Cute little efficiency

Rented for 3 nights with my wife for our 22nd anniversary. Was plenty of room for the 2 of us. Pros: room had a great view from the 14th floor. Coffee maker in room (bring filters) and mini fridge and 2 burner stove and microwave. Shower pressure was great!!! Bed comfortable. 2 beach chairs set up for us each morning definitely a plus!! Beach is beautiful!!Cons: a bit out dated in my opinion. Room could use a paint job. Only 19 people allowed in the pool for a 16 floor building. (They actually came out and kicked everyone out of pool because there were more than 19 in there). Ice machine on lower level cost 25 cents for ice. Walkable to a gas station for beer and a few restaurants. (1/2 mile to mile walk) A mile away from a grocery store. Parking for any restaurant off the road very difficult in June. We rented a car and explored all the way down 30A in one direction and Destin in the other. Having a car a plus!Do the crab island tour!!Overall it was a great getaway for 3 days with my wife.

Do not recommend

My Mother and I stayed for one week in your unit. We had a rocky week as your unit is barely habitable. ◩ The shower is almost unusable. The water takes a long time to become warm enough to use and when it does there is very little ability to adjust the temp. It is either HOT or cold with little in between ◩ The sinks are the same way. To wash dishes we had to turn on the water and do something else to get hot enough water to wash ◩ The bathroom sink was just more of the same ◩ TV was terrible. No ability to watch local channels or normal TV ◩ The inside door knob on the closet just fell off ◩ The bathroom linens looked like grey rags not towels ◩ IN general the place looks dirty probably because it needs painting ‱ Walls are battered looking as well as all the baseboards-so badly we couldn’t distinguish between nasty dirty or just in dire need of fixing/paint. As well as tile cracks and chunks missing on floor. ‱. Had any of this been in pictures from listing there is NO WAY we would’ve rented. The ONLY redeeming quality is the view but not worth it!!

Elevator issues

Property is well located and we enjoyed the stay with the exception of inoperable elevators. When you are on the 14th floor and the only option is stairs it is quite concerning. At one point there was no elevator option for a period. During our 4 night stay at least one of the 2 elevators were inoperable at all times.

Great location

All staff is super friendly and helpful! The access to the beach and the views were amazing and the restaurant on site was so yummy! I will definitely be back highly recommend staying here

Weekend Stay

The pictures are a little deceiving. The pictures seem to have been taken when it was first renovated. The balcony is very outdated. The room is very clean and was good for a few nights. The most frustrating thing was the lack of parking. We had to park on the street one night that didn’t allow parking overnight. Chairs were included with the room so that was really nice. If you need a place to stay for a couple of nights this is nice but I wouldn’t stay for a week

Relaxing by the Ocean

This charming studio is perfect for 2 adults! The views are unbeatable! Prime views! The shower was great (shower head and pressure). Great kitchen items...microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and stove top along with dishes and pots/pans. Bed slept well and comfy. Great smart tv for app use(Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc). We will be back!

We love the view from the balcony and easy access to the beach! Love that a 2 chair one umbrella set up is included with the room! Love the comfortable bed and roomy shower! Great space for 2 people!

Wedding Night Stay

We stayed for one night the night of our wedding and it was perfect! The view of the ocean was perfect. Communication was outstanding and any questions I had were answered right away. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.

Surfside beautiful view for two.

Magnificent views, bring binoculars, lots of sea life can be seen from 14th floor. Bring quarters and a bucket for ice, and for laundry room...but there is a coin changer in lobby. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay at Surfside.

Almost heaven

Being on the 14th floor and facing the beach with the best view on the building is awesome. Got to see lots of dolphins and giant rays jumping thru the air.

Wonderful location , BUT

Enjoyed out time in Miramar Beach, but the rental was not kept up. There was only ONE spoon in the silverware drawer, only 1 drinking glass and 1 wine glass, the toaster toasted only ONE side of the bread, the shower temperature was impossible to regulate. It was either hot, or cold, the valve that mixes the water didn’t work, so we could not get a warm shower. The kitchen sink had no stopper, so you couldnt wash dishes,so we had to go to lowes and buy one, the mattress was way too firm to sleep on, the plastic patio furniture was old and brittle, and the table literally shattered. Other than that, we really enjoyed the view and the beach. The staff was very friendly and made the checkin and checkout very easy for us. We’ll stay at Surfside again in the future, but not in this unit.

Second stay at the Surfside Resort

This was the second year we have stayed at the Surfside Resort and it did not disappoint once again. Our room was clean and bright with an awesome view of the beach. The only issue we had was the water temperature in the shower was hard to regulate, but other than that, everything was great!

Fun weekend getaway

Great weekend getaway. Met up with friends for a wedding. Hit up several local restaurants and bars- all within walking distance. The beach was beautiful. The unit doesn’t come with beach towels though, which isn’t horrible, but would have been a nice addition since we were limited on luggage space.

Nice vacation condo ! The view was awesome, best ever ! Clean condo, big shower, kitchenette with stove top. We had a great time , workers were very helpful with questions asked. Comfortable bed , you want be disappointed
