Aria del Mare on kaunis kuuden makuuhuoneen Miramar Beachin loma-asunto, joka sijaitsee ylellisellä varustetulla Shipwatch-alueella. Tämä koti sijaitsee rauhallisella umpikujalla, joka varmuuskopioi suoraan rannalle. Vaikka Aria del Mare ei ole rannalla, ei ole mitään tietä kodin ja rannan välillä ja se on niin lähellä kuin voit saada sen murto-osaan kustannuksista!

Kaikki tämän ylellisen Miramar Beachin loma-asunnon kaikki kolme kerrosta ovat täysin häikäiseviä. Kotiin saapuessa löydät kutsuvan etupuolen ja mediahuoneen ja baarikeittiön, jossa on taulu-tv ja viininjäähdytin. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on myös ensimmäinen makuuhuone, jossa on king-vuode, kaksi vaatekaappia, taulu-tv ja oma kylpyhuone. Huoneessa on kaksinkertainen pesuallas ja tyylikäs suihkukaappi.

Toisessa kerroksessa on tärkein oleskelutila ja henkeäsalpaavat näkymät Meksikonlahdelle. Lisäksi avoin ja ilmava pohjaratkaisu varmistaa, että keittiössä, ruokailutilassa ja asuintiloissa on kaunis näköala lahdelle. Gourmet-keittiössä on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut Kenmore-laitteet, astianpesukone, jääpalakone ja metro. Siellä on jopa aamiaisbaari, jossa on enintään viisi vierasta. Siinä on myös kaikki ruoanlaittovälineet, joita tarvitset Mr. Mr. Kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin ja leivänpaahdin. Keittiö johtaa tärkeimpään oleskelutilaan, jossa on suuri poikkileikkaus, sohva ja taulu-tv. Lisäksi muodollinen ruokapöytä mahtuu jopa kahdeksan vierasta, ja siitä on myös näköala Meksikonlahdelle.

Toisessa kerroksessa on myös vielä kaksi vierashuonetta. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, taulu-tv ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on kaksi pesuallasta. Huoneessa on suihku / amme. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on myös king-vuode kahden kaapin lisäksi, taulu-tv ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suihkukaappi ja metro.

Toisen kerroksen sisätilojen lisäksi siellä on myös tilava parveke, jossa vieraat voivat nauttia ilmiömäisestä näkymästä lahdelle. Parvekkeella on myös ulkona ruokailutila neljälle ja suuri ulkona oleva poikkileikkaus.

Kolmannessa kerroksessa on kolme makuuhuonetta ja den alue. Den on uskomaton kuilu näkemyksiä, taulu-tv, parveke, sohva ja märkä baari, jossa on viininjäähdytin ja Black + Decker kahvinkeitin. Neljäs makuuhuone sijaitsee kolmannessa kerroksessa, ja siihen kuuluu king-vuode, taulu-tv ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on kaksi pesuallasta turhamaisuus ja suihkukaappi. Viides makuuhuone on suuri huone lapsille, ja siihen kuuluu kaksi täyttä / täyttä mukautettua kerrossänkyä ja taulu-tv. Lopuksi makuuhuoneessa on näkymät Meksikonlahdelle, ja siitä on uskomattomat näkymät, parveke, parivuode, mokkainen nojatuoli, taulu-tv ja ylellinen kylpyhuone. Kylpyhuoneessa on suihkukaappi, jossa on istuimet, kaksi pesuallasta ja erillinen kylpyamme. Kolmannessa kerroksessa on toinen kylpyhuone, jossa on suihkukaappi ja graniitti työtaso.

Viimeisenä mutta ei vähäisimpänä, tämä upea ominaisuus on myös yksityinen splash allas, grilli ja runsaasti ulkona lounge istuimet. Ei ole parempaa paikkaa viettää seuraava lomasi Miramar Beachille kuin Aria del Mare. Fall Break Vacation

House and location were perfect! Only downfalls we experienced was the gate code was wrong when we got there. They did not give us the right code. We did also find one cockroach in the house. A lot of the tv remotes were missing batteries or not working. Other than those small things, the house was perfect.

Overall was satisfactory however there were issues that were a bother. The main floor AC was inoperable but individual room units were provided which were loud. The grill was useless. The front door keypad lock was also nonfunctional...even after service. The house was spatious with plenty of bathrooms, laundry and large garage for 2 cars thus overall 3 stars.

Spectacular Location but . . .

