Tarvitsetko Vitaman Sea? Tule nauttimaan värikkäistä näkymistä lahdelle avoimella kuistilla, josta on näkymät venesatamaan! Pot-Nets Bayside -hotellin rannalla sijaitsevassa näyttävässä kodissa on 4 makuuhuonetta, 4. 5 kylpyä, leveä avoin oleskelutila, joka yhdistää keittiön, ruokasalin ja olohuoneen suurta perheen viihdyttämistä varten. Kävele 5 minuutin kävelymatka venesataman rantatietä pitkin, jotta pääset aina suosittuun paratiisi-grilliin, yksityiselle rannalle, kalastukseen ja rappaaville laiturille. Altaat, tennis, baseball-kenttä ja leikkikentät ovat paikan päällä. Venevuokraus on vuokrattavissa 40 dollaria päivässä. Golf-auto sisältyy tähän ominaisuuteen ilman lisäkustannuksia. Lapset ovat tervetulleita, niin myös lemmikkieläimet! Erinomainen sijainti melontaan ja pystyssä oleviin melontalautoihin! Se on lyhyen ajomatkan päässä maailmankuululle Baywood Greens -golfkentälle (10 minuuttia), verovapaisiin Tanger Outlet -keskuksiin (20 minuuttia) ja viehättäviin keskusta-alueisiin Rehoboth Beachille ja Lewesille (30 minuuttia).

PET-POLITIIKKA: Tämä koti on lemmikkiystävällinen. Enintään 2 koiraa (vain koirat). Eläimen omistajan on maksettava ylimääräinen 20 dollaria per lemmikki per yö siivousmaksu. JOS SUUNNITTELEE lemmikin tuomista kanssasi, kutsua ja puhua varaajastamme.

Meillä on vähintään 7 yön oleskelu kesäkaudella. Check IN on sunnuntaisin klo 16.00 ja Check OUT on sunnuntaisin klo 10.00. Meillä on vähintään 2 yön oleskelua muina vuodenaikoina.

Odota 7 yötä ja saat ilmaisen elämäntapapaketin! Tähän sisältyy 100 dollarin lahjakortti Paradise Grillille ja 2 ilmaista golfkierrosta Baywood Greensin golfkentällä (maanantaista torstaihin klo 13.00 jälkeen) ja oman yksityisen golfautosi käyttäminen kiertääkseen yhteisöä.

Venelaskut ovat kävelyetäisyydellä kustakin kodista, ja ne ovat saatavana ensin tullutta palvellaan ensin. Kun teet lomakohteesi varauksen, soita meille myös tekemään venesatamavarauksesi. Veneesi luistomme ovat 24 jalkaa pitkiä, 14 jalkaa leveitä ja ne voivat laittaa 32 jalkaa pitkän veneen. Keskimääräinen vedensyvyys on 4 jalkaa laskuveden aikaan.

In those cases, I appreciated the quick response from the Management team and Maintenance employees. The home was spacious, clean, and fairly well equipped in the kitchen. (note, there were at least eight lids for pans, but no pots to cook in. Thank you for dropping a sauce pan off!)Local’s summer is the perfect time to visit Pot Nets.

It really is the only transportation you need once you arrive. The view was beautiful and the short distance to the Grill was perfect for our guests. It was not a huge deal, but some of the kitchen implements definitely needed to be replaced, but as I said it was not a huge deal.

A perfect golf trip hideout

An awesome property right across the marina and we enjoyed the view particularly early morning and everything is so quiet. Check in and check out process was seamless and so happy for that. Only thing I would mention is that kitchen was not stocked up with all the essential small items as you would expect from such beautiful home. Certainly, I would come back and enjoy more time in future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been staying at pot nets for several years now and enjoy to peace away from the chaos of the beach. The houses are spacious and the perks of having a golf cart are always a hit with the kids and we all enjoy nighttime rides around the area. My only critique for this time was that our golf cart broke down Friday night and we were told no others were available even though several other rentals were vacant so we were left all day Saturday without one and needed to drive everywhere. I do think replacement golf carts should be available in instances like that since part of the reason so many do rent is for that reason.

I think everything was very nice. But the house was not that clean. All the vents are filthy.

There was stuff under our beds that looked like they had been there for years. Dirty dishes in the cabinets. And the master bathroom shower was not clean at all. You should really have someone clean the homes better. Also there is so much dust under the couch in the living room

Family Get-a-way

The house was very nice and spacious, and the view was beautiful. We all had a great time (8 adults, 2 children & 2 dogs) fit comfortable. The beach was very nice but you're on the bay so the water murky but there are 2 big pool complexes, and the development was very nice. The house needed a good vacuum, and I would suggest bringing your own bath towels, theirs were very stiff. Also, you should see if you can rent an extra golf cart, the house comes with one 6-seater but the house is for 10 guest.

Having a golf cart to explore the area was an unexpected plus. The only down side is the general area is a bit congested and the location of the house means a lot of traffic going by. View of the bay would be diminished by the full parking lot

Pros and cons

Not entirely kid friendly… several nicknacks laying around for busy toddler hands. If staying more than 2 days you will want to bring trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper etc, very limited stock of necessities. We only had 1 trash bag to last a 4 day trip with 5 adults and a 3 year old. The location is perfect, use of golf cart is awesome. There are no blinds in the kitchen window which would have been a bigger issue if we didn’t have family staying next door, you can see directly into each rental from the window. There were dirty sheets in the washing machine when we arrived. This is the only rental I’ve ever stayed at that requests you strip the beds and put all the sheets and towels in laundry bags. Also the first rental that has requested the dishes be put away… typically they’re just left in dishwasher after running them to assure cleanliness.
