Tervetuloa Island Sand Dollariin!

3BR / 2BA kodikas, yhden tason rantamökki, jossa voi majoittua jopa 9 vierasta, Island Sand Dollar päivitetään ja tarjoaa "Beachfront" näkymät "Across the Street" hinnoittelussa!

Parhaan Persianlahden näkemyksen lisäksi olohuoneessa on lisävuode, jossa on queen-size-vuodesohva ja suuri, taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin. Aivan olohuoneen yläpuolella on hyvin varustettu keittiö, jossa on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja graniittitasot, ja pyykinpesuhuone, jossa on täysikokoinen pesukone / kuivausrumpu.

Länsipuolella Makuuhuoneessa on mukava king-size-vuode, jossa on suuret, taulutelevisio, Persianlahden näkymät ja liukuovi, joka avautuu rannan aurinkoterassille. Tässä makuuhuoneessa on myös oma kylpyhuone, jossa on kaakeloitu suihku.

Kodin vastakkaisessa päässä on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kylpyhuone, jossa on kylpyamme / suihku. Kerrossängyn makuuhuoneessa on kaksinkertainen kerrossänky ja Queen-makuuhuoneessa on tv, Persianlahden näkymät ja liukuovi, joka avautuu aurinkoterassille. Ranta-alueen aurinkoterassi on loistava paikka ottaa Persianlahden näkymä päivän aikana ja laskea loputtomat tähdet yöllä.

Päivän jälkeen rannalla huuhtele kuuma / kylmä suljettu ulkosuihku ja aseta varjostettuun talon alla olevaan oleskelutilaan, jossa on laiska riippumatto ja ylimääräiset istuimet, hyvä paikka päästä pois auringosta, mutta silti nauttia Persianlahden tuulta.

Pääsy rannalle on suoraan kadun toisella puolella hiekkarannan polun kautta. Alle 20 sekunnin kävelymatka löytää varpaat hiekkaan! Jos selaat kalastusta, muista tuoda saalis takaisin grillaukseen. Meillä on kalanpuhdistusastia w / letku ja puistomuotoinen hiiligrilli.

Ja älä unohda nelijalkaista perhettä: Annamme jopa 2 keskikokoista koiraa, joilla on etukäteen hyväksytty $ 75 + vero per koira.

Comfort in Paradise!

This beach house is really bright, welcoming, and relaxing. The location is perfect, and the beach at Saint George Island is beautiful! We would love to come back sometime and would highly recommend this place.

We immediately noticed upon arrival how clean the home was—much cleaner than most we’ve rented. The decor is lovely, and the home was configured nicely four our family of four. We loved sitting on the newly re-decked porch to watch the sun set and the convenient beach access trail just across the street from the driveway. The kitchen is so well stocked, we were surprised. Overall, we loved this home and will likely rent it again.

Lindsey was particularly kind, courteous and friendly! Despite the weather, I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday stay on the island--my favorite place to be! (And this house is next door to the one I regularly rented and leased from a friend for many years. I love the location. The shower head in the master bathroom was wonderful and therapeutic to my back and neck. I loved the decor and openness of the living area. A couple suggestions: Since the view is restricted by houses and vegetation, pruning the tops of the shrub next to the palm (beautifully kept) would help. The heat seems to blow almost constantly even tho it's set on auto and it feels colder than the temp as if a fan is blowing on you.

Great Beach Cottage

When we walked in it smelled that sausage had just been cooked the refrigerator and freezer had a extremely strong smell of fish and we couldn’t use the ice because it smelled of fish after emptying it for days. There was trash behind the couch water bottles and a spit bottle in the room with the bunk beds on the floor next to the lamp, small bugs and ants in the kitchen a hair clip still clipped in the master shower to the curtain and a bag of dirty towels under the steps. I don’t know if the guest before us checked out late and put the cleaners in a rush. So we cleaned (not behind the couch)and put more baking soda in the freezer and we had a great time and stay. Thank you for your offering to do a vanilla wipe on the fridge I probably should have taken you up on it but didn’t want to be a bother. It’s a great home and location that we enjoyed very much! Thank you ❤️

Beds were comfortable, extra lounge area downstairs was amazing but I want to suggest a string of outdoor lights would help, it is hidden back enough by shrubs it won’t effect the turtles. Also not having Tupperware was annoying. It is not stocked with simple things -no coffee filters, no extra toilet paper (they said that in the contract), no beach towels or beach toys for the kids-so just know it’s scaled back on basic things more than any rental I have stayed in so be prepared to buy everything you need or bring it. This being said it is a great house and I would stay there again!

House was great right across the street from the beach. Path to the beach is in front of the house. House is in good shape. Only complaint is the rug it is rattan and we had to wear shoes walking on it.

Reviewer Comments: As 1st time visitors to SGI, and 1st time guests on VRBO, we took the due diligence to ask essential questions about daily needs like wifi and hot water. While this place is beautifully located, it is by no means equipped to handle 5, let alone 9, guests. After 2 showers there was no hot water and with only the bare minimum of devices connected, the wifi could barely load cartoons for our toddler. Recommend this place for proximity to the ocean, but "sleeps 9" is about all that 9 people can do here.For $375/night on a Tuesday, basic essentials should not only be included but functional!

Nice house with great location to beach. Clean house with comfortable master bed. Master bedroom bathroom toilet could use an updater. A "comfort hight" oval toilet would be a nice upgrade to the short small round, did I say short stool.
