Nauti kesäauringosta tässä 5 makuuhuoneen, 1 kerrossänkyssä sijaitsevassa 3. huoneessa. 5-kylpy-ilmastoidussa järven rannalla sijaitsevassa talossa lähellä Grant, MI. Tämä vain 45 minuutin päässä Grand Rapidsista sijaitseva 3 000 neliön jalkainen koti, joka sopii jopa 20: lle, on täydellinen niille, jotka haluavat tehdä kestäviä muistoja. Vietätpä päivät kalastuksessa, uinnissa, melonnassa, melontaan tai yksinkertaisesti tapaamisella rakkaitasi kanssa laajoilla kansilla (ylempi ja alempi), olet varmasti unohtumattoman loman tässä tilavassa kodissa, jossa on yli 100 jalkaa hiekkarantaa Pikku hiekkajärvi!

Päivän jälkeen järvellä vetäytykää olohuoneeseen ja sulaa suureen poikkipinta-alaan. Kun katsot auringonlaskua Pikkuhiekkajärven yli, olet vain muutaman askeleen päässä täysin varustetusta keittiöstä. Varustettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla ja massiivisella vastatilalla, keittiössä on kaikki mitä tarvitset viihdyttääksesi mitä tahansa kokoryhmää.

Makuuhuoneessa on taulu-tv Smart-TV, oma sisäänkäynti pääkannelle ja oma kylpyhuone.

Valitsetpa sitten unohtumattomia muistoja riippumatta siitä, paistatko vaahtokarkkeja tulikuopassa tai menee kävelylle järven ympärille. Wonderful Lake House!!

We had such a wonderful family vacation here! The house was so spacious and clean and the backyard/lake is amazing. The amenities they included were helpful, and the beach toys (paddle boards, kayaks, sand toys, life jackets, etc.) were used so many times during the week. We would love to stay here again on the future!

Great family home

Highly recommend this home. The layout is perfect with many bedrooms beds and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance and utensil needed. Our six grandchildren spent hours playing on the beach and swimming. Lots of outdoor toys, the dock to fish from, paddle boat swimming platform and more. Definitely recommend!!!

Family vaca

House was super great, super clean, had all of the things you could want- dishes, games, multiple paddleboards and kayaks, fridge space, plenty of parking spaces, more than enough room at dining tables inside and out, best deck seating we have had after renting lake houses for over 20 years, great views of lake, great bonfire location and seating, safe neighborhood to run or walk in. So many positives at this house- thank you!

Beautiful lake house!

This was a perfect house for our 16 member family trip (8 adults and 8 kids, ages 5-13). The decks were beautiful and spacious - we ate most meals outside - and the bunk room was perfect for the kids. Great space and great hosts!

Blue house on Sand Lake

Everything was just like the photos on VRBO. Clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed fishing, swimming (though a little mucky) boating and just hanging out together. Owners were responsive to some small things that came up. Great place to spend the week with family.

Beautiful Blue Lake House

Our family just finished a 7 night stay at the Blue Lake House. We had 15 people (8 adults and 7 kids) in the house. Our group had more than enough room. The house is super clean, updated, and has everything you could need or want. There are so many games and toys for adults and kids…a great added bonus! The balcony views of the lake is stunning and so relaxing. The owners were so sweet and accommodating to us and went above and beyond. We look forward to returning!

Beautiful home, wonderful amenities

This is the absolute best house on Little Sand Lake. It has everything you could need and more for a summer vacation. Perfect for teens with lots of water activities and yard space for volleyball, etc. Rent the pontoon boat for sunset cruises. Great option for this unusual 2020 summer when travel was limited. The owners were super helpful and responsive.

Fabulous for the whole family!

This is our second time here with our extended family of 19, with 11 kids ranging from age 5 to 14. The last time we were there they had three kayaks and this time they had five kayaks! The lakeside, hot tub, kayaks, pedal boats and fire pit are great fun. The trees were turning and beautiful. We go somehwere once a year as a family, and having been in many VRBOs, this is by far the best stocked kitchen. It has every utensil, dish, pan you could possibly want.

