Tämä on erittäin haluttu kulma Oceanfront kolmen makuuhuoneen huoneisto, joka on varustettu yhdellä king-makuuhuone, jossa täysi kylpyamme, yksi queen-makuuhuone ja kaksi parivuodetta kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa. Laitteessa on ylimääräinen täysi kylpyamme yhteisen alueen vieressä. Kaikki televisiossa olevat listat ovat älytelevisioita ja ovat yhteensopivia kaikkien suoratoistokanavien kanssa! Tässä yksikössä on myös pinottava pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Olohuoneessa on oma parveke ja vuodesohva. Keittiössä on ruokapöytä, jossa on kuusi tuolia ja täysikokoiset laitteet, kuten mikroaaltouuni, kahvipannu, leivänpaahdin, liesi, jätehuolto, astianpesukone ja jääkaappi jääpalakoneella. Perustason keittiö- ja ruokailuvälineet, kuten silitysrauta, silityslauta ja hiustenkuivaaja.

Vieraamme nauttivat pääsystä parvekkeelle olohuoneesta sekä makuuhuoneeseen. Tämä on kaunis, hyvin hoidettu vuokra, joka ei petä. Highly recommend booking this property. It looks just like the pictures. Spacious, clean, communication with the property was great and the location is perfect. :)

Great place!

We really enjoyed the place. It was perfect for my husband and I and our four kids. Only down side was the dryer. Left rust marks on our clothes when we used it.

Yearly beach trip

Overall we had a great time. The room was a good layout, there were a couple things that needed to be fixed, but it wasn’t anything we couldn’t live without. The dryer needs some maintenance with the dryer vent, along with the drains in the extra bathroom. We had to remove them in order to use them. However, it was not unmanageable or hindered us in having a good time. We did have to ask for more towels however, and having to go through the other company, my request for more towels did not get met until the next day at 10:00 am. I asked for them at 2:00 the afternoon prior. We had 7 people staying in our condo and 8 towels just wasn’t enough. The room with double beds had an odd smell to it and got stronger as the week went on. There was also a lot of renovations going on beside us and above us. Luckily most days we weren’t in the room but the days we were they were very loud. Overall we had a decent time but the room definitely needs some simple fixes.

Good value

The condo was very nice and clean but the resort was a bit loud outside late at night. I also reported vomit outside our door one the first morning. It was still there when we left. Other than that, I would recommend but especially for families.

Dryer didn’t get fixed until last day. Was not cleaned well. Safe didn’t work. No one empties trash

Well. Everyone was nice. Dryer didn’t work and we only carried on clothing because we knew we had a washer and dryer. Was fixed on our last day of the trip. There were gold fish and kids Shoes left in the room on the floor from the previous guest. The safe didn’t work. We had to wash the bedding because the comforter has what appeared to be lipstick stains on it. Yes that’s when we found out the dryer didn’t work. The trash overflowed outside the rooms for days. The mattresses were worn down and in need of replacement. . No one empties so trash was everywhere. It’s like the Vrbo floor is neglected. The team was polite but I would say for this cost rent else where

Amazing!

Im not sure where to even start. Upon arrival the smell when we walked in was heavenly. I even asked the resort what kind of air freshner they used. The room was just as described, the kitchen is fully stocked. The rooms fit us all comfortably with having 2 adults, 5 teens, a 7 and 2 year old. The sheets were very crisp and clean. The water gets hot and never ran out despite using them both at the same time. The air conditioner kept us cool and we enjoyed the free movie selections in every room. The resort itself had events daily. We enjoyed the magician by the pool, free pool towels, live music, the poolside bar is FABULOUS for food and drinks, the beach was beautiful and even the water was blue. I loved our balcony view, it is an end unit so you get to see the ocean but also the otherside which is a mountain wooded view. You get the best of both worlds. Make sure to check out The Pirate voyager dinner theater, it was brilliant. We enjoyed the circus at Boardwalk as well. Over all this trip is one for the books. For an older resort you can tell the staff keeps it well kept. They also greet you with good mornings and goodbyes. 5 star everything! Thanks again for having us!

It’s a bed

When we first arrived we quickly found out the AC wasn’t working, so we contacted the rental company and they quickly had someone over to fix it. The cleaning was subpar, the stove was greasy and the counter near the stove, mirrors were very streaky, lamps and end tables were dusty and there was trash left from the previous renters. The beds in the room with two beds are very old and one seemed broken. The bed in the primary was so hard and uncomfortable. They primary bathtub has a rotten floor under the tub meaning the floor was spongy and it didn’t feel very secure to be standing on. The ice maker is broken so you will have a lot of ice 😂. It was well enough for a weekend getaway.

Not as expected, spent 7 days here with our family for spring break.

We decided to try something new this year and recently stayed here. One thing I do have to say is that we were very appreciative of the early check in after our 14 hour drive. I never leave bad reviews, I’m very optimistic and try to make the best out of everything. However, I really feel others should know what they’re getting into before booking. Our family is extremely busy and have very demanding jobs, so spring break is our one time to unwind. So it’s really important that we stay somewhere that lives up to the advertisement. For starters, this condo is not oceanfront. We live in upstate NY so I always pay extra for oceanfront. I was EXTREMELY disappointed to see that we were angled ocean view not oceanfront. Watching the sunrise from the balcony wasn’t possible because we were angled and on the opposite side of the sunrise. The furniture is so dated and filthy. The pics make it look so much nicer than it is. The couch was so uncomfortable to sit on. It doesn’t even look like the same one from the pics. The green chairs in the living room are so dirty and one other chair is torn at the bottom. One of the bedroom doorknobs didn’t lock or turn, another bedroom doorknob was loose, the kitchen sink handle was loose, the towel rack in the hall bathroom was barely hanging on the wall, the door handle to the microwave was loose as well. The master bathroom bathtub floor was spongy and looked dirty. The biggest downfall was that the kid area (with the slide and tiki theme) wasn’t even accessible. Honestly, this is the ONLY reason we chose this resort. I feel like if it wasn’t working, the owner or management should inform guests. I wouldn’t have stayed here had I known this area wasn’t working. We would have booked The Dunes. I asked the front desk staff and they had no info about it. We paid more for this resort than we have previously for others and the amenities were significantly less. The staff in the gift shop and the breakfast buffet were amazing. The breakfast buffet was delicious and such a good deal. I highly recommend that. The gaming area was another downfall. The pics look NOTHING like that. One pool table is missing all the balls. Several machines took our change. The others took preloaded cards, and those were fine. Overall it just wasn’t very clean. The pool area was actually okay. Clean and heated. Towels were always available. Needless to say, this will not be a resort or room we book again. Lesson learned the hard way.

40th birthday celebration

7 of us stayed. Location was amazing. The pull out couch needs to be replaced and the main floor lobby bathrooms should be attended to more often. However the breakfast Buffett was delicious. The pool bar staff were quick and the drinks were top notch.
