Ocean Front perheen kotiin panoraamanÀkymÀt

Pajaro Dunes on hiljainen porteilla mukautettuja koteja, joissa on monipuolinen arkkitehtuuri Sunset Beachin puolivÀlissÀ Santa Cruzin ja Montereyn vÀlissÀ.

TÀmÀ 1600 neliön jalka rannalla edessÀ kotiin on neljÀ makuuhuonetta, kolme kylpyhuonetta ja esteetön 180 asteen nÀkymÀ merelle.

KeittiössÀ on vaahtokaapit ja graniittilaskurit. Talo on hyvin eristetty, mikÀ tekee kodikkaista iloista Rais-puulÀmmitteisen uunin edessÀ.

Suuri huone ja keittiö, ruokailutila ja olohuone on ylÀkerrassa yhdessÀ kaksi makuuhuonetta. KeittiössÀ kaikki olennaiseen perus ruoanlaittoon ja leivontaan. Illalla voit nauttia elokuvan 50 "plasma HDTV.

TÀmÀ koti on ihanteellinen kahdelle pariskunnalle ja neljÀ tai viisi lasta. (Suosittelemme enintÀÀn kuutta aikuista ja viittaamme siihen, ettÀ yli kahdeksan kÀvijÀÀ on tiukka.) Kaksi ylÀkerran makuuhuoneissa on sekÀ laaksoon ja merinÀköala. Jokaisessa on uudet Avocadon king-vuoteet ja oma kompakti kylpyhuone, jossa on amme / suihku.

Alakerran on tarkoitettu lapsille; EtelÀssÀ makuuhuoneessa on neljÀ erillistÀ vuodetta (yksi on astella.) North makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistÀ vuodetta (yksi on astella) ja koko sÀnky. Osastoidun kylpyhuone osakkeita tilaa uusi pesukone ja kuivaaja. Piiriin pÀÀsy alueelle on runsaasti tilaa tallentaa rantaleluja.

Alueella on runsaasti linnustoa, ja yli sata lajia talven Monterey Bay. Riippuen vuodenajasta, delfiinejÀ ja meri saukkoja usein vesillÀ, ja harvoissa tapauksissa yksi voi bongata rikkovan tai lausuvat valaita.

We had the BEST time at this house. The views are WAY better than advertised. We have stayed at many Pajaro Dunes rentals and this one was the best. The sitting area in the front of the house, in the sand, was the biggest highlight. The wind was blocked and the view was unobstructed. We only had 4 people, but it could comfortably house 10. The kitchen was so awesome to cook in :)

We had a great long weekend at this Pajaro beach house. The house was cozy and we especially loved the sandy area facing the ocean - was wonderful to sit in the Adirondack chairs with toes in the sand and watch the waves. The location on the lane was convenient (no need to lug luggage up the boardwalks). The owners were very responsive to questions and provided helpful information. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable rustic oceanfront home.

A comfortable rustic oceanfront /beachfront home in a perfect location!We rented out this gem for a last minute beach trip with kids and people 70. Downstairs area is perfect for kids and it was nice to have 2 bedrooms upstairs for the older seniors with mobility issues. The deck and the backyard facing the beach was incredible. It was actually super convenient that they had the dunes direct access to the beach "fenced" off . It protected the kids from hurting themselves (trying to go up and down a steep sandy dune) and also acted as a super convenient fence line where you can just leave the kids to play in the sand without worrying or really watching them all the time. It gave them their "mini private beach" as they called it. Kitchen worked well. We made alot of home cooked meals. The only thing that we didnt see or expect was that there were no simple toiletries available (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and the lack of toilet paper. It wasnt a big deal for us though, as we got there at 2 different times and we just told the later party - to bring us some :) ). The owner of the property was great and super friendly! He was easy to communicate with. He also let us book the place last minute AND to top it off - was able to grant us and incredible early check in and late checkout. What a deal! This place is definitely a "repeat" rental. Everything is perfect. The only thing that would make this place even more amazing for us is being pet friendly :) . Book this place!

