Annick is a great host. She recommended restaurants forma special occasion and helped with booking a car from the airport. The apartment was spacious and light even on a rainy day. We booked this without much knowledge of Paris and we were surprised how close everything was. The Seine, Notre Dame, the Louvre, Shakespeare and company books store, were all with in a few minutes walk. The Metro, bakeries, restaurants, and shops literally at your doorstep. We could not have asked for more. A great place o stay.

Great location. Towels are old and smelly. No Linen on beds, just musty comforters. Entry and stairwell is dark and unsafe. Toilet room is too small to use and close the door.

Great location and plenty of space for family of 5

My husband, 2 teen children, father enjoyed our time in this house in an active and vibrant neighborhood. The nightlife is busy under the flat, but we were not bothered by the street noise as the house was spacious and cozy. The house is on the 2nd and 3rd floor, but has a small elevator my 81 year old dad could use. It’s right by the metro and close to the Seine River, Notre Dame and Louvre - all walkable from the flat. Endless food options are right outside the flat as well as a grocery. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay in central Paris.

This is truly an amazing rental in the center of Paris. You are literally steps away from the subway so it is easy to get everywhere. Lots of cafes and other stores within a block. Apartment is very well equipped and the communication with the property manager was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Upstairs was very nice. bedrooms were pretty cramped and bathrooms not great. Location was excellent and despite live music outside windows, double seal kept it reasonable/ Host was very helpful

Week in Paris

The apartment was perfect for us. My favorite neighborhood. Close to the metro and many good restaurants and shopping. The downstairs bedrooms each had their own shower room. So we had some private space. The kitchen was well equipped and the salon was a great place to relax together.

Perfect location and host

We absolutely loved this property. In the thick of all the excitement and so close to the metro. Easily accommodated a last-minute guest to make it five of us. Annick was wonderful. Met us at check-in, thank gosh, as we would’ve had trouble finding the place, and helped us arrange transportation to the airport at the end of our day.

Spacious and Great Location

Positives - apartment is very spacious and in a wonderful location for easy access to Metro lines and RER line as well as a grocery store and several affordable restaurants with take out. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you’ll need to cook for yourself and eat in. Annick was very accessible and made both check in and check out very easy.Negatives - there are cafes right outside the apartment which are rather loud though we all slept fine anyway; there is no air conditioning which could be tough in hotter weather; the building elevator is unreliable as we found out when one of our party got stuck in it between floors for over an hour.

Unique and in a Great Location

Great stay in a unique flat in a wonderful location near landmarks and the Metro. Vibrant and feels very local. Communication and check in process with host was fantastic. Very clean with everything you need for a great visit to Paris.

The location attracted us, but it also attracted a LOT of locals the bars and restaurants surrounding the apartment. It was very loud until 1-2 in the morning. The bedding was not ideal. Beds a little hard and. Sheets and pillows were very low quality. The toilet rooms were very odd.

Unbeatable location with ample living space

Lovely stay at the end of March 2025!-Annick is a charming and helpful host that will help you both with the unit and any local recommendations -There are buttons on the wall of the building on each floor to turn on the energy-efficient lights when they turn off (gets dark fast)-Suggest getting WhatsApp to communicate with Annick prior to check in as the WiFi in the building is poor and our VRBO text messages weren’t going through and it felt slightly unnerving getting in touch-The apartment is pretty clean-The location is amazing and cannot be beat-The sound at night can be loud until late (5am) but with windows closed it’s manageable (every review says this - you clearly are aware when you book this unit you are staying above lively jazz clubs in a popular nighttime area, so no complaints)-There is a grocery store across the way that is very helpful for coffee pods (not provided) and bottled water, Orangina, etc -The washer & dryer unit (one machine) worked very well and make sure to have Annick explain at check-in and show you how to use it if needed because it was a little tricky for us to figure out -Upstairs living, dining and kitchen space is roomy and airy and a delight, with exposed wooden beams and stone walls that make this apartment the coolest we have ever stayed in architecturally -Stocked very well with clean towels and toilet paper and paper towels- all glassware and utensils very clean in kitchen Would recommend and thank you, Annick!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this VRBO. Annick was a great host and the check in process was easy. It was a great location close to the metro which made it easy to get around Paris and it also had some very good restaurants right in the neiborhood. Also the flat was a tad loud at night, with some night life right below

Amazing location

Easy access to the metro in a great location that is a close walk to the Notre Dame. Only downside was that because this is a prime location, the night party scene will be heard all throughout the night. But definitely an even trade of all things considered, especially if you plan to be out late. It is worth noting that the rooms were well clean but there was a musty smell that lingered at times. Overall for the price you can’t beat the location. Our family of 6 had a great time!

Comfortable and convenient

We wanted to be in central Paris and this apartment served us well. We could walk to Notre Dame and other popular destinations. There were plenty of grocery stores nearby so we could stock up on essentials. The comfortable living room was a great gathering spot. The building does have an elevator. The washer/dryer worked well for us. Other guests have mentioned noise from the street below but our windows seemed to be very effective at sound proofing our rooms. Annick was a great host. She made sure we had everything we needed.

Séjour à Paris

Très beau duplex avec toutes les commodités. L’hôte a été facilement rejoignable. Bien situé pour visiter Paris. Prêt des bouches de métro. Le seul commentaire négatif c’est que le duplex est prêt des bars et bistros ce qui fait que cela est extrêmement bruyant du jeudi au samedi et ce très tard d au bas là nuit.

Three nights in Paris

Nice spot in great location

A nice apartment which easily accommodated our group of three. The location was right next to a metro station so it was easy to get around. Overall, a great stay in Paris.

Great Location

Stayed for 4 nights in this spacious apartment in a great Paris Location of Place Sainte-Opportune metro and restaurants outside the door. Convenient for walking to major sites and tourist locations. Stairs inside the apartment were a bit tight and spiral but you can access the living space and bedrooms from different floors of the building.

Perfection in Paris

It is a beautiful 2 story apartment. The top floor is a kitchen and large living space with three couches. The kitchen has everything need to cook. There is a bathroom upstairs. Downstairs, there is a working washer/dryer combo. There is one toilet, but there are 2 showers and 2 sinks. Towels are provided. The location is great. It is right next to a metro station. There are many, many cafes right around the apartment. Security is good with a code for the door of the building. The host is wonderful and communicates immediately concerning any question or request. We had a wonderful stay!!!
