Tervetuloa yöpymään viiden makuuhuoneen kotiimme, joka on suunniteltu ympäristöystävälliseksi. Tämä koti ei ole tyypillinen, tyylikäs Keski-Oregonin koti. Sen sijaan se on hyväpalkkainen, virkistävästi moderni, valoisa koti, jossa on kaikki mukavuudet, joita haluat loistavan loma!

Täydellinen päivä Calderassa? Aseta sängyssä ja katsella metsää, istu takapihalla ja nauti höyryttävästä kupillista kahvia ja kävele tai pyöräile polkuja metsän läpi. Mixed Reviews...

This was a beautiful home with a great layout and lots of amenities the downfall was all of the beds were uncomfortable. Also the hot tube didn't seem to work right, it was never warm enough to get in.

Fabulous Family Retreat!

This was a great house for our family vacation with three couples, three kids and Grandma! House was clean and very well appointed. Two masters on main, two rooms up stairs with bunk room and shared bath. 5th room off living room was workable. Kitchen was stocked and had all the appliances and housewares for a big family. Games in the garage and rec room upstairs were a huge hit! Bikes available also (bring your own helmets). The price was right on this home but you should know it has very limited access to the Sunriver Association amenities. We could access the Quarry pool which was great but not the new, big pool or the marina or rental bike services. The Stables are open to the public for horseback riding for a fee as is the SHARC water park. Overall we highly recommend this house and would stay here again.

Not a five bedroom house

One of the “bedrooms” has a see-through door right off the living room and just a bed in it, no closet or dresser or anything but the bed. This should not be counted as a bedroom. The air conditioning was absolutely inadequate. When we complained to Vacassa and per the maintenance person who checked out the system, the house is too big for the unit. The upstairs was consistently in the mid-80’s. This does not qualify as air conditioned. On the plus side: lovely view out the back and well-stocked kitchen.

Do not recommend. Rent through Sunriver resort.

We stay in Sunriver every year. Usually multiple times a year. We usually rent through Sunriver Resort and have always had a high level, great experience. This was our first year renting with Vacasa. I DO NOT Recommend. First of all, the overall experience felt cheap. The furniture felt cheap, the supplies in the house felt cheap, and the experience left low quality. When we arrived a burner on the range was broken. We were notified after check in that this was an issue. The broken grate was left on the counter. We were told the grate would be fixed the next day and it was never fixed in the 4 days we were there. The next thing is we went out to the hot tub and it was off, cold and had no chlorine tablets. Next, upstairs in the bathroom the shower curtain was moldy. The kitchen was poorly stocked and there was no salt or pepper. There were lots of empty space in cabinets and for a house as big as this place, it should be fully stocked. The next day we walked up to the new pool in Caldera Springs. We had little toddlers with us and all our stuff. It was 90 degrees out that day. We go to check in and find out that we don’t have access because we rent through Vacasa. Only visitors who rent through SR resort have access. My biggest gripe is that vacasa never communicated this to us. Overall the experience compared to renting with SR resort was poor. I won’t be renting through Vacasa again.

Simply Over Priced

The property was way over priced, the bed mattresses were hard, the bedding was poor. The carpet in the living room requires cleaning. The furniture needs replacement.. We have been coming to Sunriver for years, this unit was the poorest maintained unit we have rented.

Nice Caldera Springs home

Overall this is a lovely home and met our expectations and needs (two adults, two teenagers, two 12 year-olds). The biggest challenge we encountered was that the air conditioning did not work - and it was a hot week up in central OR! Unfortunately it could not be fixed during our time there (acknowledge not the fault of the home owners), so we weren't as comfortable as we hoped. As a previous reviewer noted, we'd recommend providing more shampoo and conditioner, given that a minimum of two people are using each shower every day. There was construction across the street during our stay, but it wasn't too loud; it would have been great to have been aware though. Overall, a nice home with access to the pool at Caldera Springs (but not the lake activities), close to Sunriver, and easy access to Bend.

Beautiful Home

This was the perfect spot for our small family reunion. The home is beautiful and the Quarry pool was amazing for some R&R. Highly suggest a float down the Deschutes in Bend and a walk through the Lava Tube.

Great 5 day stay

Family get-together of 10 including grandparents, parents and children. Fun times at the pool, on the trails by the house, and walking the neighborhood. Kids enjoyed the upper game room as well.

Great spacious house

I had a wonderful time at this home! It came with all sorts of kitchen appliances which helped a lot when we were cooking. The big dining room table sat all of us as well. Another nice thing to note is I contacted Vacasa as the fireplace was not working properly and the customer rep stated he will offer us a $50 credit. Awesome place, I would consider coming back.

Nice Home

The home was great for the space of gathering together and also spreading out for quiet time. Bicycles and air hockey were great to have for the kids. Hot tub nice too. Only downside were the beds were too firm for all us “bad” back people, who could use a pillow top. And I felt the floor wasn’t cleaned (mopped) very well before our arrival.

Overall satisfied

The house looked even better in real life than in pictures. The downstairs master did not have a bathtub, and the minor the rooms had a king size bed. One of the room downstairs actually seem to be designed like an office and had a semi-transparent door and no closet. A couple of light fixtures were burned out. EXCELLENT kitchen- kitchenAid mixers, basic coffeemaker, coffee grinders, waffle maker, blender, grill, some spices. Cute serving platters and dishes, had baking supplies like whilsks, spatulas , pans, and measuring cups. Game room is average- there were games but would be been nice to have some toys for younger kids . Also, the ping pong table was just an attachment on top of the air hokey table and therefore wasn’t full size and not a “actual” size ping pong which you may be used to. Bikes included- awesome. Nice beautiful path to ride around. We enjoyed our stay a lot .

Beautiful, spacious house

We loved how open the floorplan was downstairs. The backyard view was great also. Very modern/rustic style...clean and the sleeping accommodations were wonderful. Would have liked a kitchen surface cleaner to wipe things down and a few more bathroom towels. Also, one of the blankets found in the drawer had a rice krispies treat stuck to it...makes me wonder how many other linens/towels/blankets weren't washed.... Despite those minor issues, still a 5star house.

The best Neighborhood in Sunriver

The house it self was nice big garage but had small beds I didn’t like this, had nice jacuzzi. I recommend this house for sure.

Space for large family or families

The house and neighborhood were great. Lots of room and creature comforts. Well thought out house. Cleaning was the only ding on rating, hot tub and one set of sheets were dirty. And while I understand keeping the heat at 55 when you get there in the evening it takes hours to get it to 68. Brrrrr..... I would definitely rent this again though.

Beautiful home with great amenities!

Recently spent 4 nights in this home which easily accommodated 12 of us. We loved the big kitchen and great room. There was space for all of us to be together but the floor plan also allowed for people to spread out when they needed it. We enjoyed using the bikes and the hot tub. We would use this again in a heartbeat!!

Amazing!!!!
