. It was a very nice, relaxing trip and the kids enjoyed playing in the pool. There was plent of room for everyone and we really liked the privacy that we had. The home was clean and accomodations were comfortable.

SUPERB CLEAN HOME

My wife and I had a very relaxing stay in this villa 10/30/2010--11/13/2010. Villa was very clean and idealy located for dining,shopping,parks etc however the pool was east and not south facing as advertised . Ray&Karen Mason ,cornwall uk

Glad we chose this as our first vrbo rental

This is a wonderfully well kept home in a very safe and secure neighbourhood. Although it is not located on a main road it is veerryy conveniently located. Everything you need is right down the road, from walmart to great restaurants... for when you don't feel like cooking. Easy access to highway, flea markets, outlet shopping and of course the local attractions like seaworld and disney. But what we enjoyed the most was an after dinner swim every night and relaxing in front of the tv until bed time, so we can get up early the next morning and do it all over again. On site laundry also came in very handy. Thanks Mike, we liked it so much, we're looking into buying our own!! tina

Great stay at 152541!

Thank you Mike, we had a great stay at your lovely home. The home was very clean and was large enough for two families. Cumbrian Lakes is a very nice and safe gated community. Hope this helps all the newbies that are renting with VRBO for the first time. We would definitely recommend this property and website to all our friends and family.