Great House and Host for a Christmas Holiday

We have a large family with many children and were looking for a location that would house all of comfortably during the holidays and this was the perfect place. The set up with great with 5 bedrooms for the adults and a fun bunk room for the kids downstairs. It has all the amenities, the host have thought of it all in terms of what the house comes with (kitchen gear, bedding, towels, etc), instructions, and helpful tips. We enjoyed our time and the host was also responsive to our questions when they arose. Thanks for a great holiday vacation.

Besides the beautiful house and relaxing atmosphere you will get more than you need.

The owners went all out to give you a vacation home where you can relax and unwind. We have rented other large homes but we were constantly amazed at the details Sara and Pete went to make sure we were comfortable. There were utensils, plates, pots and pans, etc. for every need. The home was clean and relaxing. All we needed was to pack a few days clothing (they have two efficient washers and dryers) and the food we needed. Best place ever!!!!

Quiet lakeside retreat

This is a wonderful property, myself and extended family stayed here for a week, 15 of us. The house was more than spacious for all of us, great kitchen, tons of kitchen accessories to help with cooking. Full propane tank on grill, multiple fridges, made feeding a large family very easy. Lake was wonderful, we caught lots of fish off the dock. The pontoon was great, perfect for cruising the lake and swimming. Beach is very well kept, very Sandy and weed free, great tree coverage by the beach to help stay cool when not in the water. Area is extremely quiet, and peaceful. No road noise or airplane noise, extremely relaxing and wonderful change of pace. Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond, had no issues at all with rental property, i recommend this place 10/10.

Amazing property

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing....Book! Great house for a big family, beautiful view, beautiful home! The only downside we had is there is a friendly cat that apparently likes to hang around the property. Its super friendly and cute but if you are highly allergic to cats like I am it can make for a miserable experience if you wish to hang outside because the cat literally would not leave, lol. It follows you around everywhere! Lol But it is truly a great house, great location.

60th birthday celebration

My children, grandchildren and Dad along with my friends had a wonderful stay at the Blue Lake House. The hosts truly built, furnished and stocked an amazing vacation home. Everything we needed and more was available in the well stocked kitchen. We so enjoyed the boats, kayaks and paddle boards. On the few rainy days we were entertained by the garage games and karaoke. My daughters were grateful for the 2 high chairs and pack and play cribs that were at the house so they didn’t need to bring those. Sara and Peter thought of everything to make their home welcoming and fun. They quickly responded to any questions or needs that we had.. My family and friends had a wonderful time and it was a memorable 60th birthday celebration week for me. We hope to come back again and potentially fill up more of those bunk beds with additional grandkids. Thank you !

All around 2 thumbs up

We loved everything about this house and property! There were 18 of us total- 10 adults and 8 kids (ages 1-10). Enough bedrooms for all, the kids loved the bunk bed room. House was furnished with anything that was needed but also fun things too- games (board, ping pong, foosball, pool), toys for the little kids. Plenty of bathrooms when everyone needed to shower at the end of the day. So inside was great but we lived outside for the week- was wonderful! 3 tier deck was great. Beautiful views! There is a big table outside which is where we ate almost all meals. So convenient so the kids could come up from the water to eat, plus we didn’t have to worry about a mess inside. Everyone took advantage of the hot tub at some point. The beach, sandy bottom, shallow depth (our older kids could touch out by the floating island), dock, paddle boards, peddle boats, pontoon boat, etc were all perfect! Endless hours of fun every day. Owners were friendly and responsive. They thought of everything with this house. Would highly recommend anyone, but especially families, to rent this house. We are all already talking about next year. Thanks so much Sara and Pete!

Perfect Large Family Getaway

We had beautiful weather so we were able to use the fishing boat, kayak and paddle boards. Beach area/fire pit area were fantastic. House was perfect for our large family gathering. Plenty of room for indoor and outdoor games!! Owners have definitely thought through ensuring we had everything and more to enjoy ourselves for our weekend together. This beautiful property was perfect for children. The family’s kids ages ranged from 7 months to 18 years old and everyone had something to do. Everything was clean. There were seasonings in the kitchen and every little convenience of home. The owner really thought of everything a family might need.

We built this cottage in 2018 as a place for our family to spend time together and make memories. For cousins to spend time together playing in the water, riding on kayaks, building sand castles, and playing board games with their Aunts, Uncles, Grandmas and Grandpas. Our desire is to share this with other families (or groups of friends who feel like family) so they can take some time to relax, make memories, and just enjoy being together.
