Loma-asunnomme uudistettiin vasta viihtyisyyttäsi ajatellen ja ne on varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset nautinnollista oleskelua varten. Tämä yksikkö on kahden makuuhuoneen, 1 kylpyhuone, vetäytyvä sohva olohuoneessa ylimääräisiä vieraita 2. kerroksessa. Löydät näkymät merelle, Alice-vuorille, idylliselle vesiputolle takapihalla. Haluamme mielellämme saada meidät vieraiksi ja vastaamme mielellämme kaikkiin kysymyksiisi, kun suunnittelet vierailua!

Talo uusittiin uudenaikaisella pintakäsittelyllä, jotta voimme taata siivottoman, vieraanvaraisen kodin vieraillemme. Jokainen makuuhuone ja makuutila on varustettu kaihtimilla, jotta vieraamme saavat hyvät yöunet keskiyön auringon maassa.
Keittiössä on suuri tila ruoanlaittoon, ja se on varustettu kaikilla tarvikkeilla, joita tarvitset aterioiden ja juomien valmistukseen.

Great spot in Seward

Wonderful location. Very spacious. Very clean. Kitchen has all you need. Owner was very responsive during a brief power outage. Highly recommend

Perfect place to stay in Seward!

Close to everything! Walking distance so you do not have to drive and pay for parking. Quiet backyard and very clean and neat home. Could use a chair and ottoman in place of bistro chairs in the living room. Also had the smoke alarm go off even though we had the vent going and had to open a window. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

Gorgeous Property!

This property has recently been remodeled, and it shows! Everything is clean and very well maintained. There is such a gorgeous view overlooking the mountains. Steven was a very gracious host, and made sure that we had everything that we needed. I would love to make a return visit!

Very Clean but lots of rules

This property is in a great location, central and close to bus stops along the free shuttle route. We were able to get anywhere we wanted on foot or by this shuttle. The property was as described and extremely clean. Steven was easy to reach and very responsive. He even put our luggage in the garage since we arrived before check in. A couple of downsides to be aware of 1) there are no curtains in the bedrooms-this made it difficult to sleep since the shades let in a lot of light 2) they do not allow cooking of fish. Since one of our days was a fishing trip this was very disappointing and should have been in the description. 3) pillows are Very firm. More like chunks of foam than pillows. 4) quiet hours 10-7:30 5) all dishes needed to be put away or $50 charge. So normal rules of putting dishes in the dishwasher and hitting run are not in play. Had to eat muffins on paper towels morning we left. Overall it was a good stay but may not be for everyone due to the issues above.

Spacious & convenient

Really nice place a short stroll from the Marina. Lots of room, supper clean, and new. Quiet and comfy. Good size kitchen with all the basics. A fantastic waterfall and pond out back. The bed and pillows are really firm. Host is super friendly. Highly recommend.

A perfect home in Seward

We absolutely loved this apartment in Seward. The place was spotlessly clean with great sheets and towels - things you would expect from every host but it's not always the case. The apartment has everything you need to cook for yourself. The laundry was very welcome at the latter part of our Alaskan vacation. Steven generously shared his Safeway grocery discount number - the store is super close. Steven's keen management of the property meant that reasonable quiet hours were respected which we appreciated at the end of busy days out and about. The location is perfect for walking to everything in town. Early morning hot beverages from the nearby coffee shop was a pleasant outing. After long hikes and paddling adventures we enjoyed evening strolls along the waterfront with an ice cream cone from a shop near the cruise ship terminal. The waterfall behind the property made for a lovely view from the bedroom windows and acted like a soft white noise machine. We were very happy to have chosen this accommodation for our final 4 days and nights and the longest stay of our time in Alaska. Would highly recommend this property and Seward in general!!

Centrally located and very clean.

Travelled to the area to see the national park. Had easy to find parking and host met us within ten minutes with gate codes. Would definitely stay there again

Thoroughly Enjoyable

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was spotless and had everything we could’ve needed in a rental property. Location and view were amazing. Very easy & short walk to the shops, restaurants, and fishing/tour charters of the harbor area. Steven checked us in, giving us a very thorough tour of his property. The little waterfall in the backyard made for very relaxing nighttime sounds. AND it was much appreciated to have ample hooks and racks for hanging jackets, towels, etc., as most rental properties are lacking in this department. Thanks for the nice stay!

Amazing place! Super clean and nice! Location was perfect for us!

Next time in Seward I would definitely stay here again. Love the view, ability to wash clothes and the needs! No complaints.

This property is a very nice, centrally located apartment in Seward. We arrived at 7:15pm and was met by Steven, the property manager. He showed us through each room of the apartment and answered all our questions. The apartment looks to be recently remodeled as it is very clean and well taken care of. Also very quiet; there are quiet hours from 10pm-7:30am (no laundry, showers or loud television). From this property, we walked 1/4 mile to two nearby hikes: Two Lake Trail (easy) and Mt. Marathon (strenuous). We also walked to Sunny Cove Adventures for a sea kayaking excursion on Resurrection Bay. Also, a Safeway grocery store is just a 5 minute drive away. Very nice and convenient location.

We loved it!

The property was very clean and well maintained. Loved the big windows facing the bay. We loved the location as it was an easy walk into town and to the harbor. The property owner was very friendly. The were some minor negatives: we were asked to not take a shower or user the washer/dryer during quiet hours (10pm-7:30am); there were not blackout curtains; and the supplies were limited. I would stay there again!

Perfect location

This suite was within walking distance to everything we needed in Seward. It is a beautiful place and extremely clean. We loved to fall asleep to the sound of the waterfall in the back yard. Steven was a great host, there to greet us when we arrived!

Desirable Location

This property is perfectly located for anyone wishing to explore the Kenai Peninsula and Seward. It is opposite the small craft harbor, but is one or two blocks away from noisy highway and more trafficked streets. The living room and dining room have beautiful views of the mountains across the harbor. We walked to our boat tours easily and also to restaurants at the harbor that we wanted to try, thus avoiding parking fees and hassle. Parking is without extra charge at the VRBO. This property is well-located for the drive to Exit Glacier, a main objective of many visitors. Living quarters are clean, well-maintained, in a safe location, attractive and quiet. They are on the second floor of the building. The manager, Steven, met us promptly when we arrived and showed us around the property. He also met us when we checked out. He was very kind and helpful before our trip, when our schedule changed during the booking process, and we had to re-book dates. We drove a very short distance from the VRBO into downtown Seward (historic area) on some days, and enjoyed our time there. Because the historic downtown area is crowded with limited parking, some visitors may wish to walk there from the VRBO also, although it's a few blocks farther. A shoreline trail that is easily accessible from the small craft harbor, thus also easily accessible from the VRBO, takes walkers along the shore to the original Iditarod starting point in historic downtown Seward, and to restaurants and other sites for visitors. Anyone who enjoys walking could easily stroll downtown on this path from the VRBO. We loved Seward and we thoroughly enjoyed our VRBO stay. We spent 4 nights in Seward. We could have spent one or two more day without exhausting the possibilities. This is a charming community and an excellent VRBO. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Seward

We stayed for 5 nights and loved this place. It was clean, had great views and was close to everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

Such a wonderful place to stay!

We were four adults that stayed at the Chalet. It was a very nice condo with beautiful views of the mountains. Great location, walking distance to the harbor. Beds and bedrooms are very comfortable. The back yard was a park like setting with a waterfall. Would definitely stay here again.
