Beautiful choice

Beautiful villa. Can’t beat the beach and pool together. So glad we were able to stay here. Lamont was a great driver. Sid stayed in communication with us all week making sure we were comfortable. If we needed anything she accommodated. Always had ice and water. Would highly recommend

Dream Stay

The house is incredible. The location with basically your own private beach and pool over the beach is incredible and unmatched with any stay we’ve had! Sid and Lamont were both incredible as well. The onsite security and person that brought ice every day was an amazing perk as well! We will be back!

Beautiful beachfront house

We had a wonderful week at Treasure Beach. The property was spacious and right on the beach. Syd, the concierge, was available and knowledgeable. Lamont drove us wherever we needed to go. Fabulous vacation with friends.

Family holiday

Great layout. Great beach. Responsive for any needs. Sid is great concierge. Kitchen could use some better cooking pots and pans. We had kids so we cooked a lot. Hard with very small and few pots/skillets. Overall a great experience

Treasure Beach in Nassau

I brought some friends to The Bahamas to take to the first ever Bahamas Junkanoo Carnival. We stayed at treasure beach .This house was absolutely amazing.the view was breath taking and the rooms were wonderful . The property manager Dario was absolutely amazing. He made sure everything we needed was taking care of. The owners of the house were so understanding of our needs and treated us like family. Absolutely loved this place..

Retirement Party

I booked the house so my family could get together to celebrate theirs father/grandfather's retirement. The house was perfect for our group of 17. It was perfect for our grandchildren and our children. Syd was great to deal with and helped us book what ever we needed. Antonio helped get us in and provided us with assistance if needed. I would recommend this for a family group anytime.

Terrific

Accurate descriptions, great service. Communication prior to arrival and during our stay there with Sid was exceptional. I highly recommend bringing as much food as possible with you as the grocery prices are extremely high and there were no issues bringing frozen meat, etc through customs. We used the bus to go downtown multiple times and had fun with it. Lamont was easily available to drive us when needed. I would not recommend the private boat excursion to snorkel and see the pigs- we all felt safety was at risk multiple times.

Great 40th bday trip

We had 14 people for my wife’s surprise 40th birthday. Location was amazing and the pool was more like a hot tub which was great since we were there in January which was very comfortable. You can’t get any closer to the ocean or you would have been in it!! We went to a number of 5 star dinners but SID was the best! We had her as a chef for the last night as well as a bonfire on the beach! I can tell you 2 things about SID, one, if you need it ask and it will happen! Two, that lady can cook!!! Great trip, great service, great time overall!!

Great beachfront house for large families

The house location and the concierge manager Sid made this an ideal family vacation for 13. The house is right on the water and has a great pool for the little ones. Sid was very responsive to all our needs. She scheduled transportation as well as cooked a dinner for us. It was the best meal we had during our week stay. Honest Bahamian food. The groundskeeper, Antonio, was fantastic. He was there everyday to take of us. He brought ice and bottled water throughout our stay. The only downside was the house is on a busy road so don’t plan to walk anywhere. Also, there is no great room for everyone to congregate.

Best Vacation Ever!

The house location and beach front property exceeded expectations! We were traveling with a group of 22 friends and Family of all ages. The rooms worked great and the listing was accurate. We were In constant communication with Sid who organized our transportation with Lamont Nixon. Lamont was amazing and he was always on time with picking us up from the airport, taking us to dinner and everything in between. We had a maintenance man at the house to assisted with providing ice, taking out the trash and house maintenance. We loved everything about the house and Sid was amazing. We have planned our return in February 2025 and cant thank the home owners and Sid enough! See you soon!

Awesome location Great People!

I booked this house on June23rd and stayed til June 29th for my 30th Birthday! had a Group of 21 people and the house was big enough to fit us all comfortably! The Location of this house was a 10 out of 10! it is right on the beach! The people in Bahamas are the friendliest people ive ever met.. Food is great all over the island just a little expensive, but well worth the price in my opinion... Dario was also very very helpful.. anything we needed he was quick to offer help or info.. Also booked the dinner on the beach for Saturday night for all 21 people and it was AMAZING! would recommend doing the dinner at least one night your party is here! I Would definitely be back in the future!!!

The Best House I have rented thus far!

I can say without a doubt, this was the best house I have rented yet. It fit our needs perfectly. There were nine of us and everyone was comfortable. The house was well furnished and they even provided a cooler with water for our arrival. The beach is awesome. I hate beaches that are filled with coral reefs, as I like swimming and this was not the case. In addition, Dario McKinney, the Activities & Guest Relations Manager was very attentive. He ensured we were up to speed on the activities around town, even if it was late, he never hesitated to get back to us promptly. We have every intent to rent this property again.

Excellent Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. There were 17 of us and the house offered plenty of room. We didn't realize, but the house also came with Antonio who made sure we were stocked with ice and water and took our trash out daily. He was amazing. Speaking of AMAZING, Sid is a God send. She bought our first round of groceries so we didn't have to worry about that and offered the best recommendations on activities for us to enjoy. Some of our family didn't bring any snorkel gear and when I asked her, Sid ran out and picked it up so fast it was as if we had it all the time. Sid is truly one of the best amenities of the house. We honestly could not have asked for anything better. Thank you for allowing us to share your home!

Your Next X-Mass Card Photo!