The property has roaches! We informed the management company but never heard back. We never write reviews and we gave the company plenty of time to respond prior to writing this one. Aside from being grossed out, this is an inconvenience when you return home. You can't bring your belongings back into your own home without washing and treating it all first for fear of bringing the roaches into your own home. It is a shame because it really is a nice property in a nice location. There were a few other little hiccups but not dealbreakers. The home is equipped with a separate ice maker which was defective upon arrival. The dryer does not dry properly, you need to run it for an additional 2-3 more cycles. All of the furniture in the main living area (living room, kitchen, dining room) was stained pretty bad but it is a vacation home I guess. We would not stay here again only on account of the roach problem. In our book, that is a deal breaker but maybe not for some others. If that doesn't bother you, than it's a great place otherwise.

Wonderful House and Location

The house is beautiful and perfect for a large family. The beach is only steps away and having a secured spot every day is priceless. The kitchen has everything needed for large groups. We had some minor issues and the staff was responsive immediately to resolve. The living room is a perfect gathering area to laugh and visit and there are plenty of bedrooms to retreat into a private area. Highly recommend this property!

50th Anniversary House Vacation

This place was great for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. It was our immediate family of 12, things on the house were awesome, dishes pots, beds, baths etc. All was as stated on website, with the exception of the 4 backpack chairs never dod find them, but we did not need them. Would have been great to have some type of mechanism to get our stuff to second n tjord floor, but all was ok we were enough to form a line and pass up to those floors. Any issues we had were taken care of by staff in adequate time, some immediately. All in all great place to stay.

We loved everything about our stay!

If we had to have one complaint it’d be the mattress are more firm than we’d like, but other than that the location is perfect, home was very spacious, great area for food and shops. We had a blast for spring break.

Spacious Home, Excellent Location

Very nice property located next to a private beach. Overall we had a good experience, however we did have a problem where the refrigerator stopped working on the second day of our stay and it took over 24 hours to resolve. The replacement refrigerator was placed on the ground floor, and the kitchen is on the 2nd floor, making cooking inconvenient. The property company did reimburse us for lost groceries after our stay concluded which was appreciated. The property management company was very quick to answer when I called to report a problem; however there seemed to be a trend where there was a delay in getting resolution for big items. Not sure if this is because they are reliant on the actual owner of the property to give feedback for those items. We would stay at the property again.

Great location

Rented property with another family for a week. Short walk to the beach and house was spacious enough for everyone. Grocery store near by which was nice when you needed last minute items. Only issue we had was checking in the door code giving access to house did not work so we were stuck outside with groceries some of which ruined. It was difficult to get a hold of someone to help us gain access to home.

Perfect stay for big family

The place was perfect for a big family like ours! With 1 bedroom/mini living room on first floor; 2 bedroom/big living room and big kitchen with balcony on 2nd floor; 3 bedroom with mini living room on 3rd floor including one of the bedrooms is master with balcony and another is the bunk room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom including bunk which was outside its door. You could see partial beach views from both balconies! Awesome to sit and have coffee in morning and watch dolphins play! Beach access was about 3 houses down between 2 houses so you needed to pack your stuff and walk which wasn’t a big deal because it seemed really close! There wasn’t a ramp at beach access though so you needed help to get up/down stairs with beach wagon. The house was stocked with basically everything we needed in kitchen. Everything was very clean. Parking was a little difficult with 5 cars because of the tight quarters to houses next door but we made it work! The 4 bikes were very cool because you could get to the outlet malls just down road or Winn Dixie across the street or even head to Starbucks and it wasn’t a big ride at all. We will more than likely be back!!!

Excellent property

We had a family of 22 and the property accommodate all of us! Good thing about this property is each room has it’s own bathroom! This was a bonus on top of the beach is literally walking distance.

Great property. My only feedback would be the pool area needed some love. The rest of the house was great and having chairs with the house is amazing. Beach wasn’t crowded.

Beautiful Spacious Home

This home exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious with large rooms and different living areas away from the great room with sofas, TVs and wine fridges. The view was our favorite surprise ... it was much wider and closer to the beach than it appeared in the website photos. We loved it and plan to return again!

We enjoyed our visit!

The location of this property is wonderful! When we arrived there were not enough towels and wash rags; a few bathrooms were missing a pack. A rack in the fridge was broken. The can opener did not work. And the pool was not heated. We requested towels and rags and received them- thank you! We requested the pool heat be turned on- it never was. Overall it was an enjoyable stay!!

Nice layout for a large group!

The property was nicely furnished and very clean. It is in a small neighborhood on the second row but has a view from the living room and porch. Since the neighborhood is small the beach is not terribly crowded like condo properties. It was nice to have the 4 beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us every day and included in our rental. The house is 3 levels with one bedroom on the ground floor. The living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor. Each bedroom had access to a private bathroom except the bunk room. That bathroom was in the hallway. Large laundry area. What small issue we had was quickly resolved by the rental company. There is an ice maker (plus!) and extra drink coolers on the upper and lower levels. Overall would recommend.
