Gulf Breeze on kaunis 6BR / 5. 5BA Persianlahden kotipaikka Destinissä, Floridassa. Huoneissa on oma pääsy rannalle, tilavat Gulf-Front-parvekkeet, yksityinen maanpäällinen uima-allas, sisäänrakennettu hissi, joka pääsee kaikkiin kerroksiin, ja ylelliset majoitukset kaikkialla. Yksitoista jalkaiset katot lisäävät tämän kodin miellyttävää tunnelmaa. Meksikonlahden loistavasta, smaragdivedestä poistuvasta viileästä kuilun tuulesta ei ole parempaa loma-asuntoa!

Ominaisuuden ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on ensimmäiset kodin kaksi vuodepaikkaa, pesutupa, kylpyamme ja oma uima-allas. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa sijaitsevassa kerrossänkyhuoneessa voi majoittua kolme yksilöllist�� kaksoisruokaa, ja siinä on taulu-tv. Täysi kylpyamme, jossa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmäpalvelut, kerrossängyt ja uima-allasalue. Yksityinen, paikan päällä sijaitseva uima-allas tarjoaa asiakkailleen makean veden vaihtoehdon ja grilli sijaitsee uima-altaan vieressä. Hyödynnä altaan lisäetuja pyytämällä altaan lämpöä lisämaksusta.

Toiseen kerrokseen asti vieraat löytävät lahden edessä, avoin pohjaratkaisun olohuone sekä kaunis Master-sviitti. Olohuoneessa on loputtomat näkymät lattiasta kattoon ulottuville ikkunoille! Tässä huoneessa on runsaasti istuimia, taulutelevisio ja BluRay-soitin, ja se on täydellinen paikka viihdyttää pitkän päivän j��lkeen rannalla. Gourmet-keittiö on valmistettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla Dacor-laitteilla, mukaan lukien ammattikäyttöön tarkoitettu kaasualue. Voit ruokailla virallisessa ruokailutilassa tai vähemmän virallisessa istuimessa keittiön laskurin varrella. Puolet kylpypalvelut avotoimiston olohuone. Toisen kerroksen parveke on täydellinen paikka nauttia aamukahvia tai ilta-lasillista viiniä, koska siitä on näkymät koskematon ranta-alue.

Kodin Master Suite sijaitsee myös toisessa kerroksessa. Tilavassa Master-sviitissä on hienoimmista Emerald Coastin sviiteistä, ja siinä on king-vuode, taulu-tv, vaatehuone ja oma parveke, jolta on näkymät Scenic Highway 98: lle. Kylpyhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, jossa on erillinen suihku ja oma vesisuihku.

Kodin kolmannessa kerroksessa on neljä makuuhuonetta. Kaksi gulf-front King-sviittiä, joissa kussakin on king-vuode, taulu-tv ja oma parveke, tarjoavat tähtitäkymät lahdelle. Kaikissa näissä huoneissa on oma kylpyhuone. Kolmannen kerroksen kaksi viimeistä huonetta ovat toinen King-sviitti ja kodin toinen kerrossänky. Tässä King-sviitissä on taulu-tv ja oma parveke näköalalla valtatie 98: lle. Kolmannen kerroksen kerrossänkyhuoneessa on kaksi kahden hengen vuodetta, taulu-tv ja parveke. King-sviitti ja kerrossänky tarjoavat täyden kylpyammeen, jossa on suihku-amme-yhdistelmä.

Beautiful home on the beach

My husband, me and 4 other couples we travel with often really enjoyed our stay! We were looking for a home directly on the beach and this place did not disappoint! Just steps from the beach made it perfect for us. You can watch both the sunrises and sunsets and this area delivers some of the best! Our only complaint was the 6th bedroom wasn't shown or described very well and isn't really conducive for adults, especially our group of retirees. That said, everything else was perfect! Definitely on our list to visit again.

Beautiful home on the beach !

Our stay was great ! Perfect location for our family of 10! Couple of suggestions to help out your guests. Provide beach towels , we left the one we bought to pass along 😊also some beach chairs for the water . We purchased and left those as well as some beach toys for the kids 😊. Kitchen and bathrooms were great ! Beds and lines very comfortable! We will definitely be back ! Thank you very much !

Great location, great home!

We have rented a lot of beach houses and this one made our top 2. The home was in great condition and very clean. Check in process was super easy, and 5 Star management was top notch. They came and replaced some light bulbs, made sure the ice maker was working, called to check in with us after check in to make sure everything was good. The layout of the home was perfect for our family of 14. Kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware and appliances we needed. Location was fantastic, we will definitely rent this home again when we visit the Destin area the next time.

