Grand Pointe 707 on 2 makuuhuoneen ja 2 kylpyhuoneen yksikkö Alabama Pointessa Meksikonlahdella ja Perdido Pass. Rentoudu suurella omalla parvekkeellasi ja nauti henkeäsalpaavista näkymistä veneiden liikenteestä ja merielämästä. Tämä yksikkö sijaitsee 7. kerroksessa. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, parveke, taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin sekä oma kylpyhuone poreammeella ja suihkukaappi. Toisessa vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode sekä taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin. Tässä yksikössä on täysin varustettu keittiö, vuodesohva olohuoneessa, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sekä ilmainen Wifi.

Grand Pointe on porteitettu kompleksi, joka tarjoaa sisä- / ulkouima-altaat ja sisä- / ulkokylpytynnyrit, kuntoilutilat, höyrysaunan ja saunan, ulkogrillit, ulkosuihkut ja rantatiet. Great Place

Great location, enjoyed watching all the boats and fishermen in the channel. Condo was clean, comfortable with plenty of seating. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Property for a Quick Weekend!

We live about an hour and a half away in the Destin area and wanted to take a short weekend away. The property was just as listed - easy check-in, great comms with owner, very clean unit (which is important to us) and beautiful sunrise balcony. The furniture was comfortable and clean, unit was decorated nice and the balcony furniture was excellent. The parking was as expected but definitely no guest parking available even for a couple of hours unless you buy an additional parking pass and if you don't there isn't any off-site parking close. Security is on site and very attentive and helpful. We are considering bringing our grandson over for a weekend of fishing off the jetty. Thanks for a great weekend.

We really enjoyed the condo, location and amenities. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable. We had plenty of room and an awesome view.

Peaceful and relaxing place to stay

Was so very happy with our stay. Our condo was so very very clean. The kitchen was awesome!! Looked like brand new appliances. So beautiful and cozy!! The furniture on the balcony was so comfortable and the view from the balcony was awesome!! My husband and I was so impressed. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo with a great balcony! Very nicely furnished with cute decor. We had a problem with the power (no fault of the owners) and she helped us in a timely manner and even gave us a gift card for our troubles. Watching the boats go by was fun. I would stay here again.

The boardwalk to the beach is a plus, since it's a little hike to get there. But that allows for a large beach area, which wasn't too crowded. We'll definitely come back. The only drawback was the HOA deciding to have balcony work done during peak season, which the property management did warn me about but I was hoping it wouldn't affect us. It did though. The balcony and furniture were covered in a layer of dust when we arrived, and had workers on it another day, making it inaccessible to us. The pool was also closed because of this work. Poor timing!

The kitchen/living/dining we’re so roomy, and each bedroom was very large as well! But the PATIO VIEW was amazing, and just what we needed! We would recommended and also visit again! We occasionally travel with another family and their 3 year old, and we could have shared this condo with them as well.

Being hot gor half the trip unable to sleep I was happy to move to this unit even though moving all of our stuff was a pain. We ordered gulf front and this was bay front, yet still beautiful. The first day we were there we all came up for lunch and in the middle of cooking lunch the power to the entire unit went out. So back to calling the vacation rental company it was. It was a bummer and we went back out to the beach. The remaing days were fine.

Wonderful Condo and Ocean/Bay view!

This property was amazing! We loved the fact that we could watch the yachts come they the bay each morning and sail into the ocean! Everything about the condo was perfect! Top quality appliances and decorated beautifully! I actually would live in this condo! Haha! We have stayed in other condo properties and unit 707 has been the best , by far. Definitely will stay again! If I could I would rate it even higher than a five😀

Peaceful Vacation Spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was everything it said it was and more! This balcony might be my favorite place in all of Orange Beach. It felt completely private and there were boats, birds, and an occasional dolphin to watch all day. We went during Spring Break and it was still such a quiet place to be. It isn't much of a walking town so appreciated how easy it was to get in/out of parking lot and we never had to wait for elevators. The condo was immaculate and had so many cooking supplies. The stove looked like it had never been used! I would recommend bringing tinfoil/parchment paper, salt & pepper, and extra shampoo and TP if staying more than a weekend. We received a text when our condo was ready and another the next day to make sure it was good, which was a nice touch. The outdoor pool isn't heated but there is a small hot tub. My kids didn't really enjoy the indoor pool but I don't know why. I would definitely come back.

Everything was great except the dishwasher never worked .. we reported it but it was never fixed

Was a great experience aside from the dishwasher not working the whole week .. we reported it but it never got fixed .. aside from the frustration of that with 5 people in the unit , everything was good ..
