Tämä yksi tarina 3 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuoneen koti on moitteettomassa kunnossa ja on valmis perheesi lomalle ylellisessä tyylissä ja mukavuudessa. Etukuormaajan ajotieltä mahtuu 2 ajoneuvoa 6 hengen golfkärryn lisäksi, joka on saatavilla vieraiden käyttöön, kun vuokraat tätä kotia. Suuri turvatarkastus edessä kuisti herättää tunteen rentoutumista saavuttaessa suuri mukava istuimet. Anna tämä kaunis koti ja valmistaudu luomaan uskomattomia perhemuistoja. Avoin konsepti, avokeittiö, aamiaisbaari, ruokailutila ja olohuone, tarjoavat kaikille mahdollisuuden nauttia aikaa yhdessä ruoanlaittoon, pelien pelaamiseen, aterioiden syömiseen, elokuvien katseluun ja rentoutumiseen.

Kun on aika jäädä eläkkeelle, on 3 makuuhuonetta, joissa kaikissa on suuret mukavat vuoteet ja design-vuodevaatteet. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja työpöytä sekä oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suihkukaappi ja vaatehuone. Kaksi vierashuonetta molemmilla on queen-vuoteet ja jaettu kylpyhuone, jossa on amme / suihku.

Golf cart and beds are terrible

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Golf cart broke down multiple times with no help from the rental company (My VacationHaven). They would pretend they were making an effort to connect and help but did not. One hour into our vacation was our first break down at the beach. We waited 3 hours for them to come service the cart with broken promises, every time I called they would give me a 5-17 minute wait time for repairman to arrive. Finally my husband just decided to work on it himself with no tools. Discovered it was a short in the system that would only allow it to go forward if you wiggled the key and the forward button just right after going in reverse. We just made lemonade out of a lemon. Second the beds were horrible! Two of us left the trip with terrible back problems starting the second night into our vacation. These were both in two separate beds. All the mattress were **** with cotton type toppers. The topper felt good for about 10 minutes until it sank and left a hole and mound of fluff on the sides, not allowing to reposition without resetting the entire bed all night long which we couldn’t do while try to sleep. They really should invest in new mattresses or foam toppers at the very least. The house is a great size and very cute. The neighborhood is a far drive to the beach. I would rate this place as a 3 because of the quality of the home, but location, Matress and golf cart issues really make it a ZERO.

Cozy and relaxing

The house was so clean and beautiful. It was also comfortable . We all enjoyed the screened in front porch. My husband and I enjoyed the pool. I walk with a walker and could go anytime with no help. It was easy to get to town and to the beach on the golf cart. We may come back and stay one day. Sheri, Larry and Layla

Great stay.

My family stayed here o er Labor Day weekend and it was beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with nice equip and all of it was in great condition, not old and over-used like others rentals. There was ample towels and wash clothes, and the rental management group left sweet travel items on the counters. The rooms were nice and the beds were way comfy!! We loved the decor and vibe of the home. The house offers nice beach chairs and umbrellas, along with coolers for you to get drinks to the beach. The pool is very close so our kids could swim. The golf cart was very convenient and our kids enjoyed the rides around the resort. I would recommend this home and we come to Sandestin yearly, so this might be our new favorite place.

Perfect Getaway

The pool was very close, and the pet friendly home was a plus. The beds were very comfortable, the living room furniture is starting to show some wear, but it's to be expected with a vacation home. We had a few minor issues that were resolved quickly by My Vacation Haven. Unfortunately, did not have use of the golf cart during the entire week, which was the low-light of our trip, but the rental company did work with us on an acceptable resolution.

Wonderful vacation rental

The vacation rental was amazing. Pool only a couple houses away and very clean. Can use the golf cart to explore the community. Everything you need within minutes beach, restaurants, shopping, grocery store. The rental was equipped with everything needed and very clean. Enough room for everyone to sit and watch tv and plenty of room for eating as well. Definitely would stay again.