The house, amenities, and location was fantastic! We went when the temperatures fell to below freezing and the pipes were frozen the first morning we woke up. The management folks were quick to assist and got us running water right away. Superb group of folks and the customer service couldn’t have been better. Thank you for making our destination Christmas a success!! We will definitely recommend and be back!!!

Convenience & Luxury Combined!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our Spring Break vacation this year! This home accommodates multiple families very easily. We had kids of all ages with us- the private pool was perfect for the younger kids and so easy for us parents to sit back, relax and let them play. Our teenage boys loved being able to walk out to the beach so conveniently, play volleyball just next door & made numerous friends that they connected with daily! One of my personal favorites about this home was location and the fact that we could easily walk to Pompano Joe's for lunch or dinner and the Wales Tale being right next door, too! Did I mention the elevator? Yes, this home makes hauling the luggage up to your room a true "breeze" with the elevator in place! Additional perks: scooter rentals across the street, outlet mall just a block away, fabulous ocean view (loved the balconies), gourmet style kitchen & two private chairs/umbrella delivered daily to the beach for us! We will definitely be back!

Not perfect

My biggest concern was that you could not lock the door leading to the stairs that led to the beach. Since I was traveling alone, that was a real concern. The doors on the second floor would not open or lock. The ice maker was broken, the dishwasher wouldn't work and I couldn't get the DVD player to work. There was a chicken wing on the floor near the garbage can. I wasn't given the correct code to unlock the bikes until my last day. I would not return.

Wonderful stay over the holidays!

Gulf Breeze was such a beautifully decorated home. It's right on the water and the walk out to the beach was short and easy with our children. We could also just sit on the deck and watch them play - it was that close. The pool was heated for the week and warm enough for the kids to play in. It is right outside the back door so families with very small children who cannot swim should take note. There is an alarm on the door but it's literally a step from the door into the pool. The rooms all had TVs and ample closet space and the elevator was so convenient. We loaded and unloaded using it. There is enough parking spaces for at least 6 cars but only three can get out at a time. However, with our 5 cars, we had no trouble letting a car out that was blocked. The kitchen is fully stocked except for a set of pot holders. I would suggest the owners add this. There were plenty of towels and each bathroom came with a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner. We loved staying at this home. The best part of the house by far is the proximity from the home to the actual sand. The deck and steps to the beach were minimal and easy for my parents to get out of the house and on to the beach with ease. There are plenty of restaurants all around and a grocery store and convenient store and a coffee shop all less than a mile from the home. It rained one day during our stay and since the outlet mall is about 2 miles from the house, we had a day of shopping. You just can't beat the location!

Amazing views, great location, easy check in process and prompt responses from rental company with questions we had during our time. This house is right on the water with a private beach. Well worth it! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location. Beautiful beach & glorious sunsets.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house was very clean & well laid out. A few minor issues; the pillows on the main floor bedroom were lumpy, the kitchen was well equipped but who needs 4 slotted spoons when there was no garlic press, no salad servers and no kettle?

Loved property and hope to go back!

This location and house were amazing! Loved being able to cook and see the ocean from main living space. Kids all enjoyed the plunge pool and sitting on the balcony to eat dinner! We will definitely be back!!!

Not luxury at all! Very bad experience

This was a nightmare for me overall. My first time staying at a beach house at the age of 51 and it was not good. Starting with dirty kitchen, not heated pool, dirty pool and junk pile by pool ( we never got to use the pool). House was filled with dust, bikes were rusted, had a customer service lady hang up on me 3 times after she revealed she trolled me and knew who I was a d mentioned the book I wrote. Tried to shame me because I was upset over my visit. They need to have someone show how to lock the very difficult doors. In all if this “luxury” rental was truly luxury then they would pay more attention to the details, like making sure the beach chairs showed up on time everyday. They never offered to make it right for me, so be careful you can have a bad experience and be out of your money.

Beach Family Fun

We enjoyed our stay at Gulf Breeze. The management company was easy to work with, and very quick to respond to our questions. The house was great for our family and we loved being right on the beach. The pool is super tiny, more like a hot tub - but our kids still enjoyed playing in after finishing up at the beach.

Beautiful house! Great layout. Not one complaint.

Maintenance and rental company were very responsive. However, whomever I spoke to as the first point of contact on the phone regarding the pool heating and generally the pool heating issue and the for payment for it in general was very frustrating to say the least.

Nice place on the beach

Nice house. Somewhat upscale. The elevator was nice to get the always overpacked heavy suitcases of my girls up to the 3rd floor. Convenient location to all Destin has to offer. Beautiful views right on the beach. I’d stay again.