You can't beat this location; NNW facing, on the beach and a sunset picture from the patio with the infinity pool and white sandy beach as a backdrop WILL be your next Christmas Card photo! 10 minutes to the full service grocery and liquor store. Several restaurants within walking distance. Yes there are 7 bedrooms but we only used 6 for the six adults and two young kids 4 and 2. Water and ice delivered daily, we never ran out! Gust of wind blew the patio umbrella out of its stand and broke it. One call to Sid and we had a new umbrella within an hour! This was our second year in a row at Treasure Beach if that tells you anything. Paper towels and TP provided and there are more bath and beach towels than you will ever need. You're going to track sand into the house, can't be helped, but the floor could have been a bit cleaner between renters.

Great Beach Home

Just came back from the Bahamas yesterday and stayed at this awesome beach house with a group of awesome people! It was about 20-22 of us and we all had such an amazing time waking up and heading right outside to the beach every morning. The beach is truly amazing. The water is super clear with a few fish (tiny ones) and it was also very warm. The pool is also fantastic, overlooking the beach and was very nice and warm also. I would recommend this house to anyone with a large group. It's a huge home and has lots of rooms/bathrooms (every room has a bathroom in it). The bus stop is also walking distance (right across the street) and was only $1.25 per person. I would recommend taking the bus instead of taxis because the taxis rip you off (charging about $50-$70 one way!) Overall, this trip was the best. Everything from the house to the company to the amazing island of Bahamas was just a memorable experience. Would definitely love to go back and stay at this home!

Recommended for what we were looking for

We had a large group celebrating my mom's 90th birthday. Plusses included the paid for services provided (grocery shopping, car service), items that are included with the house (Captain Sid's coordination services, 5 gallon jugs of water, bags of ice for the cooler, security men), more bathrooms than noted on the listing, a kitchen that the chef we hired thought was fine, a great beach with floats and a short walk, a great outdoor common area by the pool, very nice views, a lot of bedrooms (some of the names don't match the pictures), washer, dryer, dishwasher, plenty of balcony space. Minuses include a lot of stairs (tough on elderly but honestly the short walk to the beach was way more important for the same reason), no large inside common area that can comfortably accommodate a full house (we spent more time in the outdoor common area), there were plenty of dishes and glasses but I would get some paper ones as well as they cant all fit into one dishwasher, the hot water heater was turned down or off for a couple of days and the pool heater didn't work. Sid and her team were very responsive when we asked about the hot water heater, needed more water, rides, and to move some beds so my mom could minimize steps. This is a big plus. The pool heater needed a part and wasn't fixed in time to use the heater. The ocean water temperature was comfortable in mid-March and the pool was slightly cooler. Overall very happy with the trip and nothing major we would change.

Absolutely Perfect Location

Yes, lots of stairs! But this place was perfect for our family group of 8. 6 adults, a 4 yr old and a 1 1/2 yr old. The house was great, the infinity pool overlooking the beach was even better and the beach itself is Perfect; calm water, clear as the pool itself and not a bit of seaweed, even after a rather nasty overnight wind and rain storm. Had a couple of leaks during the storm, we believe the doors facing the ocean (and the wind and rain) were left open, rain entered the 3rd floor which is NOT part of this rental and came through the ceiling and into our dining room and master BR. Leaks stopped when rain ended and a crew came the next morning and fixed all the leaks. No more leaks even during another pretty strong overnight rain and thunderstorm. Ice and 5 gal water jugs were provided daily, bring thermal cups! Antonio was there every day bringing the ice and water, collecting the trash and cleaning up. Even had a security guy patrolling at night, never had an issue. Full grocery and a liquor store less than 10 min away. Lamont who drove the van to/from the airport was great, took us to the grocery on the way. The only problem we had (except for the leaks) was Sid was unable to do the pre-arrival grocery shopping we prepaid for due to a VERY HEAVY rainstorm on the day we arrived but we didn't find this out till we got to the house and we had to go back to the grocery for the basics. Took a bit too long to get our money back however. Pics are accurate!

AWESOME ... location location location

Airport to house ... NO PROBLEM thank you Dannon. 2 different flights, 12 people, 22 bags (OMG !) teenage girls, got us to house fine and took us to Lunch ( Nesbitt's) Thank You and was available all week for rides. Dario ... Awesome helpful !!! enjoyed BBQ with him and his lovely family on the patio by pool that night we arrived. I recommend this highly, we didn't have to shop til next day and it was FUN. Didn't think this body could dance so much! Dario was very helpful getting us "TO SWIM WITH THE PIGS" he even was present the whole time with our kids. DARIO is great and helpful with other local events we wanted to do also. THE HOUSE ... the view " MILLION DOLLAR" and the house was more then comfortable for the 12 of us. Plenty of showers too !! again teenagers. The location was great to watch the cruise ships come in and out of port from the pool or patio. Unbelievable sunsets from patio. Located on main road made it EASY to go anywhere on the bus, and grocery's and ADULT BEVERAGE shop (Flying Dutchmen) next to each other less then 3 miles away. The beverage shop severs in the store so you can try before you buy. We had a small plumbing problem while there and it was fixed next day. The house is loaded with towels and linen and are washed everyday if you leave them out to be picked up. Yes, the house has someone come by every morning to take care of anything like that and clean up patio. This was a real plus!! All in all best vacation EVER thank you Errol and staff