Lovely home in an excellent location

My family and I travel to the area at least once a year, and this is by far our favorite of all the places we’ve rented. The home is exactly as described and was very clean—love the front porch! Plenty of seating in the living room, the beds were extremely comfy with soft linens, and there were ample towels and wash cloths. The toiletry and kitchen essentials boxes are a great touch and helpful if you forget anything. The people in the area are super friendly. Perfect location for our dog as we were able to easily take him out for his walks with zero concerns about safety. It was convenient having the golf cart available to head to Baytowne or the beach. Very close to several off-resort shopping areas, restaurants, and other beaches. Communication from property management was timely and helpful. We didn’t have any issues during our stay and expectations for check out were clear. We will definitely book this property again. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The quality of the sheets on the bed was great. Slept very good. The golf cart is old. It was hard to steer. We were afraid to get very far from the place in it. We own a golf cart so we know how they should drive. You need to get that one refurbished. Everything was great and clean. Love the front porch. We stayed out there a lot. Would stay there again.

Very nice area, not great beach

Reviewer Comments: We took my son for his bday and we loved the property and house is very nice. The main issue is there is no instructions or book of things around. We figured things out as we were there. It wasn't till the second day that we discovered the tunnel to the beach, we drove first day. There is nothing at property telling you anything about the golf cart, rules, the property... Nothing. The beach is a good 10-15 minute golf cart away. It's also the beach that everyone there and at all the hotels around go to, it's sectioned off and that's the only spot you can go. Thus it's crowded as heck. Expect no personal space at the beach, you're in there like sardines. Sucks you can't go further down the beach. Also there is an awesome little Baytown with restaurants and arcades etc at the resort, but we didn't find it till the 3rd night because again, there isn't a book or map or anything at property telling you about where you are. But that baytown place is great. We had a great time there! Ate a few different places. My son really loved fishing at the property, he caught 2 basses. The folks all around are very friendly. Overall we had a good time, main thing is we're use to books or manuals at beach house, lists of places and restaurants around, and this house had nothing! Not even a guest book! Also the golf cart is awesome but just wish there was a rule book or map of where you can and can't go with it. Also don't forget a wine opener! Learned that the hard way because this place doesn't have one

Awesome Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was fine except the issue with the golf cart. It was in need of repairs of which actually made it unsafe to operate. After pleading with them to come and inspect it, they were in agreement with me.We were without it for a couple of days. Thankfully we were provided with a loner, which all I can say is it was a loner. Other than that everything was absolutely awesome!! I've booked several vacations using this company and will continue to, but this particular golf cart can really be a deal breaker especially when it's used as a huge selling point.

Great Vacation home

Plenty of room for 5 guest with 3 very spacious bedrooms. Great high ceilings and big rooms in general. Fully equipped kitchen with lot's of appliances, out door grill. The outdoor seating area is a great place to for morning coffee and to wind down at the end of the evening. Very close to the pool. Located on the Sandestin resort which has it's own beach area which was easy to access. Overall highly satisfied with the home and location.The golf cart is another story. Upon checking in to the unit is was observed that the safety bar on the back of the cart was very rusted and about ready to fall off (to which it did break on the 1st outing on the resort). Contacted the front office about the cart and was told that it was noticed during their inspection as well but was deemed acceptable to be used. I was also told that in the broken state that they would send a technician up to see if they could fix it and not to use it. SO the convivence of using the cart was lost at that time and we had to drive our vehicle everywhere we went on the resort. There were calls back and forth with the office everyday of my stay to try and get an update as having the golf cart was part of the reasoning for picking this vacation rental for the convivence. Finally at the end of the week the cart was taken to get fixed but we were told on our last day that we would not be getting it back to use and in fact the next party coming in would not have it either. I was not compensated anything for that not being accessible to be used as this unit is advertised with the cart. So that part left a disappointment portion to our stay.

We started renting homes so we can bring our little dog from my vacation haven the last 3 visits. Our experience with Danielle and the rest of the crew have been top notch! Always made us feel very welcome and was always attentive to our needs. The home is absolutely beautiful and perfect. We will be back in October!!