Great place for a small reunion

Five high school friends celebrated all turning 70 together. Walks on the beach for some, walks on the grounds for others. We spent a lot of time watching the pelicans fishing and swooping, and generally enjoying life. We all highly recommend the catamaran tour of the Elkhorn slough by Monterey Eco Tours where we saw seals, harbor seals, sea otters, and magnificent flocks of birds. Highly recommended! Back to the house: The living room was comfortable, with great big windows to watch the waves and birds. We enjoyed the kitchen and the very ample collection of cooking ware and tableware. All the people I interacted with while renting the house were responsive and easy to work with. Our collective thanks!

Deeply grateful for Our Family Summer 2024 Beach Getaway

We are very busy Bay Area families. We become whole again at the beach. My husband grew up spending summers at the beach and our children have been able to have this same privilege as well. As our kiddos grow and head off to college it is challenging to find a week when we can all convene, regroup, hang, eat together, play cards or just rot on the beach. The home was perfect for us. Clean and updated but comfortable and easy to clean up after kiddos. We have a daughter with special needs and she especially enjoyed having a "beach to herself" as the one in front of the house was ideal. She could hang in the sand yet I did not have to worry about her down near the water. Same would go for families with toddlers. We also appreciated the ample parking off the street- 4-5 cars no problem. We had young adult kid/drivers coming and going. It was great to have room for their cars. We rate the property a 10 out of 10 and have added it to our favorites to re-visit. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Pajaro Delight

We had a wonderful time visiting Jerry’s home at Pajaro. The location and view is just perfect, nothing beats falling to sleep with the ocean waves just outside your window. Nearby in Moss Landing and Watsonville are multiple farm stands to stock up on all the fruits and vegetables that you need, making homemade dinners in the kitchen a dream. Our son flew kites in the wind and boogie boarded with seals. The rolling fog adds to the allure. We loved our stay and hope to be back.

Amazing Location, great property !

We had one of the most amazing ocean view stays at this house. The house is literally opens up to the sand, the backyard is the beach...any closer to water and you will be on a boat ! The overall property was perfect for our stay, the upstairs bedrooms are roomy and have water view. The property does show its age but the kitchen is renovated, appliances are new and wonderful and outdoors couldn't be better. We stayed in all days were easily able to have all meals at the property and enjoyed the beach to the fullest. The wood stove is such a great addition too for creating the right ambience in the evening. We couldn't have stayed at a better place for this trip. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us.

Another perfect week

My family and I spent another week at Jerry's and it was fantastic. We love this location—close enough to Monterey and Carmel for little day trips, but far enough to avoid the daily tourist traffic. We saw dolphins, seals, and a very curious sea otter from our seats at breakfast; speaking of, we appreciate the fully appointed kitchen with lots of dishes and serving plates for beautiful family meals.

Location & Views Superb!

Awesome location, very safe inside a gated resort community. Cute house.. but it was pretty battered by the salty sea air, and the downstairs could really use some updating (has an enclosed garage feel with the cement floor and low ceilings..and the breezeway seems more like a place to store piles of junk- a little hazardous for the littles), the couches in the main living were literary falling apart, and the whole house could really use a scrub.. but linens were clean, beds comfortable, hot showers with good water pressure, and newly renovated kitchen was very nice.. you’re definitely paying for the views here.. gorgeous sunsets on the dunes can’t be beat!

Holiday Weekend

We stayed at house 69 for the 4th of July holiday weekend and had a great time. The view and direct access to the beach was amazing. Jerry was a great host and very responsive and informative. The house was very clean and in good condition but could use some updating with decor and furnishings.

Absolutely stunning view

The property was perfect for a family of three. Two couples stayed upstairs, where there are two bedrooms and each had their own bathroom. One couple stayed downstairs and the rest of our children slept in the other bedroom. Downstairs was a shared bathroom. There is an outdoor sheltered area downstairs (about a 30x30 area), where you can store all your beach and other outdoor items. There is plenty of parking in the driveway (we fit four cars) and plenty of space for parking on the street. The only thing is that the description for the living room states that it is bigger than it actually looks in the picture, but I would say that it did not look any bigger than the picture. But it was still spacious enough for three families. The owners responded fairly quickly with our needs. My family said they would rent the house again.

Perfect for families

We had a great time in this comfortable house! There was plenty of space to relax and the view of the beach was amazing out the wall to wall windows in the front. There were two bedrooms downstairs for kids and two master suites up stairs for the adults. The beds were very comfortable too. The kitchen was very well appointed and even had a Nespresso machine if you bring the pods for it. Our family would definitely book this great place again!
